Beläget 170 km från Aten internationella flygplats, är '' Villa Aliki '' det perfekta alternativet för din sommarlov. Det ligger i den pittoreska byn Rozena, Corith, Pelopennese och erbjuder lugn och ro från stadens liv och rörelse. Villan består av två våningar där du kan hitta tre sovrum, ett rymligt vardagsrum, ett kök utrustat med allt du behöver och två badrum. Köket, vardagsrummet och ett av badrummen ligger på första våningen, medan sovrummen och det andra badrummet ligger på andra våningen. Mer specifikt, i vardagsrummet hittar du tre mysiga soffor framför en öppen spis, där du kan varva ner när som helst på dygnet. I matsalen, lämplig för upp till åtta personer, kan du njuta av varje måltid du gillar. På första våningen kan du dessutom hitta köket, fullt utrustat med elektroniska apparater (kylskåp, diskmaskin, spis, kaffebryggare med mera) och köksutrustning. På andra våningen finns det ett stort sovrum med dubbelsäng och TV för att titta på natten innan du lägger dig. I det andra sovrummet hittar du en hopfällbar enkelsäng, som lätt blir en dubbel. Slutligen finns det i det tredje sovrummet två enkelsängar. På den yttre delen av huset upptäcker du en mycket rymlig trädgård, en stor pool (12mx6m), faciliteter för matlagning ute, inklusive en grill och en traditionell träugn. Du får också möjlighet att smaka färsk frukt, såsom fikon, apelsiner och citroner från trädets träd.

Grannskapet '' Villa Aliki '' är lugnt och mycket lugnt, samtidigt som det är mycket nära till lokala marknader, spännande landmärken, små städer, tavernor och kaféer. Den närmaste stranden ligger bara 1,5 km från huset, men det finns också många andra val i hela Korintiska viken. Under tiden, om du mer är en bergälskare, erbjuder byn Zacholi dig den perfekta vandringupplevelsen med sin vackra flod, under platanträd. Efteråt kan du smaka på lokal mat, i en av de traditionella tavernorna i området.

Perfect location with excellent pool

We stayed here with a family with three kids and had a great time. The house is very well located to visit severel sites. The pool is well maintained and large. We would definitely book it again.

Wonderful and recommendable

We stayed for two weeks with our three children aged 12 to 18. We had a great time and highly recommend the wonderful apartment and the pool. Don’t miss to make use of the barbecue. The hosts are very hospitable and forthcoming. We can give our highest recommendation for this house. It is ideal for sightseeing and swimming. It doesn’t get any better than that.

Great House, Great views, Great Pool!

We spent a fabulous vacation in this house, the pool is amazing and really big (!) and we enjoyed the views to the the sea and the mountains. There is a very lovely bakery up the hill (700m) open all day long. The house and especially the views are even more beautiful than shown in the photos. The village Derveni (6 min by car) has a lot of good restaurants with local food. We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the house. We highly recommend this house and would love to come back!

Fabulous place to stay!

We had a brilliant week here. The villa is a section of the house but has everything you need and means that the grounds and space around the villa is huge. No other residents there so is very private and quiet. The pool and outside area is exceptional. The views are also amazing. Hosts were really helpful and met us there. Always good communication. WiFi really good. Lovely bakery in the village and really nice beach places to stop locally. I’d love to return one day! Thanks so much!

Lots of space, beautiful pool, nice rooms, great garden, gources grill area

We like it very ´much to spend some days here. We had the whole object for our own, since the second flat was completely empty. The pool is just great and the grill area an garden too. But also the flat has plenty of room an a big terrasse with a great view. The village is nice and you have a bakery and a grocery store. For going to the beach is butter to drive some kilometers with the car since the way is crossing the high way and its not much fun to walk. In the night you can hear a little the highway, but it doesn’t disturb.

Fantastic pool!

