Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Located within walking distance to private beach. You do have to be mindful about which gate to access the beach as this area is private beaches. Place was clean with the exception of the floor. Feet and socks got dirty walking on it. Had a few problems but maintenance took care of them timely. Was nice that baby gates, fans, heaters & outlet surge protectors were provided. Upstairs was kinda hot while downstairs the AC kept it cold. Plenty of towels. No condiments in the kitchen.

We had to deal with fire alarms that needed new batteries they came the next day to replace the batteries and the rest of the time was amazing.

The smoke detector started beeping out second night, we called maintenance the following morning and they were there in a heart beat. It is a little walk to the beach, but nice walk. Our kids got to fish ! The pool by our condo was nice. Very cozy! Have no complaints.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Condo! Very Clean and well decorated. Walk out the front door and you are at the pool. Little further to the beach, but we used a beach cart and it was all doable. This condo is centrally located in Destin and we found everything we needed close by!

Area around townhouse and pool was clean and well kept. I had to contact our resort manager due to an animal in the walls of townhouse and also some lights flickering on and off in the kitchen and a locked owners closet. As soon as the manager was aware, we were quickly moved to another location for the rest of our stay.

Great place

Only reason I gave 4 stars is because there was a bad smell for most of the week. We found out on the last day the unit beside us had a dead animal in the closet wall and they had to cut it out. The back door was off it's track but we contacted maintenance and they came first thing in the morning and fixed it. The stove top not all the eyes worked and one was leaning to one side. I would suggest fixing that. Over all thou, it was very well stocked for the kitchen and we had a great time.

Great experience

Property was a fantastic location, very close to the pool that was quite big. Also very close to many shopping and a few places to eat. Worst part was the walk to the beach but it was only about 8 minutes, had to plan out since it wasn’t so easy to go back and get something. Cleanliness was okay, we found a few bits of trash and some Oreos but you had to look under furniture or behind. A lot was supplied but we were not sure what to bring to exactly, would be nice if a list of what is furnished would be supplied. An updated list of what to do or places, restaurants, recommended would be nice. Very nice to have access to beach toys and few other items for kids. Beds were really comfortable and overall house was great. Great experience for sure, definitely recommend. Would be nice if there is a place to donate items that cannot make trip back with families that way stuff/food isn’t just thrown away but that is not fault of the home.

Comfortable

We had a small issue with the door code, but the property manager promptly called us back and resolved the issue. The book for instructions for the property was very helpful, they had not updated one of the gates codes, but we tried the previous months code and it worked. The Townhome was lovely and very comfortable. We never got the coffee maker to work for some reason, even after using the instruction manual that was in the drawer, we usually drink coldbrew so, it wasn’t a huge issue for us. Overall, we had a great time in Destin, I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous

Great townhouse. There were 3 of us and we give it 6 thumbs up! Slight door code issue that was resolved in less than 5 minutes. Super impressed. Beds are excellent, condo was clean. Kitchen is great, well equipped. Including an electric skillet and crockpot. Also, there’s 2 real coffee pots. Which is really good because I couldn’t figure out the black one. No Keurig-thank goodness! This is a “real” rental. So there is nothing shared. You’ll need paper towels, TP, salt and pepper, etc. Which is fine, but if you want coffee the next morning...you need filters. Towels are standard hotel towels. Beach towels were...threadbare. Again, bring your own. Condo includes 2 chairs and umbrella. Just tell Taylor at Beach Services. If you need more chairs, he can rent them to you. We love this complex. It’s our 2nd stay and we will be back!

Our 49th anniversary trip!

We had a great time at the beach and relaxing in the townhouse. Only problem, family with little ones moved in next door and their running up and down stairs was noisy. Dishwasher isn’t anchored to wall and falls forward when opening it. All in all, wonderful stay!

Arrangements were easy and accommodating. Wasn't a fan of the extremely late check-in and even earlier check-out. Did ask for the main tv to be fixed but they neglected to. Overall a good experience

Our stay in Destin

This was a great property to stay in. Close to the pool, short walk to the beach and close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Because of Covid our daughter in law didn't come and bring the 2 grandsons but still had a wonderful time and would do it all again!

Location! Location!

The location was excellent! We went to the pool and beach everyday unlike most vacations we fit it in the beach/pool because of the hassle getting prepared.
