MARS 2018 HEM MAKE-OVER, INKLUDERANDE NY TV TILL ALLA SOVRUM, HARRY POTTER OCH DISNEY THEMED SOVAR OCH NEMO BADRUM. Denna vackert inredda 5 bed / 3 bad villa ligger precis vid Mickeys tröskel på den populära Indian Creek, 1 mil söder om Highway 192, cirka 2,5 mil från Disney.
Nytt spelrum med full storlek pool och air hockey bord.
Med oavbruten utsikt över det fantastiska naturvårdsområdet på baksidan. Det skärmade poolområdet har större än genomsnittliga terrasser med utemöbler och solstolar för att suga upp den Florida sol. Gå in genom en ljus och rymlig hall in i det välvda familjeområdet. Villaen har kabel, telefon, gratis trådlöst internet och även ett värdeskåp för att låsa din bärbara dator och värdesaker när du inte är hemma.
Villan är smakfullt inredda hela och är fullt utrustat med alla redskap, sängkläder och handdukar, mm.

This property was the best you can get , Disney themed , beautiful, past reviews don’t do it justice. I would as use anyone going to Disney looking for a villa to look no further and book this immediately. Great for kids too and adults . Even a games room. It’s beyond excellent, and I will recommend all day long . You will not find better .

Nice property, near Disney and Celebration.

Great property, plenty of space, simple check-in and a responsive owner. The neighborhood was quiet and we had ample parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The house was well appointed (reasonable pots/pans/dishes, etc.) and just as the description/pictures online indicated. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing property

The pictures don’t do this properly justice, my kids and husband loved it so much, it’s spacious and beautiful, all of the rooms were done so nice. The game room was a hit for my family, and the pool is wonderful, and the size is just right. The neighborhood was nice, and it was easy to find, we didn’t want to leave. The owner responded to any messages I had, we will definitely be back as soon as I get some more money to rent it, hopefully when my son turns 18 in August.

Nice Vacation Spot

Property was easy to find, ample parking and well kept. A couple of items that distracted us was only one set of towels for each person and no washing soap for starting the sheets on the day of departure. There were also no hand towels in any of the bathrooms. On the plus, great stay for our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children. Would stay again.

Indian Creek Villa

Perfect location if you are planning to visit the Disney Parks . Very peaceful area , with pool and nice backward . Lot of services around ( restaurants , Walmart , etc ) . Without any hesitation I will recommend this villa located in the Indian Creek .

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at the conveniently located vila. Lots of beds to accommodate our large party. We enjoyed the pool table and air hockey table and having a washer and dryer was very convenient. Pool was too cold for kids to swim but we enjoyed sitting on the patio. Make sure to bring all essentials such as laundry detergent, dish detergent, seasoning, garbage bags, paper towels, as we showed up and didn’t think about these items. There was a Walmart nearby which was convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Great house

We had 10 people on vacation in this house and were very comfortable. The communication with the owners was the best I’ve had. Very quick to respond and very accommodating to our requests. Pool was very nice. We didn’t realize the hot water had been turned off in the garage until our last night, so we took cold showers the whole time. That was really the only down side of our trip. Kids loved the themed rooms. Thank you for having us

Christmas Holidays

We spent the Christmas Holidays at this house. It has enough space for 10 peoples. The pool was heated (extra charge$) and we appreciate it. After 6:00 pm, the heater is off, so if the nights are cold, the water temperature will be cold in the morning. Make sure to take a good decision before you pay an extra charge for that service. Also, the house is very well located if you want to go to Disneys. Expect trafic to go to Orlando.

Fabulous Five Star

This property was excellent throughout. As described and communication with the host was excellent both before and during our stay. Our twin boys (10) loved the games room, pool and Harry Potter themed bedroom. They continually ask when we can go back! Our daughter (12) loved her very own queen sized bed, the pool and the large very open living space with plenty of seating for all, great for spending quality time with the family. My in laws had the master suite which i must admit i was jealous of, however my wife and I stayed in the bedroom at the front of the property and had use of essentially our own bathroom. The Air Con was the best, fabulous for me as I did struggle with the heat towards the end of our holiday. I struggle to think of much at all wrong with the property, we did think an extra drying rack would be useful although we managed with the ample hangers available to get things dry in the garage. We couldn’t find any wine glasses in the property other than plastic ones. We purchased some from Walmart for $6 problem solved. We left these so future guests can also use them (indoors only obviously). Overall we would highly recommend this property and host and we look forward to visiting again some time soon. Thank you for sharing your villa with us.

Good house for a great price.

This house worked out nicely for our family. It is very spacious and accommodated our large family well. We chose this house for location and price. We appreciated that the owners did not have hidden fees that were not included in the per night rate. My only complaints would be that the cleanliness could use a little work. There was hair in the shower when we arrived, and there is quite a bit of clean up expected before checkout which can make getting out of the house on checkout day a little challenging. I have experienced homeaway rentals that have expected more and less clean up from us, and everytime I stay at one that expects a lot I think next time I will choose a place with less checkout responsibilities. So that is my fault for not looking a the checkout responsibilities.

Fantastic location, very clean and tasteful decor

We REALLY enjoyed our stay in this vacation home. We were a party of 10 and had plenty of room for all. The villa is situated very close to all the theme parks and there is a huge selection of restaurants and amenities close by. The kitchen had everything in it we needed when ever we ate in. The kids loved the themed rooms, there was a lot of thought put in to them, they were a lovely touch. There were plenty of pool towels and regular towels for everyone. Parking for two cars was easy. The entire home was spotless. The owners and the management team are great to deal with and answered all of our many questions prior to arrival. The location was in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to everything. Also nice having the peace of mind the villa is covered by CCTV for added security (Only outside and not overlooking the pool), there is also a safe which was good for passports, money, laptop ect. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a home very near the Disney area!!!! Thank you Guys for making our holiday so memorable, we will be back very soon!!!

