Great location! Could enjoy the beach view or take a quick walk to sit on it! Some of our favorite restaurants were in walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

This upstairs unit has great beach views on the large balcony Inside the bedrooms kitchen and bathroom are clean comfortable and updated The living and dining area are spacious and offer good views as well Note: bring your own bath soap shampoo and extra TP If you plan on cooking there are amble pots pans and dishes, however there was zero condiments or spices so bring your own With all the restaurants ice cream shops donut shops and coffee shops within walking distance you may not need to cook Unit is pet friendly with wide steps leading up to the large deck and a big back yard completely fenced in for fido The beach is a short distance with a nice wood walkway that leads to an expansive sandy seashore We have been renting in SAB for over 30 years and this section of the beach is our favorite area to visit This villa is a great choice and we will be renting here again!

Property manager responded quickly to any issues we had. Fenced in area did not work well with a little dog, got lost in the bushes. Overall, house worked out well, easy walk to the beach and nice view from the balcony.

Short distance to the beach, lots of restaurants within walking distance and my favorite, the kookaburra! Lots of fun and good memories, will definitely be back.

Beach Side Gem

Lovely town house close to beach and on a great location on the island. Can’t wait to go back for more sunshine, surf, tacos and amazing coffee at Kakaberra!

Great spot - Highly Recommend

As described, close proximity to beach. Can see the water from balcony. It was clean and comfortable. Central location on Beach Blvd. Would recommend and possibly return again here. Great place!!

Great place to vacation!

The house is in excellent condition and very clean. The location is great - less than a 5 minute walk to to the beach and also just a short drive to the historic district and other restaurants and attractions. The balcony was a great place to hang out and visit with friends. We will definitely keep this one on our list of properties to visit again.

Great location near the beach!

Just a few blocks from great food and 1/2 block to beach! Clean and comfortable. Second floor offers a water view and nice breezes. Appreciate the yard for the dog.

Great Area

We loved the St Augustine property. A short walk to the beach across the new walkway. Restaurants and specialty shops all around. Old FL at its best.
