Denna 3/2 lägenhet på tredje våningen kommer att bli en fantastisk familj reträtt för sommarsemester, hösthelgen escapes, Thanksgiving, jul eller en familj spring break event! 6 sovplatser bekvämt och 7 om du använder soffan - King, Queen och två enkelsängar, fullt utrustat kök och wrap around balkong med havsutsikt. Havet erbjuder många gemensamma bekvämligheter som gästerna är välkomna att använda: Pooler (1 uppvärmd inomhus och 2 utomhus), ångbastu, grillplats, våt bar, strandpromenad, wi-fi, gångväg till stranden, utomhusdusch, gym, tennisbanor , shuffleboard, parkering för två fordon (du kommer att köpa dina parkeringspass vid ankomst).

Wonderful stay

This is our second year to stay in this condo-it is always clean when we arrive-It is close to a lot of things to do & easy access to the beach, which is a plus-We had a wonderful week!!

Great condo!

All communication with the host was fast and friendly. We loved the location and it was perfect to have 3 bedrooms. My only issue is the master bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the condo. Thankfully we brought an additional fan. But other than that it was great! Would definitely come back.

Great Location, Noisy

Communication with owner was great and very quick responses to my questions. We were confused about paying $50 to park as there was different prices stated in paperwork. The bed mattress were very comfortable as well as the cozy living room. Having three pools to visit were very nice. There was two rolls of toilet paper in the condo for the whole week, so be prepared to bring your own! The construction noise was horrible. It was constant, high pitched drilling in concrete every day from 9-5. You heard it in the condo, the balcony, and the pool. It was very disturbing especially with special needs children who were sensitive to noise and nap time.

Loved the area!!!

Loved the condo-very nice-the only complaint would be construction work all day-at times we left the condo just so We didn’t have to listen to it-very loud & noisey & annoying-needs to be done in off season not peak season-great access to beach & that was a big plus!!

Extended family vacation

We had 2 condos in the complex. Both were wonderful! We vacationed with our 3 grown children & their spouses and 5 grandkids: Will hopefully be back some day. Best family vacation!

Nice Condo, plenty of room

Had everything we needed with plenty of room. Had a short walk to the beach and that was a plus. Had an easy check in and check out. I really have no complaints and would consider staying again.

Last summer hoorah

It was great no complaints at all just as listed enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and all the extras in the kids closet. The fluffy blankets in living room and board games were great I would also recommend going to Cowbell’s Rolled Ice Cream Shop close by .

Great stay.

Great location near grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping. Easy access to the beach and pool. Grounds were neat and clean. Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed. Palm trees obstruct some of the beach view. I would stay there again and would recommend this property.

Really enjoyed our stay!

We always enjoy our time at Seaside BRC. The location of the property is great. It was clean, very roomy and well stocked with everything you could need. I really appreciated the extra blankets and beach chairs. Some things to note about the condo: There is no trash chute. Having to take your trash all of the way back down on the other end of the parking lot was not very convenient. The balcony view is somewhat limited and not very private. The stairwell, around the elevator and walkway to your room was very dark. No lights on at all.

It was an easy process and we received all pertinent information a week prior to the trip. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the pool, and several close by restaurants. The property and unit were as advertised and met our needs.

Great location and view

This property was a great location with a short distance to the beach and good shopping near by. There was also a great view of the ocean from the balcony. We had a great stay and look forward to returning sometime soon!!
