The vacation rental for the tiny home was amazing and the place felt like a second home for us to come back to. We really enjoyed our stay at the tiny home and we didn't have to worry about basic necessities to purchase here at the home (excluding food). The place is great for a couple wishing to get away, as being amazingly centrally located to national parks. It was 45 minutes to Zion, one hour to Bryce, 2 hours to North rim grand canyon. We bought the annual pass from the national parks and got into all of those easily for each day we went. The living area and each bedroom areas have air conditioning units to keep your room cool or warm depending on when you stay.
The bedroom loft area was not a place we used, so I cannot comment on the space itself. For those who have little kids they may want to be mindful of the ladder to the loft is at a quite steep angle, but roomy in the loft itself.
As the first renters for the place, there were some growing pains with the landscaping and construction still occurring, but we weren't around long enough to notice them in our day to day travels. Parking wasn't an issue (unless you have more than one car here)
Micah and Julie were really responsive when we had questions, which we really appreciate. The people around the southern Utah area were friendly and easy to start up conversations with.
As for complaints, I wish the couch was a little bigger for relaxing on. It fits one person laying across and that's it. Additionally we ate outside one evening on the back deck and the sun was glaring right in our faces, with no screening or shade unfortunately.
Overall we recommend this home mainly for couples looking to vacation and not have to waste money for a cabin with 3 or 4 extra unnecessary rooms. The price was excellent for the week and we were blown away by the finishing touches on the house.
