Fantastisk öppen planlösning samtida 3 sovrum självhushåll tränare hus på 3 våningar, som i vackra grunder och vyer bredvid en vacker gammal viktorianska hus också tillgänglig för uthyrning, visa Berkeley House detaljer för mer information.

Den har stora glas tränare hus dörrar föra in massor av ljus till en härlig modern vit högblank kök med öppen planlösning med vackra granit ytor, tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, kyl och frys, mikrovågsugn, Neff ugn och stor Neff induktionshäll. En matplats sittplatser 8 personer. Lounge med vackra Jetmaster bad Sten spis, LG 42 "TV med Xbox. På övervåningen är det största sovrummet med en super king size säng, pocket resårmadrasser. Alla sängar är The White Company gåsdun. 2: a sovrummet har dubbelsäng med ficka resårmadrasser. En trappa upp på vinden sovrummet finns 2 enkelsängar och standard 4'6 "dubbelsäng. Ideal kiddies idet.

WIFI fungerar i hela fastigheten. TV med Freeview i Lounge, Xbox 360 med spel som kan ansluta till himlen och DVD-skivor.

Fantastisk utsikt över Limpley Stoke Valley som är ett område av enastående naturskönhet. 5 minuters promenad till cykelvägen och kanalen. Smala båtar och cyklar kan hyras från Dundas. Det är floden Avon 2 minuters promenad med fiskemöjligheter på både floden och kanalen. Även 5 minuters promenad till The Hop Pole pub, 10 minuters bilresa till Bath ett sätt och 10 minuter med bil till Bradford på Avon den andra. Denna fastighet är också 2 minuters promenad till busshållplatsen som går till badet. Tränare huset ligger intill en härlig viktorianska hus som kallas Berkeley House som också finns att hyra. Det finns två utanför områden att sitta och slappna av, en uteplats utanför på baksidan med utsikt över ett skogsområde, med uteplats bord och stolar, och en stor gräsyta upp några steg med fin utsikt. Area på toppen inte lämpar sig för små barn men lägre område trädgård är inhägnad. Utanför finns också en vattenkokare BBQ, eller en 3 brännare gas BBQ och en chiminea. Bordtennis tillhandahålls och är jättekul. Vi har också några utanför leksaker för barn som är lagrade i ett skjul som kan sättas ut på begäran innan din vistelse. Det finns en fantastisk utsikt från fastigheten och trädgårdar. Parkering för 2 bilar.

Lovely Location

The coach house is located in a quiet spot with beautiful views of the valley. Although we were here for work, I would recommend it for a holiday getaway for groups of friends or family. It's kitted out to a high standard with everything you could possibly need (and more) and there are really thoughtful and lovely touches, including two fabulous outdoor spaces.

Wonderful setting and accommodation

Beautiful house and well equipped. We were made welcome by Paul and Jackie who were very helpful, letting us know about local facilities and places to go and see. Lovely terrace at the back and walk up from the terrace to get a terrific view of Limpley Stoke valley. Lots of birds and butterflies. Nearby access to the Kennet and Avon canal which has a well maintained footpath. Had a lovely realaxing time. Highly recommended

Excellent house and location

We stayed in the Coach house as a group of six adults for a week in May 2018. The information relating to the house and area provided by Paul in advance of our stay was excellent and useful. The property itself exceeded our expectations. The quality of the fittings and equipment in the house were exceptional. The gardens and grounds are beautiful. The outdoor secluded seating area off the first floor of the house was very private and we used this every day. The house is ideally located for Bath and nearby there are a number of beautiful pubs and restaurants. This is a five star property and location ideal for families or groups of friends. Thanks to Paul and family.

