Welcome to The Blue Ocean! This lovely one-level home is just one house off a sandy path over the short dune to beautiful St. Augustine Beach. It is very conveniently located and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and unique shops. The Saint Augustine fishing pier is just a few blocks down the way. Every Wednesday, you will find a farmers market at the fishing pier with many vendors featuring unique items and lots of food.

Great location. Easy access to beach & restaurants. Fenced back yard was a big plus. Full size kitchen was unexpected. We'd happily stay here again.

Very nice house and location

This is a great house just a short walk to the beach. Both house and beach were very pet friendly. Kitchen was well set up with everything you need.

Birthday celebration and dog trip

Just the perfect weekend to celebrate my Dad’s 83rd birthday. We made fabulous memories and especially enjoyed having our senior dogs with us. House was great. The only thing was the tile flooring was very slippery / we just had to be careful walking around. Backyard was great especially with the porch.

Great little beach house

What a fantastic location! Beach only one house away and plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance! House was clean and well equipped, beds were cery comfortable! The only con was the shower....very small.

Fantastic!

Couldn't be happier with our stay. Place was roomy, clean, well stocked. Location is amazing! So close to the beach, and walking distance from plenty of shops and restaurants. Beautiful city with lots of history. Beach was not too crowded. Fenced yard perfect for the dog. Definitely want to come back again.

Great pet friendly place steps from the beach

Can't beat the location, fenced-in yard, and very comfortable for one or two couples. Great walkable food options. Awesome for surfers who want to walk to the beach and keep boards in the backyard.

Beach bliss

The property was exactly what we needed with two spoiled Shitzu two year olds. It was quick driving distance to salt Water Cowboys and the. Visitors center parking with access to St. George and Surrounding amenities. Short walk over sand dunes was pleasant. Noise was well controlled compared to a condo.

Nice clean small house with great location

Zero complaints, perfect location, perfectly sized and clean house. Fenced in back yard for our dogs. The beach is a little torn up from all the storms they have had, but was still very nice. Would stay there again.

Our getaway.

Quite, friendly neighborhood. The house was clean and in a great location. A second full bathroom would have been nice, but overall a very nice place to stay. My family would definitely stay here again!

Quick getaway

The location and home were great. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach. The only complaint would be there there’s only one shower, and it’s tiny, but other than that, the house was lovely.

Relaxing week on the beach!

This was a great place to relax, take long walks on the beach and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Not fancy, not frilly but nicely equipped kitchen, great king size bed (other bed so-so), very comfortable family room and eating area. Great to have a back yard as a bonus!

Good time despite the rain

We enjoyed our time in this house(more time than usual because of continual rain). Everything we needed was at our fingertips. More than enough towels. The kitchen was full of everything we needed. Air conditioner worked properly. Ues, the shower is small, but that can't be helped. We will return.

Taste of paradise

The property was so close to the beach. We walked there most days. It rained pretty bad one day during our stay but we were able to watch Netflix until it finally let up. The kitchen was well laid out and the bedrooms were comfortable.
