Fantastisk utsikt och plats. Uppför kullen från Los muertos-stranden och zona. Romantica.
Enheten ligger på 4: e våningen. Hissen går direkt till enheten. Det finns 15 fot trappor till byggnadens ingång. Området är trevligt. Enheten är 3000 SQft med ett 800 SQft däck. Det är 2 sovrum och 2. 5 bad. Vi har solstolar som finns i förrådet på baksidan av enheten. . berätta förarhytten övre Amapas (ovanför motorväg 200). Du köper hyttbiljetten strax innan du lämnar flygplatsen på ett slutet stativ. Dessa lägenheter ligger ovanför den bästa badstranden i området. Inga förfrågningar före fyra månader.

Puerto Vallarta 2024

The Condo had amazing views from every room and was very clean. Our opinion of Puerto Vallarta is that it is an overcrowded, overpriced tourist trap and we will never return.

Very Nice

This is a really nice property with a great owner. Large living space and an amazingly large balcony with million $$ views. I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with my coffee watching PV wake up. The only slight downside is the steep climb up the street from highway 200, but that's what Uber and taxis are for. 😊

Good for price - will probably get better once owners have more time with the property

I have been to PV at least 5 times a year for the last 5 years. The location of this condo is great if you like being in old PV/The Romantic Zone. Pre-arrival, Margarita was very quick to respond and answered every question I had. As promised, Javier was waiting for us when we arrived to give us keys and show us how to do everything. The condo is a GREAT size and has a ton of room and the laundry room was great to have. The patio/plunge pool almost never gets sun due to how the condo building was built so we never got a chance to use the pool. The listing did mention that the owners had only had the condo for a short amount of time so we weren't expecting it to be decorated or have many amenities in it (which was fine). Hopefully, though, they can install blinds or drapes soon because if you want to sleep in on your vacation, it is impossible with the amount of light that comes in with no window treatments. Likewise, the bedding was very minimal with one small pillow per bed but we took some pillows off of the sofa to help. The only negative is that every single night there would be massive roaches on the patio and would make this area unusable for us. I am sure it is just because of the area but hopefully some bug treatments will clear this right up. The other condo owners we met were delightful and nice and, overall, the condo was fine for our trip. Again, once the owners have some time to work out a few kinks before renting it out again, it will be a great spot for someone's vacation!

Beautiful apartment with a great view

A friend and I rented this place from Dec 29 to Jan 5 to spend the New Year in PV. The place was easy to book and Margarita was very responsive throughout the process and our stay. The property manager was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us everything we needed to know about the place. He also checked in with us throughout the stay and made sure trashed was taken out when needed. The AC worked great and it was a bonus to have a washer and dryer in the unit that we could use. In addition, there was towels, tissues and beach towels for our use when we arrived. The place was super clear, had great wifi and very nice neighbors. We were the first guest so there are a few things still coming together for the unit, but overall. We had a great experience and would highly recommend booking this unit.
