Villa Renta Eleni är den första av de två Renta villorna, belägen i en pittoresk by, inuti den kretiska landsbygden, men samtidigt, bekvämt nära alla slags bekvämligheter och butiker, bara 1,5 km bort.

När du passerar villas grind hittar du er i en grön oas, skapad av det stora utomhusområdet på totalt 450m2, varav 350m2 är täckt av gräsmatta, vilket gör det idealiskt för små barn att leka! Dessutom en magnifik privat pool (6,5 x 4 meter och 1,40 m djup) och det gräsmatta täckt området bredvid, utrustad med parasoller och solstolar för dina långa solbad morgnar! Dessutom har poolområdet ett säkerhetsstaket i plexiglas, som gör att du kan njuta av den fantastiska, fri utsikt över landsbygden. Se på de små kullarna och njut av det kretensiska landskapet och den friska sommarluften! På den stenlagda terrassen finns också en pergola med grillmöjligheter och en skuggad matplats utomhus, där du kan få en unik matupplevelse utomhus. Efter vägen på sidan, på den bakre delen av villan, väntar en annan underbar, gräsmattorad terrass på dig! För att göra det bättre är en lekplats för våra unga gäster också tillgänglig så att de kan njuta av deras eftermiddagar när du har kommit hem från stranden! Ett bordtennisbord finns också för obegränsade timmars kul!

Villa Renta Eleni täcker 170 kvm, uppdelad i två nivåer och rymmer upp till 8 gäster. På bottenvåningen har en öppen planlösning det bekväma vardagsrummet och köket. Sittområdet är perfekt för dina familjestunder, eftersom du kan titta på dina favoritfilmer, spela några spel och äta tillsammans i de två tillgängliga matborden. Vardagsrummet har också en öppen spis och ger direkt tillgång till den gräsmatta täckta terrassen! Det fullt utrustade köket sticker ut för sin moderna design och inbyggda elektriska apparater, vilket gör att du kan förbereda alla slags måltider du önskar! Dessutom är denna nivå av Villa Renta Eleni lämplig för personer med speciella behov eftersom den har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng samt ett badrum med faciliteter för funktionshindrade gäster. Gästerna har också direkt tillgång till poolterrassen från köket.

Den inre trappan leder dig på första våningen, där de återstående två sovrummen i Villa finns, var och en med två enkelsängar, som också kan användas som en dubbelsäng på begäran. Båda sovrummen har dubbla dörrar, vilket leder till en rymlig veranda, utrustad med utemöbler och ett skuggat läge, med en fantastisk utsikt över den klara blå himlen och det omgivande området! Dessutom finns ett familjebadrum med jacuzzi-badkar också, och förväntar sig att erbjuda dig några mycket avkopplande stunder, efter en hel dag på stranden!

An incredible Villa, trulyoutstanding

I stayed here with my wife and2daughters and my brothers family of a similar size. The villa was exceptionally well presented and of a really high standard. We were greeted by the family that own the villa with some home cooked food and a jug of the local Ouzo. The family were really hospitable and keen to help make sure our stay was what we wanted. They had a map prepared and talked us trough where we could go to see the sights. The Villa is well provisioned with the essentials; towels, coffee, sugar, olive oil (from the families own vineyard), toilet paper, charcoal etc. All the things that end up costing a small fortune on your first supermarket trip. The local town, Perama, is great for a supermarket run (and look out for the cake shop, it's superb), but it isn't good for much else in terms of a holiday! The local resort, Panormos, had a lovely beach and a good selection of Taverna's. I recommend the Porto Parassiris which is a restaurant and cocktail bar (split in two) with a lovely view. The food there was frsh and the service was excellent. If you have children, A short 20 minute trip to Bali will bring the benefit of a lovely beach with a large inflatable "it's a knockout" style play area that the kids will love. It was £12 for the whole day and £6 for 2 sunbeds and a parasol. My final tip is to visit the Kokkinos supermarket on the main road to Panormos (next to the petrol station), they have a fresh meat and cheese counter. From that counter there are a coupe of feta cheeses you can buy that are made in the town and some excellent Greek yogurt. In short, I can't recommend this villa enough, it was exceptional! *****

Traumurlaub

Wir durften eine ganze Woche in der traumhaften Villa Eleni verbringen. Die Gastgeber sind so herzliche Menschen,dass wir ganz gerührt waren. In der Villa fehlt es an nichts! Zum Strand fährt man mit dem Auto ca.5-10min. aber das ist absolut in Ordnung. Da wir von der Insel auch was sehen wollten

Amazing villa

The villa is exactly as the pictures show. The views are amazing and it is very private even though there is another villa next door. The property is in excellent condition and very comfortable. The drive up to the villa is very steep so be ready with your clutch control but you soon get used to it. The village is 5 mins away but I would recommend driving as it is a steep road down. Panormo which is a 10 min drive, is well worth a visit as the beach is lovely as is the town. Communication with the villa owners was excellent with immediate responses. Definitely recommend the villa if you want a peaceful and high quality villa with amazing views!

Lovely Stay

What a lovely villa, so nice and clean and the view wow. We had an issue when we were there but the owners were round to fix the problem immediately and the service received from them was amazing. The only negative is it's quite isolated so you need a car but then the benefit of that is that it's really quiet and tranquil.

