Denna lugna villa ligger på ett helt nytt komplex och har ett avundsvärt läge med utsikt över poolen och utsikt över landsbygden. Utsikten från sovrummet på första våningen och andra våningen, privat takterrass till Troodosbergen och Paphosskogen är verkligen spektakulära.
En 5 minuters promenad tar dig till Polis centrum med sin lugna avslappnade charm och till dess varierade matställen och traditionella tavernor, därför är en bil onödig, men är användbar för att utforska längre bort.

Denna villa är cirka tre år gammal och har privat terrängparkering. Med utsikt över poolen och solterrass och ligger över tre våningar; utsikten från de tre sovrummen och närmare bestämt takterrassen (som inte förbises) måste ses att man tror.
Villan har varit kärleksfullt inredd och dekorerad med kvalitetsinredning och inredning. Enorma skjutbara altandörrar tillåter utsidan och flugskärmarna monterade på dessa dörrar och alla fönster hindrar irriterande insekter från att komma in.
Det finns en stor platt-tv och satellitbox som ger en mängd olika engelskspråkiga nyheter, film- och barnkanaler.
Utsikten från sovrums balkongerna sträcker sig till bergen som omger komplexet på två sidor och över Polis till havet och för dem som njuter av ett glas vin eller två när du är på semester är staden Polis några minuters promenad, så till och med den utsedda föraren kan delta i firandet.
Barnsäng och barnstol kan tillhandahållas på begäran. Ett gratis välkomstpaket tillhandahålls vid ankomst.
Eftersom denna lägenhet ligger inom gångavstånd till Polis, är en bil inte nödvändig och samlingar kan ordnas från Paphos flygplats till en bråkdel av priset för de lokala taxibilarna.

Lovely villa and complex

This is a very comfortable, attractive and well equipped villa. It was very clean and well presented on our arrival, together with a very helpful welcome pack. The pool and surrounding complex was also very nice, clean and well maintained, with ample sunbeds and umbrellas. We were very happy with it.

fantastic place to be

We ve been several times to Polis Gardens and the complex in which this house is is the loveliest and quietest one. The house was clean, the roof terrace perfect for sunset and sunrise drinks ;) the terrace on ground floor with nice view to the pool area and shadowy during the midday sun. Very nice contact to the agency as I closed the safe without entering a new pin before ;) nothing to complain

Außer das im Badezimmer mal etwas investiert werden könnte , neue Waschbecken und Wasserkräne. Im Abstellraum roch es sehr stark. Insgesamt war aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gut. Die Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt, der Pool nur etwas kalt.

Good location and in close proximity to all local amenities

On the whole very good, there is a roof top terrace and I feel would benefit from patio furniture there also on the balcony that joins the double and twin room.

Very nice house, well equipped, functional and the property managers very attentive and fast to respond to any needs. we enjoyed our stay, spent a lot of time in the swimming pool. The biggest supermarket is a 5/7 minutes walk away and the town center in walking distance. great place, we recommend it

Family Stay August 2019

As 2 adults & 4 children we found the villa spacious and had everything we needed. We had other family staying in 2 other units in this part of the complex and it was perfect! Went across to see the other section of the complex and so happy we found this villa. Polis Gardens is lovely and peaceful and we would stay here again without doubt. Thank you Anne & Garry

A great place to stay.

A really well kept property in an ideal spot for getting about this part of Cyprus. All amenities in easy walking distance, beaches are walking distance but a car makes life a lot easier. Shared swimming is a decent size and kept very clean, the whole complex is clean and well kept.

Great property, great location

Property was great, had everything you need. Great welcome pack in the property ensuring we had a comfortable arrival, tea, coffee, milk loaf, orange juice, bread and a bottle of wine. Anne and Gary were great hosts and visited to see everything was ok. Some rentals you have the keys left and never hear from anybody, the personal touch was very welcoming. We would not hesitate to return.

wonderful house in a wonderful isle

I spent my holidays in this beautiful house in august. The house is so big and new, three floor and solarium. In front of the house there is a big swimming pool and we had barbeque ....so ......very very beautiful place.... I would like to thank you Anne , for all your assistance. bye David

The property is very light airy spacious and clean.

Modern end of terrace villa with patio facing east for breakfast- middday sun and overlooking the pool. Roof terrace privides privacy and all day sun if preferred with 360 Deg views of surrounding area. Great for star gazing as well! Villa is perfect for six with a large kitchen and lounge dining area. There is outside dining as well. Had problem with wasps as there was a nest in the pool showers but this was not the fault of the villa.

Just the job

This was our first stay in a rented villa and we certainly weren't disappointed. The villa was fully equipped with everything that we needed including wifi so that we were able to keep in touch with friends and clients (for our business) via e-mails etc.. The complex is beautifully maintained and very quiet, but close enough to Polis town so that we didn't have to worry about driving to the local restaurants and bars. Our favourite activity was relaxing on the terrace and having a "dip" in the large swimming pool. The villa was clean on arrival and Steve & Julie came to see us to welcome us to Polis and answer any questions that we had. All in all, a great stay in great accommodation.

Home from Home

The Villa in Polis was all as detailed, bright, clean and airy and very well maintained. All mod cons and more than adequate if you intend to self cater. Steve and Julie couldn't have been more helpful, always available but never in your face. ( thanks again to the both of you for the welcome pack) Our stay lasted 2 months, so finding sufficient to do could have been a problem but Steve pointed us in the right direction with places to visit and restuarants of note to dine. We had a great time as did our family who visited during our stay. The pool although communal was never over occupied and the neighbours were quiet and considerate so noise was never an issue. So if you want a quiet restful time, self catering or you want to sample the many restaurants Polis and surrounding areas has to offer, this is the place for you and I have no hesitation in recommending it. Thanks once again Steve and that lovely Julie. Les & Sylv 😄

Very nice villa

Nice quiet well equipped villa. The kitchen had pretty much everything one could need for a two week stay. The beds were comfortable and the views from the villa beautiful. There is air con in all rooms payable locally on a two hour timer. You really need it in summer as it gets vey hot! The pool was always clean and there were always plenty of sunbeds and sunshades. Polis has many bars and restaurants with a nice family atmosphere.
