Stuga med pool - panoramautsikt över Lot Valley

En 150 år gammal stenfastighet ligger i 4 tunnland mark inbäddat högt på dalsidan ovanför floden Lot bara 4 mil från staden Cajarc. Fastigheten har den mest underbara och avkopplande utsikten som når långt längs floddalen. De kan avnjutas från poolen, ett val av ett par terrasser eller från solrummet i huset.
Huset är nyrenoverat med möbler, sängar och sängkläder, porslin etc. En ny spis och elektriska värmare ger gott om värme under de kallare månaderna. Huset rymmer 8 personer - vilket inkluderar 3 rum med dubbelsängar och 1 rum med två sängar (detta är ett stort landningsutrymme). Det finns ett nytt fullt utrustat kök och stort vardagsrum med matplats. Utanför finns en 10m x 5m pool, trädgårdar, fruktträdgård och paddocks och ett bra område för grillar vid den ursprungliga brödugnen. Poolen och huset vetter mot sydväst vilket möjliggör solbad hela dagen, bara enstaka vinkeländring till solbädden är allt som behövs!

Beautiful view, quiet setting

We enjoyed our (family of four) stay very much. The location of the house, the house itself, the amenities, all the things to see and to do in the area, everything was as we hoped for.

Perfect, calm, lots to do

The house in Paregude is perfect. Spacious, everything works, beautiful views, lovely garden and a super pool. Not to forget the "little house without a roof" with the dining table. Just a wonderful place to find peace with each other!

Maison très agréable permettant à chacun de trouver son « nid » dans un calme reposant.Belle piscine ,très utile après de belles balades Cuisine bien équipée Très bien pour 3 couples car la chambre traversante manque d’intimité!petit pb de WC à réparer

Formidable!!!!!

Wunderschönes, top eingerichtetes Haus. Selbst mit kleinen Kindern bietet das Haus alles, was es gibt. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Der Pool ist sehr groß und einfach spitze. Auch bei Fragen vor Ort gibt es sofort eine Rückantwort. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

Fijn huis, alles was aanwezig

We hebben met een gezin met 4 pubers (14-19) een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het huis met een heerlijk zwembad ligt op een heuvel met mooi uitzicht over het dal met de Lot. Volop privacy. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Een aanrader!

Belle maison dans une superbe région

Très belle maison, avec des pièces de vie spacieuse et lumineuse, bien équipé pour cuisiner. Très beau et grand jardin avec une superbe vue dont on ne se lasse pas. Par contre il ne faut pas être trop regardant sur la propreté, c'est une maison de campagne ouverte sur l'extérieur et donc avec son lot d'insectes et d'araignées.

vue exceptionnelle

Très belle maison, très bel endroit. Séjour très agréable hormis une déception en ce qui concerne la 4eme chambre qui n'existe pas. C'est le palier qui distribue les 2 chambres de l'étage. Nous avons malgré tout passé de très bonnes vacances.

Bel emplacement

Bel emplacement dans superbe région. Beau jardin, belle piscine, dans un écrin de verdure. Grande maison malheureusement peu entretenue. Ménage très très médiocre, pour ce type de location. Accueil très minimal, et peu chaleureux.

Lieu idéal pour se reposer

Magnifique séjour dans une maison magnifiquement restaurée et bien entretenue. Les vues ont dépassé nos attentes. La maison est comme décrit dans l’annonce et tout est en état de fonctionnement.. La piscine est particulièrement bien entretenue et a été nettoyée deux fois par semaine. C’est une maison de vacances parfaite pour des vacances relaxantes. Il ya beaucoup de jolis villages à visiter en voiture et la location de vélos électriques sont disponibles à Cajarc (10mins). Les comunications avec le propriétaire et avec l’équipe locale qui s’occupent de la maison sont très faciles et disponibles si nécessaire. Magnificent sejour in a beautifully restored and well maintained house.The views exceeded our expectation.The house is as described in the announce and everything is in full working order. The swimming pool is particularly well maintained and was cleaned twice a week..This is a perfect holiday home for a relaxing holiday .There are plenty of pretty villages to visit by car and rental electric bikes are available in Cajarc (10mins).Comunications with the owner and with the local team who look after the house are very easy and available if needed. Fabulous Fortnight

Andrew, many thanks for a fantastic stay at your property. Our party of seven (consisting of four pensioners, two parents, a teenage daughter and a well behaved westie) enjoyed a relaxing fortnight in early August. The house was spotless, spacious and well maintained with all the utilities and utensils for our party - exactly as described on the website.. The views from the sun room were outstanding across the valley and did not disappoint at any time of the day. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the evening sunset with a glass of wine. The pool is perfectly positioned to sit around during the day with a minimum adjustment of the sun loungers, and is well shaded by the large parasol-great for enjoying a good book or topping up the tan. The pool itself provided a welcome cool down during the day and was great to sit on the side with legs dipped in enjoying the late evening sun. We enjoyed many a bbq in the shaded and sheltered area under the sun room. Carjarc a 10 minute drive is a delightful small town on the banks of the Lot with butchers, bakers, cafes, restaurants, hairdressers and small supermarket. Figeac a 25 minute drive away ticks all the boxes for a day out, steeped in history, lovely to walk around and shop in with larger supermarkets and a wide variety of specialist shops. There are many historical places to visit within an hours drive of the property. Our dog enjoyed the space both around and within the house. Jean Jacque kept the pool in pristine condition on his weekly maintenance visit. A peaceful pad, perfectly positioned on the valley side overlooking the Lot with spectacular views. Visitors can be assured of a peaceful and private vacation in a well resourced and appointed comfortable property with plenty to see and do wthin an hours drive.

Wonderful location, lovely house

A very comfortable and interesting house in a stunning location perched above the Lot valley. The view from the sun room worth the booking alone. The house comfortably sleeps 8 and provides numerous sitting areas that cope with any weather condition from heat to rain - lovely feeling of space. The garden very nicely done too. We cycled, swam in the lavender edged pool, explored the local villages and very much enjoyed the local town, Cajarc. Customer service was excellent, the house clean and well-maintained and we would certainly recommend La Paragude to friends. Well worth making the drive - or, even better, bike ride to La Saut de la Mounine across the far side of the valley. Stunning views back to the house and the village of Montbrun.
