Great place to stay

Location is great. House has a good lay out and is very well stocked to make your stay comfortable. Also has a nice fenced back yard which we appreciated.

A wonderful place to stay

Great location, within walking distance of local dining, ice cream and cocktails. The beach is a stones throw away. Cute house with a nice fenced back yard and comfortable front porch and deck. The host is amazing and responds to all requests quickly

Great Beach Access

Had a great visit! You can’t beat the location with the access to the beach! Home was clean and nice, and had great beach chairs, and towels. Definitely would recommend.

Nice little house close to beach

We really liked the house and it was great for the dogs. The only thing is that we forgot a flashlight laying on the dryer. Would love to book again.

Great house!

We had a very pleasant stay at Cottage 12. The house was perfect, very clean and well stocked. This is a great house for pets because the back yard is fenced in. Our favorite thing to do was have coffee on the front porch while watching the sunrise. We look forward to the next stay.

Nice little house

We really enjoyed our stay this Labor Day Weekend. The house is only few steps away from the ocean & several restaurants. The host was so accommodating and nice throughout the entire time we were there, you can really see how much she cares about her guests & property. I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay here & will when we are looking in this area again.

Great Beach Cottage

Perfect house for a beach vacation. 2 minutes walk to the beach access point and dog friendly. A well laid out and clean property with all the amenities that we required. St Augustine Beach is fun town with mini golf, restaurants, and great coffee and ice cream stores. The beach is wide and expansive. We loved cycling on the beach at low tide, kayaking in the state park and visiting the historic sights in down town St. Augustine. We hope to return.

Great Location

The property was small but it was all we needed. The beds and furniture were comfortable and clean. The patio furniture in the front was a bit worn and could use some cleaning. However, the property is four houses down from the dunes and the beach. Great Location.

Great Rental

We had a great stay here! There is beach access at the end of the street (about 6 houses away). The property was clean and just as represented on the VRBO site. Communication with the property manager was easy, with timely responses. Property is about 15 min from Old St Augustine, 5 min from grocery & liquor stores. We really enjoyed our time here & would definitely stay here again! Ask the neighbor, Carly, for cool things to do, restaurant recommendations, etc. 😊👍

Amazing stay!

Spent spring break with family at this property. Property has great access to beach via short walk a few houses down the street. This part of the beach is pretty quiet. Very safe area. House was clean. Lots of extra towels. Kitchen has everything. Close to grocery store and many restaurants in walking distance for coffee, drinks, and food. Suzanne was very responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Charming and Comfy Beach Cottage

Wonderful cottage on quiet street just steps to the beach. Walking distance to many good restaurants. Cottage was equipped with what we needed for inside and out. Large pet friendly back yard worked well for our furry crew. Abundance of beach towels and beach chairs was very nice benefit. Great restaurant recos and other helpful info from our very polite and responsive owner, Suzanne! Great rental experience and fantastic two weeks!

Perfect house for a beach vacation

Our family had a great time staying at this house...you’re steps from the beach, there’s a heated outdoor shower to clean off the sand, and the house is beautifully decorated. The house had everything we needed...plenty of clean white towels, nice bedding with plenty of pillows, and all the basics that are often missing at other rentals (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dish soap, laundry baskets, etc). The lockbox made key pickup and dropoff simple. We definitely plan on returning next summer!

Great Beach getaway

We booked this for our family vacation with myself, my husband, daughter and son in law and 2 of our grandchildren. Our first visit to St. Augustine for all of us. LOVED the location to the beach! Couldn't get much better than where this cute home sat! The house was centrally located to restaurants, shopping and more. The house was very clean and comfortable and it was great that it had a very secure fenced back yard for the pups. the host was always available to answer any questions via email and always very prompt to do so. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful beach getaway!

Will rent again

The house was clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable. The best thing about it was the outdoor shower, connected through the garage. The kids loved showering outside then straight through the garage to the house. No mess, sand and water in the house. Very short walk to the beach. Nice sand dune system. Beach was nice. Be aware that you can drive on the beach, but that was never a problem. It's controlled and patrolled by law enforcement. The host was very helpful and returned calls or emails very quickly. We plan to rent again.

Standard beach house

Had this property not been so close to the beach, I probably would give it two stars. For starters, they probably need a new cleaning crew. There were obvious traces of the previous guests- The biggest being the king bed having a pile of sand in it upon arrival and a very questionable reddish stain on the pillow sham. We got in pretty late so the owner changed the sheets the next day. The house is functional with cute beach touches, but needs some detailed repairs and updates (windows, front door frame, kitchen sink faucet, dishwasher, garbage disposal…). Beach gear is provided but the chairs are old and rusty. Be prepared to provide your own dish soap and toilet paper after the first one. The best thing about this property is the proximity to the beach and some restaurants.

Very nice beach week

My wife and I enjoyed our week in this house. Close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Very relaxing and comfortable home. I recommend this house to anyone who wants some R&R at a great beach

Everything We Expected
