Detta uppdaterade lägenhet med 2 sovrum / 2 badrum i Beach Wood-anläggningen i Amelia Island Plantation är ett lugnt ställe att bo medan du njuter av ditt besök i södra änden av ön Amelia.

Beläget i det eftertraktade Beach Wood-komplexet, är en av lägenhetens största tillgångar det bekväma läget till stranden (en kort promenad tvärs över gatan), huvudorten (ett par kvarter uppför en skuggad stig), poolen (precis runt bend) och Shops of Amelia Island Plantation, som har ett brett urval av one-of-a-kind butiker, restauranger och souvenirbutiker för ditt shoppingglädje. Denna pittoreska, husdjursvänliga shoppingbyn erbjuder till och med levande musik och community-evenemang på de flesta helger!

Lägenheten själv har en öppen planlösning med ett uppdaterat kök med nya, eleganta svarta bänkskivor parade med en härlig grå och vit mosaik backsplash. Det stora sovrummet är luftigt och rymligt, med en king size-säng och ett renoverat badrum. Likaså har det andra badrummet uppdaterats och ligger bredvid det andra sovrummet, som har två bekväma enkelsängar. Det finns kakelgolv i hela vardagsrummet och ny matta i sovrummen.

Gästerna kan njuta av att koppla av på balkongen med utsikt över ett naturområde och grönområden.

Njut av cykel- / vandringslederna på orten, fantastiskt spa, naturcenter, kapell eller många av de andra aktiviteterna. Eller gå till den charmiga historiska stadskärnan i Fernandina Beach (cirka 15 minuters bilresa norrut) och fest på eklektisk matsal och olika shoppingalternativ.

Wonderful Stay

We booked this home last minute, for two weeks, because we have been displaced due to a renovation. The team at Destination Amelia went above & beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant and were so accommodating & thorough with all of our requests. The property itself was great and we love its proximity to the resort, beach, and shops/nature center!

Loved it!

Was so impressed with how clean the property was and a very short walk to the beach (less than 5 mins). Property manager was very helpful and easy to contact when we had a question. Can’t wait to go back!

Nice Condo Off the Beaten Path

The accommodations were as described and nice. The unit was located back behind the Omni Hotel. If you like a quiet area off the beaten path, this one will work for you. We were not sure how receptive the Omni hotel would be to us using their beach, so we did not ask for permission.

Great Location. Clean Condo

5-5. Only issues were not enough lighting in FR. Needed a ceiling fan with a light. Side lamp was broken. Furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. Needs new FR furniture. That being said, it was a wonderful condo and those few things didn't ruin our stay.

More than a townhouse

We traveled with our four kids, and loved all the amenities that came along with this property. The walk to restaurants and the beach, and the pool, fields for sports, and all the nature! This is more than just a beach townhouse, but a comfortable overall experience!

The condo was very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Location was perfect as it is right across to a walkway to the beach. Amelia Island Plantation never disappoints with its stunning views & incredible canopy of trees. Thank you!

Great home base for a beach vacay

Our family (parents, tween, and grandma) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It had everything we needed, including boogie boards and beach chairs, and the kitchen was well appointed too. Location was great -- easy walk to the beach (once we found the access) and lots of shaded paved trails for running, walking, biking. The pool was small but nice (pretty shady which was great for hot days). There was no DVD player but that was really the only missing item. There were games, a puzzle, and good books too. Insulation/sound proofing could have been better, but fortunately the neighbors were only occasionally quite noisy. Having a way to recycle would be a plus. We would love to come back again.

Comfortable and Quiet - but Dated

This unit was easily accessible with an elevator for heavy loads and a set of stairs for quick access. It is a little hard to see the door lock combination buttons in the dark so make sure to leave the outside light on if you will be returning after dark. Tywin do light up once you hit a button, but if it’s the wrong button you have to start the process over again. The master bathroom shower and toilet area is very, very tight. Should have put the light switches outside the room and hinged the door on the left. You have to be a contortionist to get into the room and close the door. The unit finishes shows it’s age floor tile, carpet, bath and kitchen finishes, but it was clean. The washer and dryer are good sized and convenient it the kitchen. Overall we enjoyed the stay only wish it was beachside. The VRBO map was misleading showing the unit on the water side of the road - they are not they are on the golf course side with beach access walkway. Overall it served our needs and was easy to get around.

Much needed get away

This condo is perfect for those who want a quiet place to stay. Each morning we took a walk either on the beach or on the property of the Omni resort! It’s so peaceful and quiet! The trees are magnificent. This condo is comfy, the kitchen is well supplied and we really had fun with the games! Thank you

Wonderful location, comfortable place

This is a great condo. One of the reasons I love staying on Omni property is the trees, so the view from the balcony of this unit made my heart happy. The pool is super close, most times we had it all to ourselves. The walk to the beach is not far, maybe a smidge farther than I expected but not bad and a lovely shaded walk on a paved path. Communication from property management was clear and plentiful, we had no issues.

Perfect Getaway for young families!

We had an amazing time and stay. we have been to the Amelia plantation before, but were blown away from the extra safety precautions taken during this time. The condo was perfectly located (5 min. walk or 1 min. cart ride) to the beach, it was private and quiet. Very clean and spacious. I cannot believe what you get for the price point (staying on the resort can be very expensive). I highly recommend the location and the condo. During this time, distance and safety comes first and we were beyond satisfied with our ability to take a nice quiet family vacation with little interaction with anyone else, thus feeling like were very safe. The private beach is not crowded and for residents and guests only. The resort is gated and even when we did get takeout, it was quick and efficient and everyone was masked. The condo was clean and beautiful! Property managers were very responsive leading up to the trip. Thank you Destination Amelia---we cannot wait to return next year!

Cute, clean condo on Amelia Island Plantation property

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! The kitchen was nicely equipped and updated, and washer/dryer convenient. We appreciated the beach chairs and easy access to the beach. We rented bikes from Amelia's Wheels and especially loved biking the property's many trails. Huge beach was never crowded. Destination Amelia team was very responsive. We hope to return to AI sometime!
