Before entering you are greeted with stone steps raised up from the road level to the villa's entry level and a signature palm tree. The grand door opens into the hallway with direct visual access through the living room and out to sea. From here the fully fitted and equipped designer kitchen opens out to a covered patio with a barbeque, dining and lounge area to relax in style. The living room is also on this level with another covered patio area with beautiful views both in and out. The private swimming pool (pool heating available at a supplemental charge) is accessed via glass stairs from the entrance floor patio or from any of the three bedrooms on the lower level. The infinity swimming pool has a decked patio and another patio below that provides shade. The landscaped garden contains beautiful exotic plants. The lower level consists of three bedrooms and a cloakroom. The bedrooms are south facing, have en-suites and open out to the pool patio. The master bedroom in unique in the sense that there is also a lounge area which overlooks a smaller pool that cascades off of the swimming pool, dressed with a lounge chair and the amazing view. The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom also has a walk in shower and a bath overlooking the magnificent sea view. The basement level also has two double bedrooms which benefit from natural light and en-suite shower rooms. This level also has a games room with a table tennis, TV/cinema room, bar, a patio and the laundry room. The games room can be separated from the cinema room by sliding panels. The bar and cinema room has a underwater window feature to the swimming pool. The roof terrace has ample sunbathing space and also a large built in sofa.
