Nice visit to South Kihei

We had a great time in this condo with our grown children/spouses and grandchild. The place was clean, roomy enough and we were happy with the three bathrooms. Finding a 3-bedroom unit was appreciated- especially with an ocean view. The beach gear was great and we especially appreciated the wagon with all the baby gear. The location on the south end of Kihei was good for traveling to southern beaches without wading through Kihei traffic. We would stay here again.

Love Kamaole Sands!

This is our 4th time staying at the Kamaole Sands complex and 1st time in this unit. The unit was well equiped and maintained. We were comfortable as 5 adults in the unit. Check in and out processes were seamless. Communication very good with PMI Maui.

Fantastic Condo and Location

Our family, siblings and spouses, enjoyed a week at this wonderful condo. All communication was excellent, the condo was wonderful. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great to take to our days at the beach. Would highly recommend!

Great quiet location with quick access to beach, pool and other adventures.

It is a very clean, spacious accommodation with a bathroom for each bedroom. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is easy to access the beach or pool as well as other sites to see such as the road to Hana or other public beaches.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands! The unit had everything our family of 5 needed and more. The property and grounds are very well manicured and kept. I also liked that we had an assigned parking space. Wonderful 3 bdrm/3 bath resort stay and close proximity to the beach.

Nice and convenient

We enjoyed a weekend stay at this property. It was nice, clean and well stocked. We didn’t spend much time other than sleeping but it was perfect for our needs. I can definitely recommend. Matt was great with communication as well.

Excellent property

This is a perfect property! The location is beautiful and the property grounds are exquisitely maintained. I have stayed at a number of VRBO properties and this is exactly as described. Check-in was easy and the agents were extremely responsive. There is no better place to stay on Maui!

Amazing Hawaiian Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an amazing property. The condo itself is very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. It comes complete with many beach accessories. This was the second time that we stayed in this condo, and I can’t say enough about the view. We were able to watch whales playing in the ocean from our lanai, and you have a clear view of the ocean from the kitchen. Also, the staff at PMI Maui are excellent. One of our beach umbrellas wasn’t working. I sent Matt an email (because it wasn’t a big deal, and there was no rush). They responded almost immediately, and delivered a new umbrella the same afternoon. Overall, I highly recommend this property, and PMI Maui. Our next Hawaiian vacation will also be booked through PMI Maui. Mahalo.

Awesome place

We were in Maui to celebrate three friends turning 50. It was the perfect place with views of the sunset to die for. Place was clean and very well equiped. There was only one thing...the washer needs a little cleaning, it had a foul smell. But overall a wonderful place and we are more than happy to come back.

The property was located across from Kamaole beach III, beautiful, and a 3 minute walk from the boat dock where we chartered a snorkeling boat with Blue Water Rafting (thank you captain Scott)! Matthew was wonderful and we couldn’t be more appreciative of all of his help. I highly recommend

Better than expected!

You get two amazing views with property. Sunrise over Haleakala and sunset over the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable and had more towels and beach gear than expected. The only downside is the pull out couch was not comfortable pulled out. My son preferred to just sleep on the couch as is.

Great location

The location was wonderful and the pool and beach were amazing. The condo was clean and fit 7 people (2 adults and 5 teenagers) well. The upstairs loft (3rd bedroom) is open to the space so not great for light sleepers but had plenty of room. A/C worked excellent and kept the place nice and cool. The A/C exhaust on the Lania was annoying although understandable due to the home owner rules. I would suggest the owner install a small screen or partition to direct the hot air off of the balcony away from the chairs. Overall a very nice stay and we would definitely go back again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 3 BR, 3 bathroom condo is in a great location across the street from a lovely beach. The unit is nicely renovated and amenities worked well for our group of 5 adults. Nice, fluffy towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, games, snorkel gear were all included. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and even grilled in the picnic area. The grills are well maintained and clean. One note is that the upstairs BR is a loft. There is no door and you can hear everything downstairs. Limited privacy for that room. We also had issues with the ceiling fans not working but the maintenance person responded quickly. We would love to stay here again!

Great location

We loved many things about this unit and it’s location in the complex and area. The view from the patio was amazing, patio furniture was comfortable, the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was quite well-equipped. The elevator for the building was fast and very convenient, especially since we were on the 4th floor. The living room furniture is looking and feeling very well used. With a group of 6, we weren’t able to sit comfortably together there. However, we made do just fine in the end. It would have been great to have one more beach chair as there were only 5. The two boogie boards came in handy. The location was fabulous. No need to drive to the beach. We used the bbq’s in the designated spots. Very good experience there and met people from around North America. As well, there were good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. Overall, we had a very good stay. Thank you, Matt, for being easy to reach before the trip and answering our questions promptly.

Awesome condo in paradise!

We chose this condo because it was centrally located to all of the things we wanted to do! We found it to be correctly advertised! It was a beautiful condo within a beautiful resort. The condo along with the grounds were exceptionally clean and well-kept. Each room had an AC unit and they worked fabulous. The rooms were almost sound proof too. We stayed in the master and we couldn’t hear our 3 adult (18-22 year olds) children and mother while in our room nor anything going on outside. The condo was fully stocked including plenty of trash bags, laundry/dishwasher supplies. It had 5 beach chairs, a few umbrellas, 8-10 beach towels, 2 ice chests and a boogie board. We left 10 pool noodles behind to add to their beach supply. Multiple entertainment needs are met with games, books and movies provided in the condo. The beds/pillows were extremely comfortable. This condo is on the 4th floor overlooking the pool and sits directly facing the ocean. The walk to the ocean takes approximately 5 minutes which is a nice stroll through the beautifully landscaped Kamaole Sands property. Many restaurants (Fred’s Mexican was our favorite), ice cream shop, and shopping are within walking distance from the condo and we felt very safe in this neighborhood walking. Many people were out walking also and the weather/breezes made walking enjoyable! I highly recommend this condo and I would stay here again if we make it back to Maui.
