Den nedre våningen på Palma Gora är en av bara 5 lägenheter med rymliga gemensamma terrasser och en pool, omvandlad från ett 150 år gammalt stenhus och ladugårdar i byn Bogdasici ovanför Tivat.

Byggd sten i linje med området, har lägenheten alla mod-cons, med en rymlig öppen planlösning matplats med kabel-TV och gratis Wifi, ett välutrustat öppet kök med inbyggda apparater, 2 sovrum (1 dubbel en- svit, 1 tvilling) båda med ursprungliga sten väggar väggar, 2 badrum och en ovanligt stor wraparound terrass på 3 sidor med spektakulär utsikt över havet och bergen.

Vardagsrummet har 2 bekväma soffor, en flatscreen-tv med kabel-TV och en DVD-spelare med ett urval av DVD-skivor för underhållning, och Wifi tillhandahålls hela. Med altandörrar till framsidan av fastigheten med fantastisk utsikt, och tillgång till terrassen, som är över 9m * 3m! Köket innehåller en full storlek kylskåp, full storlek ugn med 4 keramiska kokplattor och ugn, tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, vattenkokare och mikrovågsugn, med ett brett utbud av köksredskap, krukor, pannor, bestick och porslin.

Den mest populära funktionen i lägenheten är terrassen på 3 sidor, så att gästerna kan ha sol eller skugga efter behov, ett matbord och stolar, 4 solstolar och en parasoll för extra skugga. Från terrassen har du fantastisk utsikt över havet, ön Blommor och de omgivande bergen och landsbygden.

Lägenheten delar en stor matsalterrass med stenbyggd grill och sommarkök, mycket rymlig solterrass med solstolar och en unik pool med bara 4 andra lägenheter.

Toller Urlaub in schönem Appartement mit Pool

Schöne Lage am Berghang und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung von Kotor. Das Appartement und der Pool sind sehr zu empfehlen und die Betreuung durch Chris und Vesna war hervorragend! Gerne wieder!

Perfect relax

Lovely, clean property away from the hustle and bustle. The pool and beautiful views are a particular highlight. It was the perfect spot for a week of relaxation. Greg was very welcoming, helpful and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful apartments in a stunning location

My trip was wonderful from start to finish. Prior to our holiday the owners provided us with lots of information on what to do and see, we received a welcome pack via email, which is also in the apartment, but the advantage of having it before we set off meant that we were able to prioritise our trips in advance. All of our questions were answered and useful phrases and numbers were a great help. On arrival we were welcomed by Vesna who showed us around our apartment and again answered all of our questions. Overall I felt very welcomed and looked after, which took away all the stresses of being in a new country. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and spacious. The bathrooms were modern and pleasant and there were stunning views of the mountains everywhere you looked, whether swimming in the pool, BBQ-ing on the terrace or getting some water out of the fridge, the scenery was breath-taking. The apartments are high up a steep winey road, which was fun to walk up and down once, and there are some beautiful walking trails which are fun to explore, so take your walking shoes. Overall it was peaceful, charming and picturesque, the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Location is great, it is a short taxi ride to the airport, we took a taxi to Tivat in the evenings for dinner and Kotor for a day out, both are recommended and the taxis are very cheap.

Gorgeous and peaceful setting

We had a brilliant stay in one of the Palma Gora villas. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, and it makes a perfect base to either explore Montenegro or just chill by the pool. The villas are well equipped, with thoughtful items included like books, and games and the outside communal space and bbq is great, it would be a lovely place to rent with friends. Being rural you do need a car, but with Tivat airport being less than 10 minutes away, and cheap car hire prices this isnt a problem. The information Chris gave us before we arrived was very helpful, with recommendations on restaurants, day trips etc. And waking up to lovely views every morning, and with a refreshing pool for us all to jump into after breakfast was perfect. The only downside was limited wifi although to be honest that just added to the relaxation. Thank you Chris, we will come again!

We love Montenegro, both its physical beauty and the warmth and hospitality of its people. We have invested a lot of time and effort to ensuring Palmagora fits in with the locality. We built in stone, and have tried to continue the natural theme on the inside. The kitchens are wood, with granite work tops, the floors are tiled and we have used natural materials wherever possible. We have tried to combine the old with the new, in terms of modern cookers, fridge/freezers, air-con, without detracting from the local beauty. We have done everything we can to help you enjoy your stay with us.
We live in the UK, Mum (Chris) in Derbyshire, son (Greg) in London and Delaware USA. We love visiting Montenegro and introducing our friends to this beautiful location. Chris is a University Lecturer and Greg an international business executive - he is the one with the multiple language skills!

If you want a peaceful location in a beautiful situation but to be within a short drive of Tivat and Kotor then this is the place for you.Tivat is the home of the super yacht marina Porto Montenegro, whilst Kotor is a UNESCO world heritage site walled town. Both have a wide variety of bars and restaurants. Kotor hosts a variety of festivals over the year including music and dance, all worth a visit.
There are a wealth of activities in the area- walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, sightseeing or just relaxing on the beach. The new water park opened near Budva is a great place for the whole family.
All apartments have their own private balcony or terrace if you want privacy, or you can sit on the communal terrace overlooking the pool, chatting to other guests.
We have installed cable tv and internet in each apartment if you want to keep in touch from your country idyll.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The area is ideal for walking. Look at the photos to see the view fro ma walk just 10 minute drive away - it takes you along the mountain ridge behind the property and gives the most amazing views - the Kotor Fjord on one side and the sea on the other. Quite breathtaking! There are a couple of photos from this walk among the photos selection.

We are delighted to announce yet another reason to choose Palma Gora for your holiday. Our lovely neighbour Elaine is a professional chef with an excellent pedigree. She worked as a chef on private super yachts for eleven years, owned a Thai restaurant in Mexico and has cooked in many exotic locations. Having sailed into Boka Bay one day she was so overwhelmed by the natural beauty that she decided to settle here in Montenegro. We are of course delighted that she chose to buy a part of the farmhouse next to us.
Elaine can offer cookery courses based in Palma Gora, or she can shop, prepare and present meals for you if you have had a tiring day out or simply want to treat yourselves. Look at her website to see the range of services on offer.
In addition to providing a private chef service, Elaine will prepare a meal for your arrival and leave it in the fridge so you do not need to worry about cooking on the first night. If you are interested in this service I will put you in touch with Elaine, who will send you sample menus and prices.