Urlaub etwas abgelegen in den Bergen

Wir wurden von den Besitzern persönlich empfangen und haben zur Begrüßung einen gedeckten Tisch vorgefunden mit Wein und Raki und etwas warmen zu Essen. Genial, denn wir waren erst abends um 21:30 Uhr am Haus. Uns (4) hat das Haus und die Umgebung wunderbar gefallen, genau so wie wir den Urlaub haben wollten. Es ist aber tatsächlich angebracht ein Auto zu haben, um den Einkauf zu erledigen und die Insel zu erkunden. Im Haus selber war alles was man braucht, Waschmittel, Geschirrspültaps, Reinigungsmittel und Handtücher. Nach einer halben Woche wurde eine Zwischenreinigung gemacht, mit frischen Betten und neuen Handtüchern. PERFEKT! Wir können diese Villa nur weiter empfehlen und wer weiß, vielleicht fahren wir sogar selbst noch mal wieder hin.

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Eine wirkliche sehr schöne Villa. Die Gastgeber sind extrem freundlich und haben uns zur späten Begrüßung sogar Essen zubereitet und die wichtigsten Grundsachen wie Wasser, Butter usw. schon im Kühlschrank bereit gestellt. Die Villa ist mit allen ausgestattet. Es wird bestimmt nicht unser letzter Urlaub hier gewesen sein. :-)

Das Haus ist wirklich toll. Sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts.

Leider ist die Lage nicht ganz so optimal. Wer nicht viel Wert auf einen schönen Ort und Strand legt ist hier genau richtig. Jedesmal wenn wir zum Haus von Ausflügen zurück kehrten waren wir glücklich etwas schönes zum wohnen zu haben. Außerhalb blieb dies leider sehr auf der Strecke. Die Eigentümer sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub weg aus der Zivilisation ist dies genau richtig.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir waren mit 3 Pärchen vor Ort und egal was wir brauchten, die Vermieter haben sich um alles gekümmert. Das Haus ist sauber und alles was man braucht ist schon dort. Die Aussicht über die Berge ist toll und egal ob Sonnenaufgang oder Untergang - alles von oben zu betrachten. Ein rundum super toller Urlaub mit absoluter Empfehlung!

Very enjoyable 10 days - good location to visit much of Northern Crete within a 2 hour drive

Villa easy to find. Very well appointed and an excellent welcome on arrival. Local amenities - s/markets butchers all available in nearby Perama. All restaurants of any quality are 8 km away in Panormos as is the nearest beach. Menus are similar and quite varied.so diffential is service. Captains House and Porto Paritis on shoreline were our choice. If going to Spinalonga then check there are no local strikes! We did not and we’re caught out. Imbros Gorge worthy of visit especially the ad hoc taxi ride at the end. Beaches vary and can be very crowded in season. Georgioupoli a must with Rethymno for the more active.Crete is a lovely island andGreek people highly hospitable.

Amazing villa for a family holiday

We stayed at Villa Eleni for a week for our first family holiday with our 2 young boys and our friends. We couldn't have chosen better or asked for any more. When we arrived we were greeted by the owners for a tour of the villa, and with a home cooked Mousaka for dinner and some fresh bread, cheese and local olives. We had asked for highchairs, cots, a bed guard and toys which were all there for us, including a playpen which we didn't expect but was so handy with a 10 month old. They were so accommodating! The villa itself has all the home comforts you need. We found the layout perfect with small children as the pool is one side of the villa and the garden with the slide/swings on the other side so we didn't have to worry about watching them constantly around the pool. Location wise....a car is needed....but that wasn't a problem for us. We headed to the beach at Parnamo on our last day and wish we had time to go back as it is a lovely seaside town, and only 10 minutes from the villa. All in all.....highly recommend Villa Eleni and Think Villa....Valia was so helpful and always replied within the same day. Would love to go back again sometime!

Wonderful family vacation!

The villa had everything we needed! The location is great to explore what Rethymno has to offer! The beaches of Rethymno are also perfect! We couldn’t have made a better choice! The hosts were great and really friendly! We definitely recommend the villa! Thank you for the unforgettable vacation!

Definitely we'll stay there again!!!

-We are a family with 2 children! We have stayed in the villa for a week and I must admit that I was absolutely amazed by this villa! Everything was perfect! The photos definitely do not do justice to the villa and area! The owners welcomed us with a pleasant surpsise, the famous greek food-"mousakas"- was there on the table ready for us to devour it, along with other cretan delicacies and "tsikoudia", the well known cretan drink!! Maria, our hostess, was always giving us her most hearty smile and made our stay the most comfortable ever! There was nothing lacking!!Thank you for everything!

Thanks for a great vacation!!

Мы были на вилли в сентябре 2016, группа из 8 взрослых и 2 маленьких детей. Хозяева, несмотря на поздний приезд, ждали нас и приготовили полноценный ужин , что было очень приятно так как было ночь и мы были очень голодные. Вилла ОЧЕНЬ ЧИСТАЯ и современная (у нас сложилось впечатление, что мы были в первыми гостями с момента сдачи дома) и кухня хорошо оборудована и имеет все необходимое для приготовления самых сложных блюд. Очень красивая территория вокруг дома, большая зона барбекю. Очень удобно для детей (в доме есть детский стул для еды и детские кроватки). Уборка проходила раз в 3 дня с заменой постельного белья и полотенец, что очень приятно. До магазина и моря далеко, но прокат машин решил эту проблему. В целом мы получили пятизвездочный отель, за очень удачную цену. На следующий год планируем поехать туда опять We were at Villa in September 2016, we are group of 8 adults and 2 small children. The owners, despite the late arrival, was waiting for us and prepared a full dinner , which was very nice since it was night and we were very hungry. The Villa is very clean and modern (we had the impression that we were the first guests since the delivery of the house) and the kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need for cooking the most complex dishes. Very beautiful area around the house, a large barbecue area. Very convenient for kids (the house has a high chair for meals and cots). Cleaning took place every 3 days with replacement of bedding and towels, which is very nice. To the shop and the sea far away, but rent a car solved this problem. In total, we received five-star hotel for a very good price. Next year we are planning to go there again
