Välkommen till 1 Street Retreat II Beach House, ett nybyggt strandhus med 3 sovrum, 2. 5 badrum, ett 2 bil garage, en asfalterad inhägnad gård som är hundvänlig 🐶. 1 kvarter till stranden och inom gångavstånd till alla de bästa restaurangerna som den berömda Taco Shop som ligger precis intill, Beachcomber och Mango Mangos som ligger 1 kvarter över Obies, Café Eleven, Sunset Grill och Saltlife. Och en kort promenad till den bästa glassen på stranden CONE HEADS som också gör doggie sundaes.

Inuti kommer du att njuta av beachy dekor, rymligt kök, WIFI och kabel-tv.

Den 1: a våningen har 2 gästrum, båda med queen size-sängar och en full storlek badrum att dela

2: a våningen som har möjlighet att hyra ut sig själv har sovrum med king size-säng, master badrum med duschkabin, separat badkar och dubbel fåfänga, kök, vardagsrum, matsal och däck.

Den yttre reträtten har asfalterad inhägnad gård, utomhusdusch, bord och stolar och en bbq.

Great location, within walking distance to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, surf shop and beach! Great living space with a big sectional sofa and dining table. Very clean, and everything you could need was provided.

The property was very convenient to beach access and was centrally located to many restaurants in the area. Only a short drive to historic downtown St Augustine. Nice house for multiple people as we had three couples and it was in if enough for us all to enjoy.

This is my favorite rental in St Augustine beach. Perfect location, well stocked kitchen, beach items, toiletries, and a wagon to get it all to the beach. Even board games for rainy days. All this and only steps to the beach. (With my favorite travel companion-my black Lab).

We loved our stay. The house was super clean, close to the beach, and within easy walking distance to several eateries. Being pet friendly was a huge bonus! Perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway.

We love staying at this house! It is dog friendly and in the perfect location for St. Augustine Beach. The host is very attentive. We had a minor issue and the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic! Can’t wait to plan for our next trip here.

Host Lisa is fantastic. She is excellent at quick and accurate communication anytime. She is extremely welcoming. The home is in excellent condition and so close to everything the beach has to offer. She is a unique host as she is so welcoming to your dog as well as to you!

Third Visit to Beach Retreat

Family Spring Break Trip

Great house and location!

This was the perfect spot for us, with great food spots nearby and easy access to the beach. House is lovely and has great spaces to hang out with a small group of friends, and beds were very comfortable. We are hoping to return with our dogs soon!

The house was perfect for pets. Fenced in backyard for our dog to run around in. You can see the water from the balcony. Exactly one block from the beach. It is perfectly located on the strip. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Great family/dogs getaway

Great Spring Break Getaway with the family and fur babies! The accommodations couldn’t have been better especially the outdoor shower! Location couldn’t have been more perfect! We loved all the friendly dog lovers in St Augustine! Just perfect all around! Definitely recommend 10/10!

Sibling get together!

Easy walk to beach and four restaurants. Park your car unload and enjoy. Everything was perfect! A1A Burritos was awesome but a very popular spot so plan to wait in line for a bit:)We woul return:)

Very nice house one block away from the beach. The house was clean and stocked with lots of extra things to make your stay comfortable. There were lots of towels, washcloths, shampoo, body wash etc… There were beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon and cooler. There was extra toilet paper and paper towels along with dish soap and laundry soap. We did not feel we needed to run to the store to buy anything besides food we wanted during our stay. We enjoyed the beach as well as walking in the neighborhood around the house. Also, the house is a short 15 minute drive into St. Augustine which was a plus for us to be able to easily do things there. The house was exactly as shown in the photos. We were happy with our choice.

Our goal was to create clean, updated pet friendly vacation rentals for everyone to enjoy.
We started with 1st Street Retreat #934707 which alot of our clients enjoyed and asked about a bigger location to bring friends and family so we created 1st Street Retreat II
