Denna rymliga designvilla byggdes 2006 och Àr i perfekt skick. Utsikten Àr spektakulÀr. Allt i huset ser perfekt ut eftersom det bara har hyrts ut i nÄgra Är. Inredningen Àr modern och mycket smakfull. Mycket omsorg har ges till detaljerna. Villan erbjuder 4 sovrum, varav 3 har utsikt över poolen. Det 4: e sovrummet, Àven ett sovrum, ligger pÄ första vÄningen och har ocksÄ en vacker havsutsikt. Alla rum har luftkonditionering, lÄdfjÀdrar och stora (inbyggda) garderober. Det finns tre badrum, tvÄ med badkar. Det finns flera terrasser, ett tÀckt loungeomrÄde och en vacker överflödande pool. TV-rummet har en stor TV med mottagning frÄn internationella och hollÀndska kanaler och en Playstation 3. Vardagsrummet har 5 meter höga fönster och har utsikt över Sitges och havet. Huset har wifi-internet (kabel) och ett mycket vÀlutrustat kök. Husets lÀge Àr perfekt: ett vackert omrÄde (Vallpineda) och ocksÄ mycket centralt. Det ligger i ett underbart lugnt omrÄde med gott om parkeringsplats utanför dörren.


Ett fantastiskt tennis- / paddeltenniscenter med ett fullt utrustat gym och en simbassÀng i olympisk storlek ligger 300 meter frÄn huset. Sitges har regelbundet mycket trevliga evenemang och festligheter. Det Àr kÀnt för filmfestivalen i oktober (mini-Cannes), Gourmet-helgen i samma mÄnad, karneval i februari, Barcelona till Sitges Vintage bilstevna i mars och naturligtvis Fiesta-borgmÀstaren i augusti. DÄ surrar det vackra historiska livets centrum. Staden har en mycket unik karaktÀr och ocksÄ ett vackert inlandet, med Pinedes vindal och Garaf naturpark en halvtimme bort. Barcelona Àr mycket lÀtt att nÄ och flygplatsen ligger 20 minuters bilresa bort. Tillsammans med det underbara klimatet erbjuder Sitges allt för en perfekt semester. Villan ligger nÀra Sitges centrum och ligger bara 2 till 3 minuters bilresa frÄn stranden. Vallpineda-distriktet, dÀr villan ligger, Àr en av de trevligaste stadsdelarna i Sitges och underbart tyst.

Amazing Villa!

We spent one week in this fantastic villa in SĂ­tges. The villa was even better than on the pictures. The location and view over Sitges and the Mediterranean are just fantastic. Very well equipped, clean and there is nothing to complian about. The owner is very helpfull and easy to get in contact with and we would love to comeback. I would highly recomend this villa if you are looking for the best place to stay in Sitges.

Great villa!

Very beautiful house with insight protection. Phenomenal view looking out over Sitges town and the pool area is great. The house is very clean and well furnished. Great owner and easy doing business with. We were 7 people and everyone had a great time. I would definitely recommend renting this house to anyone.

Amazing place and can highly recommend. Our family stayed there for a week and we had a great time. One small item that's misleading - the place is not fully air conditioned. In the TV room there is no AC and it's unbearably hot, even in the evening. Makes the room unusable. The main living room also has no AC, but it's better, as there's a large sliding door to let air in. But overall I can highly recommend the place. Super clean, wonderful local contact Maria is super helpful and everything you need is there - particularly in the kitchen.

Incredible stay – Breathtaking views and outstanding hospitality!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Maria, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She followed up throughout our stay with thoughtful suggestions for things to do, places to visit, and local experiences – her tips truly enriched our trip.The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We were a group of adults and young adult children, and the space suited us perfectly.The view from the house was simply breathtaking – especially from the terrace, where we enjoyed unforgettable dinners together. The pool was another highlight – refreshing, clean, and with the same stunning view.We used the bus to get into the city center several times, which was easy and convenient. But we also loved staying in and cooking at the house – the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed.All in all, this was a perfect place to stay – a stunning setting, a truly kind and attentive host, and a home that felt both luxurious and welcoming.

Absolutely perfect!

This was our second stay at the villa and it was excellent in every way! The view is even better than the pictures and the pool is divine. Madelene, the house manager, was also incredibly helpful and made the stay that much better. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely home overlooking sea

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sitges. The vacation home had ample room for our group of seven, including teenagers. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is within walking distance of town but is located on a hill. This provides a stunning view but does mean you have a bit of a steep climb on your return, as others have noted. If you don't have a car, jumping on a bus or hailing a cab is your best bet if you have an armful of groceries. We had no complaints at all! It's a great house in a great city!

