Denna lyxiga floden villa med separat stuga ligger bara några minuters promenad från centrala Pacific Harbour palmkantade stranden på den östra änden av Coral Coast. Kombinerat fastigheten har 4 sovrum, 3 badrum och sover 9. Både Villa och stugan har fullt utrustade kök och separata media rum med satellit-TV.

Perfekt för din fijianska semester denna privata gated floden egendom är en 5 minuters promenad till orter och restauranger, en fem minuters promenad till den vackra Pacific Harbour strand, en 10 minuters promenad till byn shoppingområdet och en lätt fem minuters bilresa till Trent Jones 18-håls golfbana. Detta floden reträtt har en bekväm fribärande skärm rum som sträcker sig ut över floden backas upp av tropiska trädgårdar. Fastigheten har enkel tillgång till floden för kajakpaddling och vattensporter.

Den största Villa har två stora badrum, öppen planlösning vardagsrum och matsal ett stort fullt utrustat kök inklusive kommersiell gasspis och ugn och ett medelägenhet på övervåningen.

Sovrummet är stort och bekvämt med separat sittgrupp och utsikt över den spektakulära Qaraniqio flodfronten med franska dörrar ut till poolen och utomhusdusch. Den badrum är komplett med dusch och separat jacuzzi för avkoppling behov.

Det andra sovrummet sover 3 gäster och är konfigurerat med både en drottning och en enkelsäng, med eget badrum och direkt tillgång till poolen och trädgården.

Separat placerad på fastigheten stugan erbjuder två sovrum som sover upp till fyra (4) gäster. Ett sovrum har en king size-säng och den andra har en drottning säng med utsikt över trädgården och floden.

Beautiful Property

The property has so many different spaces to enjoy peace and quiet. Huge kitchen, beautiful pool and a wonderful place to have a large group of family together.

Best Vrbo Ever

Great property.

We had a delightful time here. The setting is wonderful and the owners were cooperative and helpful. The place needs a little TLC but we had lots of fun. They provide kayaks and had a beautiful gazebo that overlooks the river. There are two bedrooms in the main house and two more w/bath in the ‘cottage’.

Fantastic stay

Loved the house and guest house - Frederick was an amazing host and make sure you have Mary come by for massages in the cabana overlooking the river. Excellent proxomity to all the scuba shark diving locations. Thanks for a great stay ( 5 adults)

Absolutely beautiful home away from home

Absolute beautiful place with fabulous host. All the family loved it. A place for everyone. Gardens were absolutely stunning with the outdoor deck and enclosed patio perfectly situated right on the river. Home was immaculate with everything you need with pool and aircon. Our favourite place to date wonderful would highly recommend

Fabulous week

This place is amazing. Two master bedrooms, large kitchen, wonderful pool, and a great location. The best thing of all is Fredrick, the host of the property. Fredrick made our stay more than memorable. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Wonderful pool

We had a great week, exactly what we were looking for. Big kitchen so breakfast at home. Hanging out at and in the pool. Easy walk to several shops and restaurants. Alexxis arranged our transfer from/to Nadi, and a day trip to Suva city.

Family Holiday

The property was amazing, beautiful location by the river and close for alot of activities. Todd and Alexxis were great, always got back to us quickly and Dee was great in helping us with contacting and organising some activities! We all loved the pool, river jumping and kayaking. Luxurious and spacious property with all you need

Such a large accommodation that easily housed 3 couples for 5 nights. Beautifully manicured garden. Great ventilation, but ac was great when needed. So handy having a washing machine. Fun was had kyaking with plenty of life jackets provided. Thank you

Private paradise!

Beautiful and spacious property right by the river. Lovely hosts who make sure you are well looked after. The pool is clean and warm , there are canoes to explore the area. Beach, shops and restaurants few minutes drive away. Could not ask for.morw. Thank you for having us!

