Vintage property with view of Fox River. Central location 4 miles from Packer Stadium, Several restaurants and bars, Hair salon, Dry cleaners, personal trainers, spin classes, coffee shops grocery store, liquor store, Fox River trail for biking jogging, walking for people and pets! Kayak rental and launch. Close to Saint Vincent and Bellin Hospitals. Bedrooms are similar to bed and breakfast, Honeymoon suite has whirlpool tub , fireplace and adjustable King Bed, Private Bath, and entrance way. Two other bedrooms have queen size beds and shared full bath. We also have a full pull out bed with half bath on first floor.

Great location

Everything was great, except no secure Wi-Fi. Also lots of gnats in the kitchen from someone leaving potatoes and onions out.

Draft Weekend

It was wonderful. We were not there very much due to the draft activities. House was clean and had a lot of old time charm. Beds were comfortable. House was located in a great area. Thanks Daryl and Barb.

Beautiful home

Stayed at Monroe House for Packers getaway weekend with family. Exceeded our expectations! The place is like a museum with so many neat things to explore and see. Hosts were excellent at communicating with us and the location was perfect. Had a blast!!

Football Weekend!

Nice, clean place and welcoming! Plenty of space for the six of us. Upstairs coffee/sitting area is a nice touch. Enjoyed relaxing on the nice front porch. Location is convenient as well.

First trip to Green Bay / Lambeau

My aunt went to nursing school in Green Bay 1957-1960 and dated Forrest Gregg and knew Vince Lombardi. She's been all over the world, has raised her family and is retired now and is living in our home of Oklahoma. Her health hasn't been the best lately and we wanted to take her back to visit her nursing school (Bellen) and Lambeau once more. Some of us had never been before. The Monroe House was perfect and as nice a place as we could have dreamed of. The house had everything you could want/need and then some. Perfectly placed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location was perfect for Packer game. 10 minute drive from Lambeau field. Very clean. Plenty of space for two families of 4. I would stay here again if available.

Perfect!

We had a group of 5 staying for 2 night. The house was perfect for us from the number of bedrooms (3) to the fully stocked kitchen to the huge parking area and fantastic outdoor seating area on the front porch! Everything was clean, beds were super comfortable and plenty of linens in the bathrooms. We were hoping to be able to park one car at the house we’ll before check in time so that we could head to the stadium for a concert and only have to take one car and not only did the owners agree to that, they let us check into the house early so we weren’t leaving our luggage in the cars while we were out and about. They were very easy to communicate with and happily and quickly answered all of our questions! We will definitely keep this place in mind for a return trip!

Excellent amenities and close to walking path

I enjoyed the comfort of the beds (and vibrations they do) and the warming (smart) toilet in the master. The proximity to the downtown via the walking path was ideal as well. We wanted to eat at the restaurant across the street, but they are closed the two nights we were there- Sunday and Monday. We stayed in the area for the Greenbay game and it was nice and close for that. We really loved that the house had everything we needed and then some. The decor was eclectic and inviting and very fitting to the older (historic) home. The bath was lovely but the hot water heater didn't have enough hot water in it to fill it properly and still give others a warm shower. So because of that I only was able to take one bath the whole time we were there and I would've loved to take one each day. Excellent choice for a comfortable and inviting stay in Greenbay!

Between the two of us we have 7 Children and 10 grandchildren.