Beautiful villa

Well appointed with everything we needed for friends and family after my daughters wonderful wedding in Olivella. Owner very responsive. Would recommend. 25 minute walk to centre of Sitges and easy to get a taxi back up the hill. We had a car but not essential apart from big supermarket shop

First time in Stiges , the house was spectacular especially the pool.. It had everything needed for stay and Madelene gave us some great recommendations for bars and restaurants. Would say that you will need a car to make the most of the area and your stay.

Just what we wanted

We were looking for a property close to Sitges and all it's surroundings has to offer but in a peaceful location. This villa was perfect. Just a twenty minute down hill walk to the centre(a bit longer on the way up) although there is a local bus to make it easier. Set on the hill the villa has amazing views of the town and coast which can be enjoyed almost every room, both terraces and the beautiful pool. It is well furnished, well maintained, and equipped with everything you may need whether you choose to self cater or eat out. Madelene, the hosts contact in Sitges, was charming, welcoming, helpful and available should you need anything. There were no negatives so our stay was perfect.

WOW what a location in beautiful Sitges, Spain!

This house was absolutely amazing! The location on the hill in Sitges with a picturesque view of the water and a great pool was simply awesome! Three adult couples had a wonderful time at this house. Very clean, very equipped with everything you need and VERY responsive owner (Monique) and manager (Madelene)!! The whole process went so very smoothly especially for Americans coming to Spain for their first time! Monique always responded quickly to my emails and provided excellent information on our accommodations and the check-in process. Madelene was super sweet and was always there to help in any way no matter how small the matter was. She too was very responsive. And Ana, the private chef and tour guide that we had was the best! Ana cooked an amazing Spanish meal at the house for our group and it was so so good! She also was our tour guide for Montserrat, Barcelona and a local winery too. This made our trip a great one! We will miss Ana and Madelene for sure! The location of this home is perfect because you are away from the main area of Sitges but just a short bus or cab ride into the main area is very easy to do. We are so glad we stayed in Sitges and commuted to Barcelona by train. It was an easy process and we loved both cities! I HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone looking to travel with 3 couples - all private bedrooms and baths for each and there was plenty of room for all of us as well.

Stunning, stunning, stunning.

The house is absolutely awesome. As many have said the pictures do not do it justice. As a party of 6 adults we could have time together by the pool, in the lounge area or eating together. However my sons and I could also have private time in many areas of the house with our respective partners. The views are stunning from the dining terrace but the lower part of the house including by the pool is quite secluded and private despite having neighbours. The communication was excellent at all times as well. I can’t rate it highly enough.

Fantastic location & view

We loved our stay at the property. The views from the outdoor dining were amazing. Kids spent countless hours in the pool after day trekking around Barcelona and the area. Was handy to drive into metro/Barcelona or dive/walk down to the beach in Sitges or visit the nearby vineyards. Kitchen was well appointed and the bbq great. What a wonderful stay!

Perfect family holiday

The house was absolutely fantastic! Lovely view from the terrace, lots of space both outside and inside, short distance to cozy Sitges (we took the bus which has a stop a few meters from the house). We spent many hours in the pool. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We did not want to leave, so hopefully we will be back asap.

The awesome villa with inspiring design features was the perfect accommodation for an intergenerational get together. Most memorable was the delightful pool, edged with trees and the outdoor terrace which afforded panoramic views of Sitges. The joyful villa was the perfect base for an unforgettable family holiday.

We are a Dutch family with three sons. Two are studying and one is still at school. We have bought this house three years ago and like to go there as often as possible with work and school. There is a lot to do for both older and younger children in Sitges. There are great beaches and a big Aquapark in the vicinity.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We wanted a house near Barcelona, which we find a great city to visit. The travel distance is ideal, within 20 minutes you have reached the house from Barcelona airport. The is also a good train/bus connection to Sitges. We loved the house at first sight, the views, the modern style, the quiet neighbourhood and the fact that it is so near to the centre of Sitges. A great town, with an old centre, a beautiful church, nice boulevard, shops, bars andgood restaurants. Barcelona is half an hour by car, with its beautiful Gaudi monuments, Picasso museum, The Aquarium, Barceloneta, shops,, the Gothic district, etc. Our house is modern, light, spacious and has everything you want for a great holiday. We have decorated the house to our own style, with art on the walls and special attention to detail. We love to go there ourselves as much as possible!