This property is all about the swimming pool! It is huge - the size you might expect for a small boutique hotel, but all to yourself. Absolutely lovely. The apartment forms about a third of a large building but the owner advised that the other parts would not be rented out, so we had the whole place to ourselves, which is what we wanted. I suspect this is always the case, but worth checking before booking. There is a nice covered eating area just off the kitchen, which picks up any available breeze making it lovely in the summer. The downstairs accommodation is attractive and all works well. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a small double and a twin room, which share one family bathroom and one air-conditioning unit on the landing, so all doors need to be kept open to benefit. The property was beautifully clean and check and check out was made very easy going with great communication. Thank you for renting the apartment to us.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen großen Pool und ist sehr gepflegt. Alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien und Kühl-/Gefrierschrank sind vorhanden. Es gibt auch genügend Sitzgelegenheiten außerhalb und im Haus. Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge z.B. nach Athen, Nemea und Nafplio. In der direkten Umgebung in Derveni gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants.

Tolle Unterkunft

Das Haus war wunderbar, die Lage vielleicht nicht grad perfekt aber eine tolle Aussicht auf den Golf von Korinth und mit einem Auto ist man schnell an ganz tollen Spots. Der sehr grosse Pool war cool und die Gartenanlage mit Barbecue Grill und Pizzaofen auch mega toll! Wir hatten sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien in der Villa Evrostina.

Geweldig huis.

De ontvangst door de eigenaren van het huis was super. Hele aardige en gastvrije mensen. De koelkast was al deels gevuld en er was een heerlijk ontvangstpakket met honing, wijn en andere lekkernijen. Het huis is geweldig. Ruim van opzet en volledig toegerust. Het terrein om het huis heen is groot. Er zijn meerdere zitplekken buiten (in de schaduw). Er is een buitenkeuken waar kan worden gebarbecued (oppassen met de droogte). Het zwembad is super! Groot, schoon en veilig (haren kunnen niet in afvoeren gezogen worden). Het huis ligt dicht in de buurt van voorzieningen zoals stranden, supermarkten en restaurants (paar min met de auto). Akrata Beach is een leuk gedeelte om 's avonds te bezoeken, maar ook Epidaurus is nog te doen. Limni Tsivlou (meer voor zwemmen of wandelen) is ook gaaf. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

ein wunderbarer Urlaub!!!!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön. Es liegt abseits von allem Touristenrummel; genau das, was wir suchten. Ein super, großer Pool lädt zur Entspannung und zum Schwimmen ein. Ein phantastischer Grillplatz verführt zum fast täglichen Grillen. In Rozena gibt es einen wunderbaren Bäcker und einen kleine Mini märket. Das Haus selbst ist einfach, aber sehr gut eingerichtet: angefangen von den Betten bis zur Küche und dem rundum Balkon. Unten in Aigeira gibt's einen super Food-Market, da kriegt man fast alles, sogar frischen Fisch, und ein Stück weiter auf der anderen Seite einen sehr guten Metzger. Es ist eine ländliche Gegend, wo nachts nur manchmal die Hunde heulen. In Akratas gibt es schöne Kieselstrände und gute Kneipen. Für Ausflüge nach Korinth, Mykene, Epidauros und Nafplion sind es gerade mal zwischen 45 und 90 Minuten. Ein idealer Ort für lange Ferien......

Zwei tolle Wochen

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen auf der Peleponnes. Das Haus, der Pool und der Garten sind groß und sehr gepflegt. Besonders der Pool hat allen super gefallen. Neben vielen Ausflügen zu historischen Stätten, in die Berge und an umliegende Strände haben wir die Zeit dazwischen am Pool verbracht. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub.

Excellent villa

The owners were waiting for us when we arrived and answered our questions. The villa is equipped with everything you need, inside and out (pool, outside kitchen, BBQ, oven, gardens etc) The property is on the outskirts of a village which has a superb bakery. From the villa (front) there are superb, almost uninterrupted, views across the pool and all the way to the sea. To the side and rear view of the mountains. One of the best villas our family has ever stayed in.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Es ließ nichts an Wünschen offen. Wir haben traumhafte 14 Tage verbracht. Das Haus, das Grundstück, Freiküche, Pool...einfach super, durchdacht und wunderschön. Wir haben von hier die Antiken Stätten von Korinth bis Sparta, Olympia bis Delphi und Athen erkundet und die Tage dazwischen nur auf dem Grundstück und im Pool genossen. Die Umgebung einschl. Peloponnes im Gesamten sind wunderschön. Was uns entgegenkam....es ist nicht vom Tourismus überlaufen. Danke an den Vermieter für die immer sehr schnelle Kommunikation. Einfach Super.

