Nice and calm place with beautiful surroundings.

We had a wonderful time in Little Harbor. Beautiful surroundings. Loved the restaurant Sunset Grill right at the beach with lovely sunsets and live band every night. The apartment has comfortable beds and a great balcony. Highly recommend place if you want to relax.

A Real Jewel

We were celebrating the Fourth of July with family in the area and decided to give Little Harbor a try. Very glad we did, comfortable room all the amenities you would expect. The owners were very responsive and provided clear instructions for everything. We cannot say enough about the entire area, several pools close by, restaurants in walking distance and water views anywhere you look. It was just generally a peaceful and scenic location that we would love to visit again.

Mold issues

The property was nice. The major issue was a large amount of mold in the wall AC and vents. This can cause respiratory issues along with other problems. My husbad has Asthma and the property Manager knew we were staying at the unit while my husband was recovering from a major operation. We ony stayed at the property for an hour. After the discovery, we contacted the property mgmt and we left for obvious reasons. The manger told the host we stated there was dust coming out of the AC, which was a lie. After letting the Host know the truth and sending her pictures She refuses to refund our money or even offer an apology.

Girls getaway

The floors were dirty, but rest was great. Pool and restaurants were excellent. Would stay again. Great experience. Would recommend putting some breakfast places for your guests in the room. Also where the garbage cans are located.

Remote, but area is nice

The price was low and the location was remote. If you like remote, this will work for you. Quite area. Couple of nice restaurants within the property. The unit needs some updating, cleaning is needed. Don’t expect perfection, but it wasn’t clean enough for me and my wife.otherwise, budget family on a trip, this would work nicely.

Nice stay

Nice property, 2 restaurants walking distance, beautiful view of the bay, however beach had lot of algae during our stay. Not that many places to eat or shop outside of the 2 restaurants in little harbor. Overall it was a nice stay, Warren was very responsive and gave us all info needed.

1st Vrbo get-away a success!

Relaxing get-away! Very clean, able to walk to beach, restaurants and pool in minutes! Check it in/out was a breeze, easy directions and very responsive to questions. This was my first vrbo getaway-Absolutely recommend and easily give 5 stars!!

Ruskin Clean and Comfortable

The property was very clean and comfortable. It was close to the pool, the beach, and two restaurants. We especially enjoyed watching sunsets at the Sunset Grill. Warren was very pleasant and communicated very well. The only suggestion I would have would be to have some sort of blankets in the unit. There were only sheets on the beds, with no other covering, and we got chilly and had to go purchase a blanket. We would highly recommend this unit for a clean, quiet, relaxing, stay!

Comfy unit in nice resort

Good value in a small but comfortable unit. Resort had beach, fishing pier, pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, fitness center, and two restaurants all within walking distance.

It was a great stay. The only hiccup was I didn't realize there were no replacement towels, but there is a washer and dryer to take care of cleaning those towels to reuse.

Perfect Creature Comforts

This was our first experience with VRBO. And it may sound silly, but once you're over 55 the little things matter more. Good quality towels and toilet paper ! We loved the layout. The bed was very comfortable. Ice cubes were ready when we arrived. Quiet peaceful area. Restaurants in walking distance. Loved our stay. We will definitely refer others. Beautiful location.