Brilliant

We were 6 people staying for 5 nights at The Coach House. The place is very gracious and well set up, including loads of wonderful games and a beautiful kitchen. Location takes a little getting used to (we hadn't realized it was a 10 min drive to Bath, where parking is an issue). But once we'd figured out the route, we loved Lower Stoke as a base for visiting Bath, the Cotswolds and going for a beautiful stroll along the Avon canal to Bradford on Avon. A definite highlight! Paul was very responsive to the few questions we had. Only potential issue is that if there are a lot of folks staying at the main house next door, it can get a little noisy at night/parking can get a bit crowded. Fortunately we didn't encounter any significant issues. Thanks for a very memorable stay!

Perfect base

The coach house was the perfect base for our family's week long visit to the west country from the US. The property was lovely and the location was convenient for daily outings. We enjoyed walking in the area and property's outside spaces.

We had a lovely mid week break at Berkeley Coach House in beautiful surroundings

We were celebrating a special birthday with our family and we all had a great time. It was like home from home and the owners had thought of everything to make our stay so comfortable. The children enjoyed playing with the toys and sleeping up in the roof and exploring the beautiful gardens and grounds .

fabulous - stylish but cozy, very relaxing, wonderful setting

Loved our weekend stay here at the Berkeley Coach House. It was in the depths of winter but the house was wonderfully warm and cosy, plenty of wood provided for a roaring fire and room for all to relax on 3 comfy sofas. Kitchen stylish and extremely well appointed and all open plan onto dining area and sitting room making it the perfect place for friends to spend precious time together. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, great family loft room. The setting is stunning, chocolate box rural England. No need to even get in a car to go anywhere - lovely walks and pub nearby - but very easy reach of Bath if you wish (we didn't!). And Paul and family were very kind in ensuring everything was spot on - even coming to fix the wifi. Thoroughly recommended. Hope to make the next time longer!

Wonderful stay

Home from a wonderful weekend at the Berkeley Coach House for my mother in laws 70th birthday. The house is just wonderful with all the little details thought of...from stair gates and toys for the children, to a kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals for the family. The booking process was easy and Paul responded quickly to every question we asked. Would most definetly visit again

Perfect weekend getaway

Absolutely beautiful house with everything you need. Very spacious and a lovely finish. Worked perfectly for a relaxed hen weekend in Bath. The hosts were incredibly helpful and always on hand. Would definitely come back and stay again!

Great Location, Wonderful Owner

We went for New Year, had a fantastic time with our friends. The house is in a great location out from Bath but close enough to reach. Great facilities inside and out of the property.

Character property in stunning location

beautiful property in a stunning location

The coach house was very impressive on arrival with a huge spacious living dining kitchen area. A lovely log fire complete with instructions on how to light and kindling and logs. A huge selection of DVD's and board games too. The kitchen has everything we needed to make a special family meal during the evening and plenty of glasses cups and plates. Upstairs the two double bedrooms were beautifully decorated with the most comfortable beds. I stayed in the loft with my two children and they totally loved the room with the low ceilings and we found two boxes full of toys up there! The beds were comfortable and the duvets were so warm and cosy. We had a go on the table tennis table outside and the views across the countryside were stunning. Lots of little nooks and crannies in the garden. We loved our stay here and would love to return one day! Highly recommended.

Loved it!!!!

This was such a wonderful place to stay. It was so attractive and was exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. We met the owner, Jackie and it was clear how much thought and care she put into the outfitting of The Berkley Coach House. Thank you Jackie!!

Absolutely brilliant house in a gorgeous setting!

The house was absolutely brilliant for a weekend away for 8. Everything was provided in the house to a good standard did not want for anything. Great communication from Paul, all questions answered and ample info given prior to arrival. Thanks for letting us stay :D

Beautiful, peaceful and well-equipped!

This property was absolutely fantastic. Paul was brilliant both in advance of the stay and during it - really helpful, quick to respond, and flexible. The property is in a really quiet spot but is really well equipped, with all kitchen utensils, games, books and firewood you could ever need! It's got a well decorated interior with good quality linen. The outside space for the BBQ and table tennis is an added bonus - we spent most of our time here due to the good weather. We will definitely be coming back!