Amazing Experience summer 7/18

Overall experience was amazing!!! this was our very first time renting a home like this. it definitely made us feel like home away from home. This home's space was very thought out and planned well. I loved the fact that the kids enjoyed the themed rooms while keeping the master bedrooms with an adult/spa like ambiance. Pool was great, a little small but just perfect enough to enjoy after a long hot florida day. - only cons were no A/c in the game room, this made it difficult to enjoy and the notices everywhere stating $100 charges for incidentals; made us feel very restricted. I would rather there have been an incidentals page in the receiving manual, rather than little posted signs everywhere. A/C could only brought down to 75 degrees or notice of a/c freezing would cost us an additional $100 call out fee, being from Florida this was not comfortable at night. Overall, I would definitely use this property again; as stated definitely enough room for everyone to do as they please. Watch TV, sleep, swim, eat, game-room you name it. thank you for the experience can't wait til next time.....

Clean, comfortable, close to shopping and Disney

We very much enjoyed our 4 nights here. The house is easy to find and access. Food options and a decent Walmart within a quick drive. The house was clean, couches and beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. Plenty of space for my husband and our two teenagers. The location is quiet and feels very safe. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again and we are pretty picky about our lodging! My only negative was regarding the pool. We had paid to have it heated, but when we arrived the heat had not been turned on. We didn't receive an answer as to why. Someone came out the next morning and turned on the heat, but by the end of that day it still wasn't warm enough to swim in. We were advised to put the pool cover on. As the temps dropped to a high of about 60, we didn't have much hope that the pool would ever warm up. However, the morning we left it finally was warm enough to swim in. Just a shame that the cover wasn't on immediately (ideally before we got there) so that we could have been able to enjoy it more than just the last day. Kind of a high price for one hour of swim time. We were expecting a warm pool as soon as we arrived. I'd clarify the pool arrangements before paying the fee!

100% honest review....wish this could have gone better

Our family left snow and colder temps to enjoy this property and were especially excited about the pool! I paid extra $ (as this stay was in December) to have the pool heated. Upon arrival the pool was very cold so we contacted the owner who quickly sent someone out (much appreciated). Upon inspection the technician stated the low water level was causing the heater to malfunction and the owner confirmed this via email. During our stay the pool never got warm enough for the majority of our family to use it and when our small children got in they could only jump in then back out. I hate to complain so I waited until we got home to reach out to the owner. I very respectfully asked that we get a refund of only the pool heating charges as we never got to use the pool. His response was that the pool heater was functioning properly and no refund would be given. This is not true because the low water level caused the heater to malfunction which he had confirmed a few days prior and my complaint was “it wasn’t warm enough” not that it was broken . The ethical thing to do in this situation would have been to offer even a partial refund but the owner seems more concerned with the $$ they collected than the satisfaction of the guests. I had hoped for a better outcome as my request was very reasonable. The property itself has 2 very cute themed bedrooms but the lack of empathy from the owner in regards to our pool concerns overshadowed the positive thoughts surrounding the property....unfortunately

Mixed Review (kids liked it, adults were disappointed)

Our family (2 parents, 3 grandparents, & 3 kids) stayed in this property. THE GOOD - owners nice to work with via email (see exception at bottom of review) - close to Disney parks & lots of restaurant/grocery shopping choices nearby - plenty of room for 5 adults & 3 kids - kids really enjoyed the Mickey, Harry Potter, & Nemo decorated areas -- very cute - management company very responsive (returned call immediately & issue was fixed the next morning) - key lock box system was easy & no one had to check us in - while neighborhood is starting to be in a decline state, we still felt safe - kids liked air hockey table THE BAD - every single bed squeaks loud enough to wake any light sleeper - you cannot watch a DVD as the player is outdated & cables are broken (we tried 3 different rooms & even tried our portable DVD player) - layout did not consider kids vs. adults bed-wise -- the queen room where my parents were to sleep was so far away from the bathroom it was out of the question; we had to put 2 twins together for them (then put back of course -- don't you love to move furniture while on vacation?) - sadly, by American standards, this property may have been "luxury" 20+ years ago, but needs lots of work/updating -- couches sagging & uncomfortable (though lots of seating room), electric stovetop sparked when trying to use, most rooms have no overhead lighting, etc. - having stains on every dining chair was especially gross -- they tried to fix this problem by keeping the plastic on the newer set, which was very uncomfortable to sit on - pool cover very dirty, so the dirt easily gets in pool because you have to keep covering it for the heat to stay in - very hard to not fall into pool while putting pool cover back on (6-8" of step area while backing into the cage/lanai wall on one side) - "new games room" -- 3 out of 4 pool cues were broken THE UGLY - paid for our stay plus the deposit via PayPal with credit card; when given back deposit, they took out $20 for PayPal fees -- this was never disclosed or discussed -- really tacky! - the driveway is very short, so if you don't pull all the way up to the garage or park on the street, you WILL GET A $50 PARKING FINE like we did for obstructing the sidewalk -- of all the signs and notices placed all around the house, this should definitely be one of them!!! OVERALL All our adults were disappointed, but kids loved theme rooms. We left 1 night early to hurry back home!

Nice property

Nice property to stay near Disney. We had no issues during our short stay. It is small for a full family but when you aren’t there much it is a great place to stay. Clean and no issues other than a flickering bathroom light and that is just being picky. Recommend this house for small family. N
