Villa Kameni Dvori är ett vackert komplex av två sten villor med två pooler i små vackra quet byn Kremena i Dubrovnik-området, Södra Dalmatien. Nybyggda Medelhavs villor på angränsande tomter, var och en i sin egen trädgård och med egen pool. Lämplig för enskilda bokningar eller grupp på upp till 24 personer. Detta nyligen renoverade och renoverade handgjorda sten villa har ägts av många generationer av samma familj. Perfekt plats för avkoppling långt ett sätt från stress livet. Villa Kameni Dvori är en idealisk plats för vänner och familes som vill åka tillsammans på semester och naturligtvis fortfarande har fullständig sekretess Vårt Villas handgjorda på tradicional sätt av sten. Huset består av två moderna inredda och fullt utrustade lägenheter.
-Den Bottenvåningen består av 2 härliga sovrum med en stor dubbelsäng. Modernt badrum med dusch. Fullt utrustat kök och vardagsrum med bäddsoffa. Framför den här lägenheten är stor terrass med stort träbord för 12 personer, Mediteran växter och pool med daskchairs ...
-Den Andra våningen har samma arrangemang som på bottenvåningen. Framför denna våning är terrass med trädgårdsmöbler I denna villa finns 4 sovrum, 2 kök, 2 badrum och 2 vardagsrum. På gården (vilket är helt väggar och gated) finns en stor pool och rymliga för matplats. Också vid poolen finns en stor grillplatser område för familj grill, drinkar eller annat kul som du väljer.
Fastigheten består av 2 gamla stenhus, som var helt renoverade och de är idag en kombination av det traditionella och det moderna.
Villa Kameni Dvori är idealisk för större familjer eller grupper av vänner, som skulle vilja tillbringa sin semester tillsammans, men ändå ha sitt privatliv. Wonderful house in Croatian style

The house lies in a small small village near a small beach. The house is well equipped with a change of towels every third day. The communication with the owner was very smooth and we got a warm welcome and a nice good bye. The house we rented has two floors with 2 bedroom on each floor. There is a sofa bed in the kitchen which is most suitable for children. The nearest store is about 10 km away from the house. The beach nearby is ok and has sun beds to rent and a small restaurant.

Jättefint hus

Huset var jättefint med poolen. Ca 15 min att gå till stranden där det finns en beachbar. Brödbilen kommer runt kl 11 varje dag, där man kan köpa färskt bröd, pålägg etc.. Bil är ett måste för att kunna åka och handla eller hitta på saker då det inte finns kommunikationer och svårt att få tag på taxi. Wi-fi funkar sådär. Men som sagt ett jättefint hus med allt som behövs och en lagom stor pool.

Croatian July Trip

We, two families with 8 people, had a very pleasant stay at Villa Kameni Dvori. The host was very acommodating. At arrival we got a welcome trip in the neighborhood, fresh fruit and a welcome refreshing drinks. The house was in good condition. At departure we got farewell gifts as well. Very nice.The pool was very appreciated by kids as well as adults. The region is very nice and the house well located for day trips out to the islands nearby or elsewhere. We visited Dubrovnic one day at a convenient distance. We highly recommend this villa.

Aufenthalt bei Ana (Gastgeberin)

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem drum und daran. Wenn man sich einen Urlaub wünscht, der ruhrig und erholsam sein soll mit viel Privatsphäre ist das der richtige Ort. Ana hat auch sofort auf alle Anfragen schnell reagiert. Danke nochmal an Ana und ihre Familie. Ca 10-15 Gehminuten bis zum Strand mit einer schönen Strandbar (Dubai). Zum Einkaufen benötigt man das Auto.

Excellent villa

We had a great stay at Ana’s villa. There was plenty of space for 7 of us, and we enjoyed using the outdoor grill. The house was a 10 minute walk from the beach, the pool was wonderful and the check in process was easy. The wifi was a little patchy, which was fine for our group since we wanted to unplug but wouldn’t try to work from the property.

Great place with wonderful pool terrace.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house lives up to a high quality. Short walking distance to the beach but we did miss one or two restaurants in the neighbourhood and shorter distance to a supermarket.

Nice house! Very peaceful, with locals, few tourists

Very nice house, and pool for children. Perfect beach just down the hill with bar/cafe. Few tourists. We took one trip to Makaska, but this was too crowded. Nice wine tasting up the hill with amazing view. Good communicating with owner, and they even gave us gifts when we came and left. We recommend this house

Relaxing, comfortable and perfect apartment

This is the Perfect Place to stay in Croatia. The Apartment was clean when we arrived, and had everything we needed. Josip was the Perfect host, and we even got fresh vegetables from his garden. The pool was clean and fun for the kids. The pebble Beach just five minutes walk away from the house was very Nice and not too crowded. But of course you could by beer, ice cream and good coffee there. And the view - spectacular! Thank you - we would like to come again on another occasion!

Perfect holiday

Fantastic countryside, good food, nice people and amazing water! The villa was perfect and the owners were very service minded. It's close to the beach, where you can rent kajaks and paddling boats and with a lovely cafeteria. There are also a nice foodtruck with bread that comes every morning. We can highly recommend this villa!

Very high standard of accomodation

Very clean House, new towels every day if you wanted to have some. Very nice owners who came very often and cared for their guests. Even the missing coffee-machine (Broken from guests who had left before us) was renewed. Best Thing: the very clean and enjoyful pool- it took us hours to leave this wonderful place: but Ston, Mostar and Dubrovnik must be visited!!! But greatest thing was the Pool: just getting out of the house and jumping in!!! It was a Great Place for our 2 Families. Thank you for that relaxing time to Family Obradovi!

Perfect stay !

Fantastic villa and fastastic hosts!

We've stayed in Kameni Dvori for 10 nights between 26 June and 6 July. First thing I must say is that the booking process was extremly easy and smooth thanks to the villa owner Ana. Not only she was rapidly replying to all our messages (trust me, there was plenty of them!) answering even the most trivial questions, but also she helped us with car booking! Thanks agaian Ana! Villa Kameni Dvori complex is based in Kremena, small, quite village very close to Klek, Opuzen and Metkovic, towns where you can make your shopping, go to restaurant or just chill out. There is a easy access to the sea (8min walk), pebble beach, little bar with super friendly staff and possibility of renting kayaks, pedlos/paddle boats make this place really charming and family friendly. Villa itself is exactly as shown on the pictures. Very clean, made to high standards and spacious. Big fridge freezers and very comfy beds are also important part of the villa. Pool was cleaned regulary, towels were changed every few days, Ana and her brother were always ready to help! Upon arrival and when we were leaving, we were given few bottles of brandy/cherry liquer and olive oil (both fantastic ! ! ! ) which was a very kind gesture from Ana. Overall, don't hesitate booking Kameni Dvori if you want to stay in this very area! I hope we'll be back soon! P.S Once again, I would like to say thank you to Ana and her brother for making our holiday fabulous! Hvala!

Beautiful villa and amazing hosts!

The villa complex is amazing and have everything you need for a self-sufficient holiday. The location is great, not far from the sea and a short drive to local supermarkets and towns, with some great places to walk or run. Ana and her brother Josip were the perfect hosts. Josip was there to greet us, gave us everything we needed, and was available to ring if we needed anything. I would fully recommend this villa to any group !

Since we started working three years ago , and this season we finished the whole complex of the two stone villa with two private pools which can accommodate a total of 20 people we are very happy to give our guests something new and unique.The whole family has do this with lot of love and put a lot of effort to make all of our guests were happy and felt a real warm atmosphere.
