Typiskt Ibizan-hus, byggt i början av s. XX och renoverades 2016. Det ligger i ett lugnt område i San Rafael, med pool och grill, 11 km från Ibiza stad och 5 km från San Antonio.
Perfekt för vila med familjen eller med vänner, 3 km från staden, där de har restauranger, stormarknad, apotek, tobaksbutik ...

Toller Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Finca

Sauber, modern und wunderschön gelegen. Nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen, aber dafür hat man seine Ruhe. Kontakt zu Vermieter war jederzeit unkompliziert möglich.

Total relax and comfort

Beatiful and Peaceful Finca

We recently stayed at this stunning finca on Ibiza and had an amazing experience. The location is incredibly peaceful, providing a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the finca is well-maintained. Our host, Alex, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The large pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The finca is equipped with excellent amenities, making our stay both convenient and enjoyable. Een echte aanrader

Wij hebben zo genoten van ons verblijf. Alex is een perfecte gastheer. De finca is heel netjes, de tuin en het zwembad zijn zeer goed onderhouden. Enkel de tuintafel en het huisgerei (borden, glazen, enz) zijn wat krap voor 6 personen maar dan zijn we echt aan het muggenziften.

Great property & awesome host

Its a nice and cosy property a bit outside from everywhere to enjoy a few days off :) The furnishing of the property is nice having a full kitchen with induction and everything needed. The beds are very comfortable if u like it a bit harder from the mattress. The pool is nice an big enough space to have fun in it with all together. The "road" to the house is a bit bumpy - better get an old car or sth like a jeep :) we re considering to come back since alex is a really nice and warm host we definetly can recommend - every time available for good food spot recommendations, issues with the house if occuring or anything else.

Best villa ever!

We have just returned from a 5 day stay at Alex's villa. The pictures online do not do it justice! The villa is pure luxury! The location is the most peaceful place I've ever stayed and we had a really lovely holiday! Alex was superb from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. Badeferien

Die moderne Villa von Alex hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Der Treffpunkt, das ein- und auschecken sowie die Kommunikation mit Alex war sehr unkompliziert. Dank der zentralen Lage konnten wir mit dem Mietauto viele Strände und Ortschaften auf der ganzen Insel erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great traditional rural villa!

First of all, Alex is a great host with a villa to match! We stayed for 10 days and had a lovely time - the outside pool is great, and the villa has a modernised tradition feel! We went with our 4 children (23 to 15) who enjoyed both the villa and the nightlight of Ibiza! The villa is rural, up an interesting road, but within minutes of a Sant Rafel and easy access to almost everywhere! To be very transparent we’re delighted with our choice!

Magic Mansion

From start to finish we were only talking about how nice the place was. Even when we were in the city (or somewhere else) we were longing for the swimming pool, the magic mansion and the peace and quiet. The barbeque was a big YES. We already recommended the place to various friends and family, but they have to invite us if they go, jajajaja. Thank you again for everything Alex, you will hear from us in the future.

Beautiful villa, but secondary problems

The villa itself is very nice. Everything you want is in it. Including airco, dishwasher, washing machine, excellent (salt water) pool with jacuzzi. Located on a nice private location in the middle of the island That was also one of the reasons why we choose this villa. We really value privacy. Now let me tell you upfront that the owner is a nice guy who responds well to whatsapp messages. But we have made it pretty clear that we do not like unannounced visits. Nevertheless this happened 3 times during our stay. 2 times his father (who owns the piece of land adjacent to the villa, but uses the villas gate to get there) and 1 time the owner himself. The women in our group did not feel happy about this (most sunbathe topless) and it gave a foul taste in our mouth. Last but not least: the last night we partied a bit hard. Damages were made and acknowledged. We have told the owner that we would not mind paying for the damaged items. However owner went directly to VRBO and demanded the maximum amount they could charge on the CC. Luckily things don't work like that.

Fabelhaftes Haus mit tollen Pool

Überaus freundlicher Gastgeber Alex hat uns im benachbarten Ort Sant Rafael begrüßt, uns zum Haus geleitet und alles erklärt. Wirklich ein ganz tolles Haus, schön hergerichtet und toller Pool. Die Lage eignet sich als Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Touren auf der Insel, sowohl mit dem E-Bike als auch mit dem Auto (15 Minuten nach Eivissa und 10 min. nach Sant Antoni). Den Außensitzplatz mit Grill und Spüle haben wir auch sehr genossen.

Tolle Finca

Das Anwesen ist in jeder Hinsicht phantastisch geplant. Alles ist so eingerichtet, dass man einen wunderbaren Urlaub erleben kann. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (spitzen Kaffemaschine, scharfe Messer, riesiger Kühl-und Gefrierschrank), alles ist übersichtlich und sehr komfortabel. Zusätzlich ein Wasch- und Vorratsraum. Der Pool ist groß und richtig gut zum schwimmen und die Sitzecke mit Grill einfach schön. Die Betten sind bequem wer nicht gerne sehr weich liegt. Der Weg zur Finca ist allerdings typisch steinig. Kleiner Tipp am Rande: wenn man den Kühlschrank öffnet,berührt die Tür versehentlich den Lichtschalter für die Beleuchtung draußen. ;)

Perfect if you want to be for your own

This is really a perfect place, if you want to be for your own. The next Finca is about 200 meters far away, so you can do whatever you want or just chill and have fun in the great pool. Alex is really a great host, he is trying everything that you feel comftable. For us it was the perfect stay in Ibiza. Also we had no problems with the Taxi it was always there in about 20-30 Minutes. Thank you Alex! :)
