Fantastisk, renoverad, 3 sovrum / 2 badrum, lägenhet på andra våningen med fantastisk utsikt perfekt för en familj tillflyktsort. Ligger vid havet vid La Vida del Mar i Wildwood Crest / Diamond Beach, NJ; strax norr om Kap maj och söder om Wildwoods. Det är den perfekta destinationen för strand, restauranger, shopping, vattensporter, fiske, golf och den berömda Wildwood Boardwalk.

Nya renoveringar inkluderar ett nytt kök, 2 nya badrum, fartygsväggar och kakelgolv. Gourmetkök är komplett med nya skåp, kvartsräknare, rostfria vitvaror, mikrovågsugn, brödrost och Keurig kaffemaskin.

Matsalen har plats för 6 vid bordet plus 4 barstolar vid bänken.

Det rymliga sovrummet har utsikt över stranden och har en king size-säng, platt-TV, takfläkt, gott om garderobsutrymme och ett badrum med dubbla fåfängar och stor dusch. Andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och takfläkt. Våningssäng har 2 våningssängar (tvåbäddsrum över två personer och tvåbäddsrum över hela futon). Det andra badrummet har stor dusch, fåfänga och linneskåp.

Vardagsrummet har en sektionssoffa, takfläkt, stor platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Utanför vardagsrummet finns den privata balkongen med havsutsikt med matbord, sittgrupp, grill och minikyl. Det perfekta stället att titta på soluppgången och smutta på morgonkaffe, läsa en bok eller njuta av middag och en cocktail.

Dessa lägenheter är utrustade med central luft, en eldstad, gratis WIFI och kabel-TV. Det finns också en full tvättstuga med tvättmaskin, torktumlare och ett handfat.

På hotellet finns en stor pool med personalräddare, separat barnpool, badtunna, solstolar och picknickbord. Gemensamma BBQ-grillar och ping pongbord utomhus ligger precis vid poolområdet.

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

We had a great stay at Diamond Beach. The condo was exactly as described. The kitchen was stocked with high quality items and everything needed. The view of the beach was great and we were able to hear the live music from the balcony on the weekend nights. The check process was very easy. Matthew communicated throughout and was great to deal with.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Property is beautiful and in a perfect location. Watch the ocean from the balcony. Condo had everything you need for a great beach getaway. Just PERFECT!

A Vacation Paradise

This is the best property we have ever stayed at! We love it so much. The location, the home (decor, supplies provided, etc) are perfect for creating a relaxing, fun-filled getaway. We were lucky to be staying over the Fourth of July. We sat on the deck and get like the Diamond beach firework show was a private show just for us. We are already talking about our next stay!!!

Great Location!

VRBO looks just like pictures and description listed. We had an awesome 2 weeks at Matthews VRBO. Condo is completely stocked with all necessities. Would definitely book again.

Perfect vacation

Our stay at Matt’s place was perfect. It was clean, comfy and felt like home away from home. The location was great. Everything we needed was there. He was the perfect host and he made it easy to get in touch with him if needed. We hope to be able to stay there again. A very enjoyable family vacation.

Beautiful Property!!!

This property was one of the nicest that I have ever rented. The view was breathtaking. The condo was impeccably clean and decorated beautifully. The beach is literally footsteps away. It was so peaceful and quiet. I am beyond impressed! Matt and Toni were amazing. They answered all of your questions within minutes and made you feel welcomed into their home. I would recommend this rental to everyone. We will definitely be returning!

Short, but sweet trip to Diamond Beach

From the start the property manager was very helpful and had emailed me a few days prior to check-in with all the necessary information about what was included at the property, how to access the place, and any other necessary information before my stay. The property is exactly as described online with a new and modern feel, beautifully decorated and with lots of gadgets for the kitchen. And because me and my party had lots of luggage, it was extremely helpful to find a luggage cart to help bring our bags up from the parking lot. I really enjoyed my stay at this property and will be sure to return the next time a trip to the beach is in the plan. Thank you!

Our best vacation stay anywhere, ever.

This is the best place we have ever stayed, and I would include our honeymoon suite at the Ritz in Maui in that list of places this Diamond Beach condo is better than. I love it so much that I didn't want to write this review because I want to book it again - but it's only fair to share how wonderful this spot is. All the good stuff: The space itself is very large - much larger than it appeared in the pictures. The decor is subtle, gorgeous, and high-quality materials. The beds are comfortable. If you've booked shore houses in the past, you know this is a rarity. The location is perfect - facing the beach at the quiet end of the island The private beach just steps away wasn't crowded and at lowtide, there were deep tidal pools my little kids could play in. There were thousands of unbroken shells and even hermit crabs! At first I thought the pool might be too deep for my 6 & 3 year old, but with the help of the pool noodles already there, the pool became their favorite place. The owner was responsive and kind, and you can tell that the condo is their family vacation home, which makes it feel more special. The FYIs: On Friday night, the beach club has live music - sometimes DJs, sometimes a band, and you can definitely hear it. I would not bring kids under 3 here. As it is, my 3-year old left her mark on the place, and I was glad I got the insurance policy. The decor includes a lot of glass, high-quality light-colored fabrics, a real wood table dining table you can't get wet, and breakable knickknacks. The owner asks (and for good reason) that you don't eat food in the carpeted areas of the house, which include the living room and bedrooms. It's not very practical to use the communal outdoor showers at the pool or at the beach after a day at the beach. If you really want the outdoor shower experience, this probably isn't the place for you.

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful time in this condo. Our family of 7 had plenty of room. The condo was extremely clean. It is a very short walk to the beach and the beach club restaurant. Very convenient location! Looks just like the pictures! Highly recommended!

A little piece of Heaven

The condo was so nicely decorated and the ocean view was priceless. The amenities were exactly what you needed for a beach vacation. Matt was so easily to contact and the check in and out process was seamless. The tiki bar and live music only steps from our room was a bonus.

Spectacular property

Matthew was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all my questions and provided all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The condo is beautiful with a fabulous view of the ocean. Very clean, nicely decorated, all updated. The private beach is gorgeous with a large expanse of shallow water that is perfect for kids. We saw dolphins almost every day. The Diamond Beach Club is at the entrance to the beach and is so convenient with food, ice cream, drinks, and the best pizza. They have music every might. We were near the Boardwalk and Cape May. There were many amenities within walking distance. We enjoyed every day we were there and are looking forward to coming back.

September at the beach.

Great location, great place. Sad that they were dismantling the Club while we were there. Businesses were struggling for lack of workers. Sal's pizza on New Jersey Ave is fabulous. South Jersey has the best beaches!!! I think I left my hair dryer in the master bath in a drawer!!! Visitors at complex were very pleasant. Liked the door lock.

Staying here was wonderful! The place was very clean on our arrival, and pictured just as the listing was. Beautiful view of the ocean as well! The property manager was very easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great vacation!