A Gem in Paradise

I spent a week with my family, eight adults, had a wonderful time. Plenty of room to spread out, with all the amenities to come together and enjoy time with loved ones. The home is very comfortable, clean and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close to dining establishments and grocery store. The grounds are amazingly beautiful, right next to the river. Pool, deck chairs were very nice, we spent a lot of time just relaxing there. Kayaks were a big plus, allowing quick excursion to the beach. In exploring the area, I could not see a nicer place to stay, we were lucky to find this gem.

Way better than expected

We loved staying here! The pool is fun, there’s so much space, our older kids loved having their own little house. There’s an awesome place right on the river where you can eat or sit, or even jump off the roof into the river. The 4 kayaks were great, we spent our days kayaking down to the beach or just around the river. It was a great stay! We loved it. It’s about 2.5 hours drive from Nadi and 1 hour from Suva.

What a beautiful home!!!

The riverfront estate was beautiful! We spent seven days of our 12-day trip at this location and wilI say that it will have a lasting impression on our wonderful trip. The estate was clean and well-kept with local flowering plants and fresh fruit all around. The river patio was the best place to have our morning coffee and listen to the birds and watch the fish jumping around us. Alexxis was a great host and made things easy for us to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Fiji. We will be back!!!

It was a good stay and a beautiful location and staff was friendly. Thank you all. Downside: pool Could Use some Lighting and the back yard and from and all Around the property could use some motion sensor lights so that guest see if anyone or even the stray dog be approaching or is on the property without permission

River Bend is amazing!

Wonderful, huge house with a pool. Immaculate landscaping, with beautiful trees and flowers everywhere you look. Fresh coconut, limes, paw paw , grapefruit, and many others growing on the property. Fredrick the property manager is very kind and helpful, ensuring that all your needs are met. Pacific Harbor is a friendly town with shopping, restaurants, and offering many excursions. I would recommend River Bend to anyone.

Excellent Property!

Clean, expansive, and secluded property right on the river. We really enjoyed the enclosed deck next to the river and the pool during our stay. We walked to The Establishment and Arts Village several time and even enjoyed a run through the golf course. Todd and Alexxis were very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions. The kitchen is well equipped with pots/pans, but doesn’t have much in the way of spices if you’re looking to cook meals make sure you bring what you need or expect to buy it. Overall a great stay!

Tranquil and spacious

We had a lovely relaxing time at Riverbend. The location on the river with the mangroves opposite is beautiful and feels very secluded despite being only 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. We enjoyed paddling on the river, and splashing in the pool (though the water is a little cold this time of year!). The house itself is spacious and breezy, and we loved the main table looking out over the pool, garden and river. Fredric help attend to our needs, including arranging a high chair for our toddler and spontaneously providing party supplies for one of the kid's birthdays. Thanks for a great stay.

A wonderful five days!

Look no further as this property is incredible !Just returned from a 5 day stay at the River Bend and I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about staying here.I felt like I had the best of both worlds as just being on the riverfront itself its like its own separate vacation as we spent a lot of our time on the screened porch that sits right on the river and then you have the 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is very spacious and well kept as well as the guest house,there are many nearby restaurants that were fabulous .I cant say enough about the professionalism and care we received from Fredric and he always responded anytime we called him within minutes and was a delight to work with .The property is massive and gated and we just loved every minute we were there,the only complaint I have it that our time there ended but I left knowing that someday I will return.

Dream Vacation

The Villa in Pacific Harbour was exactly as described and even more. Our family of 8 had plenty of room. We could be close together for meals but also had our own areas where we could have some privacy. The ceiling fans, air con, and pool kept us very comfortable. The wifi kept us connected to the world back home when we needed it. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was amazing. The river in back of the property was perfect for fishing and kayaking. Our kids took the kayaks up the everywhere-- up river and out to the beach. The screened dock house was a great place to relax at the end of the day and listen to the peaceful sounds of the river. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Food, shopping, beach, etc. Our host was very responsive to our every need. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer-- we will definitely be back in the future.
