Lyxig designvilla med fantastisk havsutsikt, luftkonditionering och överflödande pool

Denna rymliga designvilla byggdes 2006 och är i perfekt skick. Utsikten är spektakulär. Allt i huset ser perfekt ut eftersom det bara har hyrts ut i några år. Inredningen är modern och mycket smakfull. Mycket omsorg har ges till detaljerna. Villan erbjuder 4 sovrum, varav 3 har utsikt över poolen. Det 4: e sovrummet, även ett sovrum, ligger på första våningen och har också en vacker havsutsikt. Alla rum har luftkonditionering, lådfjädrar och stora (inbyggda) garderober. Det finns tre badrum, två med badkar. Det finns flera terrasser, ett täckt loungeområde och en vacker överflödande pool. TV-rummet har en stor TV med mottagning från internationella och holländska kanaler och en Playstation 3. Vardagsrummet har 5 meter höga fönster och har utsikt över Sitges och havet. Huset har wifi-internet (kabel) och ett mycket välutrustat kök. Husets läge är perfekt: ett vackert område (Vallpineda) och också mycket centralt. Det ligger i ett underbart lugnt område med gott om parkeringsplats utanför dörren.

Ett fantastiskt tennis- / paddeltenniscenter med ett fullt utrustat gym och en simbassäng i olympisk storlek ligger 300 meter från huset. Sitges har regelbundet mycket trevliga evenemang och festligheter. Det är känt för filmfestivalen i oktober (mini-Cannes), Gourmet-helgen i samma månad, karneval i februari, Barcelona till Sitges Vintage bilstevna i mars och naturligtvis Fiesta-borgmästaren i augusti. Då surrar det vackra historiska livets centrum. Staden har en mycket unik karaktär och också ett vackert inlandet, med Pinedes vindal och Garaf naturpark en halvtimme bort. Barcelona är mycket lätt att nå och flygplatsen ligger 20 minuters bilresa bort. Tillsammans med det underbara klimatet erbjuder Sitges allt för en perfekt semester. Villan ligger nära Sitges centrum och ligger bara 2 till 3 minuters bilresa från stranden. Vallpineda-distriktet, där villan ligger, är en av de trevligaste stadsdelarna i Sitges och underbart tyst.

Absolutely perfect!

This was our second stay at the villa and it was excellent in every way! The view is even better than the pictures and the pool is divine. Madelene, the house manager, was also incredibly helpful and made the stay that much better. We’ll definitely be back!

Celebration Long Weekend

First time in Stiges , the house was spectacular especially the pool.. It had everything needed for stay and Madelene gave us some great recommendations for bars and restaurants. Would say that you will need a car to make the most of the area and your stay.

Joyful villa in superb location.

The awesome villa with inspiring design features was the perfect accommodation for an intergenerational get together. Most memorable was the delightful pool, edged with trees and the outdoor terrace which afforded panoramic views of Sitges. The joyful villa was the perfect base for an unforgettable family holiday.

Wonderful Stay

We visited for a short October Half Term break with the kids. The property was fantastic and had everything we needed (Even the weather). Lots of space, amazing views and a pool to die for. Madelene who met us at the property was super helpful and also provided us with some top restaurant reccomendations. We will definitely visit again *****

Beautiful villa

Well appointed with everything we needed for friends and family after my daughters wonderful wedding in Olivella. Owner very responsive. Would recommend. 25 minute walk to centre of Sitges and easy to get a taxi back up the hill. We had a car but not essential apart from big supermarket shop

Beautiful villa

Stayed for a short break. Beautiful villa, accurately represented by pictures. Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and housekeeper was very helpful. We didn’t take a car but it was easy to get around using bus or taxi. We did walk down into Sitges but not back as uphill all the way but did make for excellent views.

