Great views & location, condition was poor
Ashley, the prop manager was prompt upon check in and courteous. The unit location is perfect and you can't beat the view for city living. The condition of the place is poor - kitchen appliances were old and not cleaned, walls were scraped with black marks, countertops were stained, drawers were cracked and some couldn't close well, towels were shredding, bed spread had a large hole in it and the floor fan that was in the condo when we arrived was covered in thick dust as were the corner areas where the TV chords gathered. I sent Ashley photos of all the above right away. She did take care of the fan the next day and replaced a new one. She credited me a small amount for the cleaning I did myself as I couldn't use the kitchen from the uncleaned grease and stains. I appreciate that it's probably the owners that made that credit decision and not her.
Pros - besides and view, it's nice that they had beach chairs, towels and boogie boards to use if you need them.
I hesitated leaving this review because I don't like leaving anything negative but if I had known the condition from a prior review before I booked, I wouldn't have. However we did love the beach right below and made the best of our stay. We enjoyed our trip overall.
Parking is included which is great. As long as you are aware before booking, you will still enjoy it because of the other great attributes of the rental.
