We all thoroghly enjoyed the property and its surroundings. Beautiful views, from the property especially the roof terrace which was a particularly pleasant place to be after dark. Communication from Lisa was spot on. Hope to visit again one day.

Wonderful villa

We had a fabulous 2 week family holiday in this villa. Peaceful location with amazing sea views and easy access to local restaurants and amenities. The villa had everything we needed and the hosts were extremely responsive to any queries we had.

Perfect stay

The location of the villa is perfect. It’s a lovely mix of a quiet, tranquil location in easy reach of amenities. Lisa has put a lot of thought and care into the decor and guest comfort. The welcome pack and information on local activities and restaurants is really great. Would fully recommend.

Great view

It’s been a nice week in Cyprus. We’ve been going to different places during the day, exploring the island. The location of the accommodation is a great base. And it was always nice “coming home” to our accomodation by the end of the days and sit a bit outside until bedtime. The sound of the waves and the view during daylight are super relaxing.

A fine villa. Car required, but hosts able to recommend. With a little research it is possible to escape the tourist traps and see real Cyprus.

Truly fabulous!

We have stayed in several different villas in Cyprus but this was by far the best. From the moment you opened the front door and were greeted by the amazing view, the lovely welcome pack, beautiful finishes and decor to the balcony watching the sunset over the sea everything was just perfect. The villa is very well equipped, beautifully clean and has a super comfy bed. The location is great and within walking distance to everything you need. Lisa and Felix were super hosts and we can't wait to go back next year!

Another amazing holiday

This is the second time we have stayed in this stunning villa & we had an absolutely amazing holiday. The villa is a perfect home from home with everything you could possibly need. We hired a car & visited lots of beautiful places & some amazing restaurants. We loved floating around in the beautiful pool & relaxing on the sun loungers. Watching the sun go down over the sea every night is stunning, we will definitely be back again!!

Fantastic

Have just booked our 3rd visit to this perfect villa. The sea view is absolutely stunning, it takes your breath away. A great location, quiet but with easy access to Coral Bay & Paphos. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance, our favourites bring Sonny’s & Sea You Beach Bar. There was an excellent welcome pack on arrival & the abundance of local information provided was really helpful. Well equipped, spacious & clean with a lovely pool & bbq. Can’t wait to return, thank you Lisa x

Very nice villa at fantastic location

We had a wonderful two-week vacation in this lovely villa that is compact but has everything you need. You are literally feeling the sea that is only 20 meters away from the property. As always Lisa de property manager was very attentive to our needs. From all the villas we've rented in Paphos this is our favourite. We're sure we will come back.

Perfect spot😎

Fantastic villa and exactly as described in the listing. Peaceful and quiet with wonderful views and a short distance to all amenities. Clean and tidy with a much appreciated welcome pack when we arrived. After a nightmare journey of cancelled flights and hastily re-booked airline and route, it was a huge relief to finally arrive at the perfect location and relax. Thank you Lisa 😁

Perfect

Stayed here door our Sins wedding. Could not fault anything. All perfect as described. We had a car but also used buses and taxis. Perfect location for both Paphos and Coral Bay. Great communication from Lisa! Loads of bars and restaurants locally. Pool and outside areas well tended. Thanks for making our stay great.

Wonderful villa

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it’s was a perfect location with everything we needed. The villa was as we hoped, modern, upto date, everything was great, more than enough for a family of 4, plenty of space. We would love to come back soon and have recommended the villa to friends. The best by the sea !

Beautiful property right by the sea . Quiet, clean . Good functioning kitchen . Close to grocery stores .Close to attractions. Owner very helpful and prompt to respond . Beach right next door . Great walking path right by the villa. Felt very safe . Definitely worth a stay and explore Cyprus . Beautiful island !

Family trip to Cyprus for a wedding

Great location, clean & well equipped villa. Beautiful views from back garden. Pool was a little cool but not surprising this early in the year. Arrived late at night to a lovely welcome supply of basic provisions. Lisa also recommended a great local car hire company who collected us from the airport & had our car waiting at the villa. Perfect stay - would highly recommend 😊

Really great villa!

This is a really fantastic villa. Nicely decorated and well equipped and very clean. The pool is the perfect size and the views are stunning. A great location, quiet but with easy access to Coral Bay and Paphos via car or bus. Some great restaurants within easy walking distance. The Sea You beach bar is fabulous. Lisa was incredibly helpful and responsive to questions, and the information pack in the villa is extensive and very useful. We would definitely stay here again, or in another property managed by Lisa.

Exceptional.

Had a fabulous week in this beautiful villa. The location is perfect & it had all the facilities we required. It was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack provided on arrival was a god send after arriving late. We hired a car through the car company the hosts recommended and it was an excellent service from those to. I would highly recommend an automatic car if you stay at this villa as the road down is very steep and we’d of struggled in a manual car. Would definitely return.

Absolutely perfect little villa, location wise the best we have stayed in, the view over the sea every morning was fantastic. End of the garden is a path that you can walk around to other bays. Pool was great, Villa was perfect size for us. Lisa was easy to get hold of before arriving, sending us the instructions on how to find the villa etc. Would definitely stay again if its available for our time off. Many thanks

Pure Relaxation

We had a fab stay in this wonderful villa. It’s small but perfectly formed and has everything you need. Pool is bigger than it looks and the view is awesome! Good places to eat within walking distance, although we always hire a car on holiday as we like to get out and about. Perfect communication with Lisa in the run up when it was touch and go on the travelling rules. All good, no issues, definitely recommend.

Comfortable villa

Lovely comfortable little villa. Directions to the villa were a bit hard to follow - we arrived in the dark. We had rather poor weather unfortunately and the gap under the front door proved very draughty but the heating was quite effective. The pool area is overlooked by the villas up the hill and not very private I imagine that in high season the area could get quite noisy as the villas are closely packed

Enjoyed our stay but needs TLC

Really nice unit, great location! Construction going on next door but not too noisy...you can still hear the waves! Unit needs some fixing (I left a list) but all easy fixes...just unfortunate it wasn’t done before we arrived! We came in the off season but still expected unit and pool to be clean.

Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