Perfect family holiday

The house was absolutely fantastic! Lovely view from the terrace, lots of space both outside and inside, short distance to cozy Sitges (we took the bus which has a stop a few meters from the house). We spent many hours in the pool. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We did not want to leave, so hopefully we will be back asap.

Beautiful

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful house, the views are incredible, the pool was amazing, the house has everything you need for a luxurious stay in sitges. It is quite a walk back up to the house from Sitges centre, but you can usually hail a taxi or call one.

Lovely home overlooking sea

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sitges. The vacation home had ample room for our group of seven, including teenagers. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is within walking distance of town but is located on a hill. This provides a stunning view but does mean you have a bit of a steep climb on your return, as others have noted. If you don't have a car, jumping on a bus or hailing a cab is your best bet if you have an armful of groceries. We had no complaints at all! It's a great house in a great city!

Beautiful In Every Way

Monique's home is absolutely stunning...from the views, to the property and landscaping to the tastefully decorated interior. This home is everything that is promised and more, close to all amenities including restaurants, grocery and of course the beach. Most of all we felt welcome and were extremely comfortable, as if we were in our own home. Madeline lives locally and was very flexible to assist us with our late arrival, she is absolutely delightful!

Just what we wanted

We were looking for a property close to Sitges and all it's surroundings has to offer but in a peaceful location. This villa was perfect. Just a twenty minute down hill walk to the centre(a bit longer on the way up) although there is a local bus to make it easier. Set on the hill the villa has amazing views of the town and coast which can be enjoyed almost every room, both terraces and the beautiful pool. It is well furnished, well maintained, and equipped with everything you may need whether you choose to self cater or eat out. Madelene, the hosts contact in Sitges, was charming, welcoming, helpful and available should you need anything. There were no negatives so our stay was perfect.

Wonderful pool area and terrace

We were 5 friends celebrating our 40 year old birthday together. We had a great stay. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Great beds and showers. Good space for everybody. Beautiful terrace were we had breakfast and even used for yoga practice. We did not have a car, but strolled to town when needed it took us 30 minutes and took a taxi back to the house. Sitges was very nice. We would love to come back sometime. Can only be recomended.

Wonderful week in Sitges

We passed a wonderful week in Sitges. The villa was spectacular!!! What a view!!!! We were 6 adults staying at the villa and there was tons of room. Communication with Monique and Madelene was easy and Madelene was super helpful and so pleasant to deal with. We didn’t have a car which wasn’t a problem. We walked into town every day and would take a taxi back to the villa. We truly had a wonderful week and would definitely rent the villa again when we come back to Sitges.

Stunning, stunning, stunning.

The house is absolutely awesome. As many have said the pictures do not do it justice. As a party of 6 adults we could have time together by the pool, in the lounge area or eating together. However my sons and I could also have private time in many areas of the house with our respective partners. The views are stunning from the dining terrace but the lower part of the house including by the pool is quite secluded and private despite having neighbours. The communication was excellent at all times as well. I can’t rate it highly enough.

Sitges Return

After a twelve year gap of holidaying in Sitges we returned and made the decision in this lovely villa instead of a hotel. We were lucky enough to be able to stay in this fantastic villa which has an amazing view over the whole of Sitges. The pool was fantastic and the villa contained everything you would need for a perfect stay. The owner Monique always answered any questions quickly and the local point of contact Madelene was available for any problems or questions during our stay, with nothing being too much trouble. The villa had plenty of space over 3 levels and was spotlessly clean. The villa is walkable into town about 25 minutes but probably a taxi back! Would definitely recommend for a beautiful stay and hope to return one day.

Centrally Located

Six family members stayed at this house for 9 days. We never felt crowded and even had a fourth bedroom we didn’t use. The pool was clean and easily accessed from the three downstairs bedrooms. We cooked at the house and found all the utensils we used in our own home. Madeline (property manager) greeted us when we arrived and was available throughout our stay to answer questions or give suggestions about Barcelona and Sitges. We would definitely stay at this house again. We were so busy so we didn’t get much time to enjoy the pool but definitely a comfortable home away from home. A bus stop is a short distance from the house and is only 1,50 euros to get to downtown Sitges.

