Nautical Smile - Great Beach House en kort kvarter till Ocean!

Anchors Aweigh mot en härlig semester i denna ljusa och glada två sovrum strandhus. Bara en kort kvarter till havet! Inom gångavstånd till piren och en enkel 10 minuters bilresa till historiska centrum St. Augustine!

Vår strand hus har två sovrum och två fulla bad. En mästare med en queen size-säng och privat master badrum och ett gästrum med enkelsängar. Det finns en full storlek konvertibel futon i vardagsrummet också.

Bekvämligheterna inkluderar central luftkonditionering, takfläktar, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, satellit kabel-TV, DVD och DVD-bibliotek och gratis WiFi. Välfylld kök med kaffebryggare. Platt-TV i vardagsrummet och sovrummet.

Ytterligare amenties omfattar 2 beachcomber cyklar, 4 boogie styrelser, 4 solstolar, parasoll, svalare och en vagn för att bogsera dina objekt till och från stranden. Den innehåller även brädspel, pussel och leksaker / spel.

Exteriören har en helt ny varm / kall utomhusdusch och kolgrill. Varvet är inhägnad med en 8 fot staket garantera integritet.

Great place

This was our first time in St. Augustine beach and the house did not disappoint. GREAT location to multiple restaurants, one block walk to the beach , and very quite location. This is a great find.

Cute, well equipped, close to beach.

We were visiting family in the area for the Christmas holiday. The rental of this home allowed us to spend time together, but not where we were constantly committed to spend all the time with each other. And, we didn't leave any bedding and towels for the family who we were visiting to have to deal with.

Steps from everything - perfect stay at the beach!

This is a terrific property - directly as advertised - 2/2 right at the beach. You are a very short walk to beach access from the house - the backyard is huge and has ample room for a pet to run around and play. They also have a nice patio area. The place was absolutely perfect for our almost week getaway - we were in town for a concert and the Ampitheatre was very close by. We were able to park for free at a nearby church and walk to the show. The downtown area where the historic locations are was close by too. Lots of shopping and dining - way too many things to do in a short 5 day stay - we look forward to returning to St. Augustine Beach soon and hope Nautical Smile is available when we come back!

Fall break getaway

We took a quick trip for fall break. The place was perfect and so close to the beach. Many restaurants are within walking distance. The host was wonderful. Will definitely be back

Perfect location

Went up to move our son to college (Flagler). Took an extra day to chill. We have been in the moving process for the past month. We were able to walk to the beach and to multiple restaurants withing a couple of minutes from the house. Hoping to stay when we come back to visits our son in November.

Great for the pups!

Property was great! Super easy walk to the beach, house was clean & had all of the necessities for beaching and hanging out. The outdoor shower was great, especially with the dogs. The fenced yard was convenient for quick potty breaks, and the garage was great for beach accessory storage after a long day. Our only complaint was that there was a couple dog poops left by the people before us that our dogs stepped in upon arrival. Would recommend having the cleaning crew check this more thoroughly at turnover. Otherwise, would highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay again!

Amazing Stay at Nautical Smile

After staying in many VRBO homes in different cities this may have been our favorite. The location was within easy walking distance to beach and shops, the kids loved the bikes. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Host checked in after first day to make sure everything was going well. We are within driving distance so brought our own beach set up but didn't need to. This home had chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys and wagons in great condition which has never been my experience with beach homes. If we come back to the area would stay here again in a heart beat.

Nautical Smile Perfection

Nautical Smile definitely is the perfect beach house inside and out! Our Kelby girl loved the back yard! Decor was on point, had everything you needed, and the host was quick to respond to any and all questions! Location was excellent! One block to the beach, easy access, close to restaurants, and the best part was we were smashed between two Ice Cream shops!!! lol We will definitely stay here when we next visit St. Augustine! The property is just as described. Very close short walk to beautiful beach. The house is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen. Very cute beachy decor. Owner was very responsive. Answered questions quickly. Check in was a breeze. Nice quiet safe neighborhood very close to many great restaurants. Publix close by. My husband and I and our 2 shih tzu enjoyed our time at this house and we hope to return.

Family Beach Fun

The house was perfect for our family. It was a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. It had all the equipment we needed for a fun at the beach, including chairs, boogie boards, bikes, beach toys, etc. We had plenty of room with a comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. The outdoor shower was perfect for a quick rinse when returning from the beach. We would love to return soon and would definitely recommend for families visiting the area.

Great location

This house was a perfect location to walk to the beach and to restaurants/coffee! It had a great backyard for our dog. A few things can be improved. We had a crawling baby that revealed some less than clean floors, lots of dust, couple of broken drawers on dresser, wobbly toilet. Kitchen and bathroom had everything you need. It was a great place to sleep and have as a home base. They have everything you need for the beach! Thanks for letting us stay!

Our family has been vacationing here for about 20 years. Our extended family gets together here twice a year. We all loved it so much that we each bought a house here!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love to come here with our two daughters and our dog Axel. We love that we can just walk to the beach, leave our things and come and go as we want due to the close proximity to the beach. We love the Farmer's Market which is on Wednesday's at the pier and that we can walk or take the beachcombers. It is so conveniently located to either downtown (10 min drive) or Disney (1 3/4 hours drive). We never want to leave once we are here!!!
