Vårt ljusa rymliga 4 sovrum rymmer upp till 14 gäster i helt nya Sealy Posturepedic sängar. Två sovrum har en queen size-säng och en enkelsäng (sover 3), ett sovrum sover 5 i en drottning, en tvilling och en tvilling med en rulla medan det fjärde sovrummet rymmer fyra med en queen size-säng och två enkelsängar.

Vardagsrummet har 2 enkelsängar och rymmer ytterligare 2 gäster.

Bachelor Party Weekend

Marathon weekend

This property was perfect for our stay. Two families (9 adults & 2 children) with room to spare. Walking distance to neighborhood shopping, restaurants and the market. Proximity to train station or a quick Uber made getting downtown easy. Carole was a great communicator from booking, providing a local guide book, suggestions on where to eat and walking me through the check-in process. Everyone in out group had an all around great experience with our stay.

Excellent hosts for a long weekend in Chicago.

Carole went above and beyond during check-in to make sure we understood everything. The location was ideal and the space is great to entertain groups of 10-14 in size. I would highly recommend staying at the magic factory.

Great stay for a bachelor party

My friends and I were here for a bachelor party. All the previous reviews are on point, this place is awesome. Great amount of space, plenty of room to sleep 10+ people, conveniently located, secure building - it was exactly what we needed. The team operating the rental is very responsive as well. I would stay here again!

Perfect home base to explore the city

A couple of things made this the ideal place for our group of 11. The apartment itself was very clean and easy to access. Close to a good coffee shop and Whole Foods, among other places. Bus stops and train stations were close. We shared rooms, but no one had to share a bed. Plus the apartment has a good view of the skyline! I would definitely book again!

A wonderful weekend getaway with friends!

Our group got together to celebrate for a bachelorette party and we had a great time at the Magic Factory. It was exactly what we needed for the weekend with plenty of room for a large group.

Absolutely beautiful in a terrific location

Our large family has stayed in many different places in Chicago over Thanksgiving and no place comes close to Carole's apartment in terms of its beauty, location, and amenities. We hope to come back every year!

Four days at Magic Factory Lofts

We were a family group with wide ranging ages. Apartment 3East was great for our group. Well-equipped and a very good location. The balcony got a lot of use for relaxing and chatting. We ate out at local restaurants-Vinci, Blue Door Farm Stand and a Mexican restaurant close by. All good. Would highly recommend MF Lofts.

Clean and Welcoming

The experience we had was top notch. It was clean, had everything you need to cook your meals, plenty of space for lots of people and having 4 bathrooms was really nice. They were helpful and provided lots of information about the area. Would most certainly stay there again.

Great reunion stay

A group of 9 HS buddies converged in Chicago from all over the country, explored Chicago from this base camp! Perfect, everybody had their own bed with a wonderful great room to gather both morning and night while planning the days activities! Central location to walk to many places was key. Great hosts!

Magic is appropriate name for this place.

Hosts were extremely accommodating, went above and and beyond to meet our requests. We were allowed to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Property was spotless and the location was great for exploring Chicago. Rare combination of providing plenty of space for the entire family to spend time together and providing private bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved our stay.

Bachelorette party

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and the condo was great for 14 ladies. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and anything you could think of, they had there for us. Wonderful loft in the city!

Such a cool property. Plenty of room with all the amenities. Close by to all the major attractions. We were joking whenever anyone asked far something was “15 minutes lol!”. Carole and Basil are wonderful hosts and addressed any questions quickly. Perfect weekend with our besties in one of the best cities on the world!

Spacious, well-appointed and phenomenal location.

This is a wonderful rental for a bigger group. We had four separate families and it was nice for each family to have private space, including a bath. Common areas were spacious enough when we wanted to be together. Quick and easy access to public transportation and we never had a problem with street parking. We felt very safe walking in the neighborhood and there was lots to do. We were especially thankful for the elevator!

A wonderful base for a visit to Chicago

We had a wonderful time while visiting Chicago in June - we stayed in the Magic Factory Loft Three East for six nights and the loft was exactly as described in the listing and it was very clean and well-maintained. There were seven of us - Irish friends from an all-girls boarding school celebrating a big birthday this year. Carole had told us of the precise location of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood - and we particularly enjoyed the enormous Whole Foods store just a short walking distance away. I had a specific question re cycling along the lake to Hyde Park and Carole couldn't have been more helpful in her response. Any other requests were responded to quickly and favourably also. The loft is located close to the North/Clybourne Station and getting to The Loop is quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Chicago.

Friends Reunion (group of 12)

I chose this property because it is one of very few that offers enough beds and space for 12 adults. Basil and Carole we’re very open when it came to helping whoever got there first with check in (it wasn’t me) and they were also very clear about the layout and rules. My friends and I gathered for a 3 night run of a concert and had brought a speaker for daytime listening... Basil ensured that if the music was too loud, they would send a message or knock to let us know, instead of finding out afterward, which I appreciated. We were also unsure how many people would be staying and the hosts were kind enough to let us wait to know for sure before paying the extra person fee so that we didn’t overpay for guests if they didn’t show up. Basil also came over and helped us with the oven when we couldn’t figure that out and periodically checked in with a message to ensure our time at their place was going smoothly. I was a little worried about how it would go being in a space where the owners live on site, with 12 adults, but it wasn’t an issue. We didn’t feel too “contained” and felt very cared for with Basil and Carole. Parking on the street was fine, it’s a great neighborhood and I didn’t experience any issues there. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Plenty of towels/pillows/blankets. The space was well decorated and had the best view I’ve ever had whilst staying in Chicago. 10/10 would recommend for any, respectable, large group!

We're just north of hot Fulton Market & Randolph Street, just south of DePaul, Boystown & Wrigleyville, just east of Wicker Park and straddling Lincoln Park and Old Town.

In short, there is nowhere you can't get to in pretty much a straight shot.

We are always there for you!! Communication prior to arrival and though check-out will be via a private WhApp chat group that we setup for your group. For larger non-family groups, we request everyone be added to it - this avoids issues with arrival, check-in and offers you immediate responses from our team during your stay.
