Great spot - Highly Recommend

As described, close proximity to beach. Can see the water from balcony. It was clean and comfortable. Central location on Beach Blvd. Would recommend and possibly return again here. Great place!!

Great place to vacation!

The house is in excellent condition and very clean. The location is great - less than a 5 minute walk to to the beach and also just a short drive to the historic district and other restaurants and attractions. The balcony was a great place to hang out and visit with friends. We will definitely keep this one on our list of properties to visit again.

Lovely Get-Away Spot

This is a great little place for your visit to wonderful St Augustine. It's decorated nicely, very clean, has everything you need! Just a few houses from the beach, with a nice view of the ocean, complete with the sound of waves, from the deck!

Great location near the beach!

Just a few blocks from great food and 1/2 block to beach! Clean and comfortable. Second floor offers a water view and nice breezes. Appreciate the yard for the dog.

Good times

This is the 2nd year we have stayed here. Easy access to literally everything beach and A1A. Good view of the ocean from the deck where we spent alot of our time in the evenings. Will ne back and recommend!

Beach House

Sitting on the large deck, the beach is in plain view. Being only 4 houses from the beach was amazing. This house is exactly like the pictures, no surprises, but even better was how easy it was to work with the management company. We had a small issues with the toilet, & they responded immediately. Great location!

Relaxing Thanksgiving Stay

We stayed here with my daughter and her boyfriend and three dogs. The place was very clean and functional. Over Thanksgiving, it was limited in cooking pots/pans/knives but I planned ahead for that. The deck was awesome to expand the living space and the dogs loved the back yard. The beach is very close, a one minute walk. We loved taking our bikes around the area and the state park. I highly recommend this rental.

Grass in the fenced area was so high I almost lost my dog. I patched a hole in the fence after the dog was half out.

St Augustine beach cottage

Very nice little place...great to be able to walk a few yards and be in the beach. A bit low end and skimpy on things like dishes, silverware, towels and the like...no grill or beach stuff so we had to buy a lot of things that normally are at cottages at the same price point. But overall a great time!