House in Rozena

We had a really lovely time. Great house with fantastic pool and views. Very peaceful but close enough to a bakery, shops etc. for all we needed. Our hosts were very helpful. A couple of minor points of feedback, there is no TV in the master bedroom (as listed) and a kettle would be useful in the kitchen. Still, a lovely house in a beautiful area that I would recommend to anyone.

Riesiger Pool, herrliche Aussicht, Ruhe und Entspannung

Wir hatten sehr schöne 2 Wochen in Rozena. Der Ort ist nicht touristisch erschlossen, genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Trotzdem oder vielleicht deswegen kann man dort hervorrangend Fisch und Gyros essen gehen. Alles was man sonst so benötigt, findet man in den Supermärkten in der Umgebung. Das Schwimmbad ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Begrüßung auch einfach klasse. Wenn wir Zeit hätten, würden wir jederzeit wieder kommen.

Fantastic Villa - Excellent Holiday

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this villa and it was beautiful. The pictures do not depict just how lovely it is. Fantastic sized pool with stunning views, a wonderful outside dinning area with a pizza oven and BBQ. The kitchen area inside is adequately sized and has every utensil you require plus a little dishwasher which is very handy. The bedrooms are all decent sizes with wonderful views of either the mountains or the sea. The beach is only a short drive away, with white pebbles and crystal clear waters - very warm to swim in. Up the road there is a lovely bakery we visited every morning and then in town you have a local supermarket and some nice restaurants. (approx. 7-10 min drive)

a very nice holiday home with very nice owners!

Wir haben uns den gesamten Urlaub sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, sogar ein kleiner present Korb mit Leckereien stand bereit! Das gesamte Haus und die Anlage waren sehr sauber bei der Ankunft. Alles war genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Besitzer waren immer zu erreichen und haben sich stets bemüht, dass alles stimmt. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Es ist ein ruhiger Ort mit traumhafter Aussicht! Ein Becker, Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Meer ist ebenfalls nur paar Minuten entfernt. Ungefähr in 8 Fahrminuten gelangt man in den Ort Akrata wo ebenfalls zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants mit wunderschönen Stränden sind. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Villa mit Schwimmbad und herrlichem Blick

Wir haben fast 2 Wochen mit zwei Kindern in Rozena verbracht. Wir hatten das Haus für uns ganz alleine. Der Pool ist eigentlich kein Pool, sondern ein echtes Schwimmbad. 12 m lang und 2 m tief. Dadurch für alle ein großes Vergnügen! Die Außenanlage ist phänomenal, Bananen, Zitronen/Feigenbäume, eine Außenküche mit schattigen Essplatz, Dusche und 4 Liegen. Perfekt! Die Stockwerke haben eigene, überdachte Terrassen, man findet immer Schatten. Von allen Ebenen kann man das Meer sehen, die Sonnenuntergänge waren spektakulär. Ansonsten sehr schöner Blick auf Berge und Olivenhaine. Die Inneneinrichtung ist gut, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Badezimmer und Küche nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand, aber völlig in Ordnung. Es gab viele, sehr gute Handtücher, das war angenehm. Allerdings, wie öfter in Ferienhäusern, keine Küchenhandtücher. Richtige Küchenmesser gab es auch nicht, aber die nehmen wir ohnehin immer mit, also kein Problem . Es gab eine gute Info über das Haus (englisch und deutsch) und sehr gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Das Dorf hat einen kleinen Supermarkt, für das Nötigste und einen sehr guten Bäcker, der morgens auch liefert. Die Strände in der Nähe sind phantastisch. Sehr nette Restaurants am Strand. Da die Autobahn nah ist, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir haben eine großartige Zeit gehabt und die Villa Aliki sehr genossen. Phantastisch, ein wunderbares Anwesen. Aliki war immer erreichbar und hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert! Auch für die erste Erfrischung & einen Snack bei der Ankunft war gesorgt, für Covid19-Belange war vorgesorgt! Es lagen Masken, Desinfektionsmittel und Infos über die örtlichen Bestimmungen bereit. Toll!!! Vielen Dank!

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay! The house has a great, large pool, amazing views and was clean. It's located in a quiet village, yet is close to the sea, the motorway and the mountains. Nearest restaurants and (pebble) beaches are a 5 minute drive away. We had some quibbles with some appliances, which are a bit dated. All in all an excellent house and friendly owners!
