It was secluded and very quiet. We used the hot tub once which was very clean. The beds were comfortable and close to the wedding venue. Overall, great experience.

My family was in Colorado for a wedding a few miles away. We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable, beautiful place to return to. I wish we could have taken full advantage of the hammock, hot tub and decks overlooking the mountains. I guess we’ll have to make another visit soon!

We wanted a quiet place to rest and this was perfect. We came up for a host of wedding activities that involved a lot people, commotion and noise. This place was the perfect calm after the storm each day. Hummingbirds, deer and quiet mornings on the deck made it so easy to relax. For us, the location was a good mix of close to a place to get ice/snacks/gas and far enough away from the highway that there was zero highway/traffic noise. And the trees on every side made it feel like there were no neighbors.

Steve is an excellent host. Easy to teach and responded immediately. Everything was perfect! Enough space for everyone. Hot tub and grill was great. So clean and well stocked. We would love to return!

Very clean, definitely worn in without being worn out! Loved all the outdoor patio/ deck space. Easy communication with the host. Really can't complain about any part of our experience. We had a great time!

Two very important items to address by owner , sooner the better The home needs about 12 more towels and better quality towels. There were only about 4 towels and none at all in the downstairs bathroom for the entire house! , had to hunt for towels. We had to dry them 2xs a day especially if you want to use the hot tub. Towels are very inexpensive at Costco and of good quality. Please purchase more The master bedroom King size mattress is about 10 years past its usefulness. It sags tremendously in the center and no matter how hard you try to stay on the edge you will roll down to the center. No quality of sleep on that mattress.No instructions on use of fireplace. House was very clean! Nicely decorated, easy to find, good location. Just a few improvements needed to make this a 5 star.

Master Bed: Following your comment, we inspected the bed and found that the support structure beneath the bedframe had come loose. The frame has been fully repaired and reinforced to restore proper support and comfort. Thank you again for your input. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Our stay was wonderful. The cabin is great, the location is quiet but we were close enough to Bailey or Conifer that we could get supplies and food. It was relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch the wildlife roam around. We are going to stay again for sure

Communication with Steven was great, everything worked and it had all we needed to have a great family vacation! The hot tub was wonderful in the evenings!

We were immediately greeted by a herd of deer when we arrived! Then we headed inside and the property and it was even nicer than the pics. A fully appointed kitchen made all the cooking and cleaning for Christmas feel like home. The beds were comfy, the hot tub was great and the game/TV area was perfect.

Great Cabin in Bailey

The cabin was exactly what we expected and we enjoyed our time there. The area was easy to get to and so quiet and peaceful.