Is this the perfect holiday

This was booked prior to Covid 19 hitting the world where Monique helped us to jiggle and move the dates without any issues. We were met at the property by Madelene who is a joy to meet who oozes positivity and helpfulness ... I now know pim pam. The villa is better than the pictures show. Three double bedrooms on the pool level floor all of similar size so nobody had a bad room. Master bedroom on the middle level is huge and also has a balcony overlooking the pool. Everything was perfect from start to finish even including Madelene jumping into the road as we left to stop the local bus for us all to head off home. Would recommend this home to everyone .. thank you 😊

Amazing place

We had high expectations for this property given all of the great reviews and they actually were exceeded! The place is fantastic. Lots of space for our family of 5. Pool was fantastic and the 4 bedrooms are huge. Kids loved having their own bedroom as there are 3 off the pool level. Anton/Magdelena were both great in terms of meeting us and making sure we were ok. Monique called as well to help us when it was needed. The view is beyond description high up on the hill. It is walkable into town or via metro, if required. We drove into town each day but everything is close enough. The only thing missing was a cafe/bakery next door to grab a morning coffee and pastry. Oh well, can’t have everything. The only thing that may intimidate someone is all the devices for awnings, gates and windows but easy to figure them out once you look at handy manual. Felt safe and comfortable during our whole stay. Would loved to have stayed longer. Thanks for having for having us.

WOW what a location in beautiful Sitges, Spain!

This house was absolutely amazing! The location on the hill in Sitges with a picturesque view of the water and a great pool was simply awesome! Three adult couples had a wonderful time at this house. Very clean, very equipped with everything you need and VERY responsive owner (Monique) and manager (Madelene)!! The whole process went so very smoothly especially for Americans coming to Spain for their first time! Monique always responded quickly to my emails and provided excellent information on our accommodations and the check-in process. Madelene was super sweet and was always there to help in any way no matter how small the matter was. She too was very responsive. And Ana, the private chef and tour guide that we had was the best! Ana cooked an amazing Spanish meal at the house for our group and it was so so good! She also was our tour guide for Montserrat, Barcelona and a local winery too. This made our trip a great one! We will miss Ana and Madelene for sure! The location of this home is perfect because you are away from the main area of Sitges but just a short bus or cab ride into the main area is very easy to do. We are so glad we stayed in Sitges and commuted to Barcelona by train. It was an easy process and we loved both cities! I HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone looking to travel with 3 couples - all private bedrooms and baths for each and there was plenty of room for all of us as well.

Toller Aufenthalt

Unser Aufenthalt in Sitges wurde dank des tollen Hauses zu einer unvergesslichen Zeit. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen. Unvergesslich bleibt der überragende Blick morgens beim Familienfrühstück auf der Terrasse bis hinunter zum Meer. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

We are a Dutch family with three sons. Two are studying and one is still at school. We have bought this house three years ago and like to go there as often as possible with work and school. There is a lot to do for both older and younger children in Sitges. There are great beaches and a big Aquapark in the vicinity.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We wanted a house near Barcelona, which we find a great city to visit. The travel distance is ideal, within 20 minutes you have reached the house from Barcelona airport. The is also a good train/bus connection to Sitges. We loved the house at first sight, the views, the modern style, the quiet neighbourhood and the fact that it is so near to the centre of Sitges. A great town, with an old centre, a beautiful church, nice boulevard, shops, bars andgood restaurants. Barcelona is half an hour by car, with its beautiful Gaudi monuments, Picasso museum, The Aquarium, Barceloneta, shops,, the Gothic district, etc. Our house is modern, light, spacious and has everything you want for a great holiday. We have decorated the house to our own style, with art on the walls and special attention to detail. We love to go there ourselves as much as possible!
