Lägenhet med 1 sovrum på Grand Venetian bostadsområde. Vackert inredda, stor balkong för att njuta av utsikten över Banderas Bay. Sova bekvämt i sovrummet ovanpå king size-sängen eller konvertera soffan i vardagsrummet till en king size-sovande.
En tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i enheten och är tillgänglig för vistelser en vecka eller mer. Wifi internet är standard i enheten samt platt-tv i sovrummet och vardagsrummet med lokala antenner för lokala stationer och ansluten till appar som Netflix och Youtube för ditt tittande nöje.

BYGGNADEN
Denna high end egendom är privat för ägare och hyresgäster. Ingångar är gated och säkerhet är 24/7. Det finns tre pooler att välja formulär, inklusive två stora infinitypooler bredvid stranden med utsökt utsikt över staden, båtliv och strandaktiviteter. Undergound parkering under tornet ingår och det finns ett träningscenter, affärscenter, tennisbanor, spelrum och biograf plats större grupper.
Grand Venetian ligger 10 minuter från flygplatsen med taxi, och 10 minuter med buss ($ 0, 60 US) till centrum. Skälen är noggrant manicured, och personalen är mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma. Kabiner är lättillgängliga och bussen stannar precis framför fastigheten. Mataffärer (Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Costco, Soriana), restauranger, Star Bucks, bio (filmer på engelska med spanska undertitlar) och många andra bekv��mligheter ligger inom gångavstånd. Tvärs över gatan från fina restauranger som La Dolce Vita, La Vaca Argentina, bland annat. Längs stranden är det 45 minuters promenad till stadens centrum. Great vacation!

This was our first experience in renting a condo vs doing an all-inclusive resort. The condo is well-appointed and as described in the listing and photos. We enjoyed the pools and the restaurant on site. There are many close amenities within walking distance. LoLoved our stay!

All aspects of the specific property were as advertised. It's a well situated, well managed property. The Grand Venetian is an excellent and relaxing location, clean, well managed, well staffed, and well secured.

We had a wonderful view from the sixth floor looking over the water. The fitness facilities are excellent! The only downside was that there is absolutely no hot water when you want to take a shower. Otherwise, it was great.

Amazing Vacation

The Venetian is a beautiful property! We will for sure stay there again and again! The grounds are beautifully kept and the pools are amazing and are beach side! The restaurant on site is 5 star and prices are low ! Large delicious portions that my spouse and i shared. Beach is clean and quiet. Lots of nearby shopping for everything including groceries. Highly recommend staying at the Venetian!

GREAT condo! BETTER than any hotel room TOP NOTCH!

Fantastic condo in a prime location with all the amenities of home. Clean, modern, safe, comfortable property with an unbelievable view of the bay and the beachfront along Puerto Vallarta. Tons of restaurants within walking distance and you can even get room service from the building's excellent restaurant! The management company took great care of us and the condo. We DID NOT want to leave!

The condo was exactly how it was described. Had everything you would need. The pools and restaurant were excellent. We were here 10 days and after the 4th day we couldn't get ahold of the property manager just no response. That is the only negative. Otherwise it's a great place to stay

This condo is very spacious , well equipped , clean with an amazing view! The sunsets were incredible! We sat out on our balcony every morning to enjoy our coffee and watch the boats go by, the waves rolling in on the beach! The grounds are well kept and looked after , very clean and in tower 3 you could quite often have a whole pool to yourself as well as enjoying all the other pools on site, which are 6 I believe! We would not hesitate to come back here again, we loved our stay and will miss this unit for sure!!

Wonderful condominium & resort

Very nice condo, beautiful view of the ocean & river, we used the patio chairs, table & loungers daily. Nice to have a safe & beach towels. Loved the gated security, gym, 5 pools, great restaurant, and beautiful beach and ocean to swim in. Close for groceries & restaurants, Gerardo our host met us and orientated us. He was readily available to answer a few questions during the month. Betty our cleaner did a great job and cleaned the unit and replaced the bedding weekly. Would like a gas grill and full cable in English. We had a wonderful time.

A Wonderful Week in Beautiful Puerto Vallarta

Check in to the unit was simple and the guest happiness manager Daniela gave us a great tour of the unit and was sure to explain everything. The unit is spacious and comfortable and has everything a person needs during their stay. There is ample shopping and restaurants nearby and groceries at Costco or La Comer are easily accessible via Uber/Cab with pickup right from the lobby of the building. There is great views from the balcony and we saw the pirate ship coming and going daily, a cruise ship coming into port, and multiple sky divers landing on the beach. Because we stayed a week we had our unit cleaned halfway through our stay. I would stay in this unit again without hesitation!

Condo was nice. I would say the communication with the Guest Happiness Manager was the overall concern. Limited communication before arriving, and once we were on property. Email sent on a Saturday about issue with water in shower going from cold, to warm to scalding hot, but mostly cold water in the shower. No response 2 days later. I follow up with email and apparently Saturday was her day off and she would get maintenance right over. We left on Wednesday and nobody showed up and no further communication back from Guest Happiness Manager.

Cold Water Camping

First the Good : Awesome location Well appointed one bedroom, huge. Gated community Wonderful view Excellent air conditioning Comfortable bed CONS: Sporadic communication with property manager.... We never did meet.... Due to an "emergency" at their end. Promised Luggage storage final day, Never materialized. NO/MARGINAL HOT WATER Hot water for showering was IMPOSSIBLE. We tried.... It's simply was unavailable. Perhaps worse...... While attempting a cold shower.... Scalding hot water would come, then vanish. This was dangerous. (Previous review stated this..Dec. '23) Maintenance did arrive to address the situation on our final day. They were unable to fix it. On discussion property manager confirmed the Owner was fully aware . WE WERE NOT. On our departure four maintenance Workers were there to address the situation, Including the same fellow that had attended the day before. At issue: Thus far our attempts to address this issue with management are unresolved. Had we been aware that this unit had nonfunctioning hot water, We would have rented elsewhere.
