Two-room apartment (4 people) - Residence Le Fontane

The two-room apartment (4 people) is located in the Residence Le Fontane, which features: a lift, swimming pool, unattended private parking, bar, relaxation area, and communal barbecue for its guests. It is also set in an excellent location: it is close to several supermarkets, about 10 minutes' walk from the town centre and less than 3 km from Simius beach.

The two-room apartment (4 people) consists of: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower, and is equipped with: TV, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (for partial use), hairdryer, balcony equipped with table and chairs.

If you need anything, you can go to our reception office, which is open every day from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Check-in is available daily from 17:00 to 20:00.
Check-out is scheduled by 10:00 a.m. Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. must be communicated in advance to the property in order to issue the KEY BOX code for key collection. In case of non-communication, reception is not guaranteed and a supplement of € 50,00 may be requested. For arrivals after 20:00 we also require a telephone number of the client.

Your stay includes: use of the swimming pool (from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. in low season and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in high season), solarium, unattended parking, use of communal washing machine, use of bicycles subject to availability (deposit € 50.00), final cleaning, electricity, water and gas consumption, first supply of bed linen and towels.

On your arrival, you will have to pay the following obligatory costs:

DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the state of the flat.
CITY TAX: compulsory for the municipality of Villasimius (the amount varies according to the time of the year).

Four-legged friends are allowed in our facility. Their access is not allowed in the common areas. An extra cleaning fee of € 50.00 is charged for their stay.

We remind you that the cleaning of the kitchenette and the disposal of waste is the responsibility of the guest. In the event of failure to clean the kitchenette or to dispose of waste, a penalty fee will be charged.
