Vi klarade oss genom orkanen och är redo för dig! Visa Mexikanska golfen från denna lägenhet med privat tillgång till en lugn strand. På övervåningen är ett sovrum med en drottning Tempurpedic madrass, Full Master Badrum och havsutsikt soldäck. Det andra sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar och en full säng med ett badrum. På bottenvåningen finns en 1/2 badkar och vändvänd skärmad veranda utanför familjerummet. Köket är lager för en kock och det finns en uppsättning tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. På markplanet hittar du en Weber-grill, hinkar med strandleksaker för barnen och 2 separata slutna duschar för att städa upp efter en resa till stranden. Wonderful trip

This was our first trip to Cape San Blas but I am certain it won’t be our last! Our condo was the perfect place for us! Short distance to beach access and it had all the amenities we wanted. If I had any improvement suggestions at all, it would be to alter the porch in closures with slates instead of solid panels so the ocean view could be seen from a seated position! . But it is a great place to stay!

Comfortable stay in a beautiful place

I had a really nice stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a nicely appointed kitchen. The beach was a very short walk and there were ocean views from both porches. The state park just down the road is great too. There was a minor plumbing issue but the owner was very quick to respond. I would be happy to stay here again.

Great stay!

We had a great stay. A short, short walk to the beach, clean, well stocked, beautiful view. We would have liked more comfortable seating on the covered porch, but we understand the wear and tear on furniture is a big challenge with the salt air and wind. Would absolutely stay again!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location and we love it! Perfect location- steps away from the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and the bed is comfortable in the master. We hope to come back.

Very quiet and short walk to the beach

Could use some additional plastic containers in the kitchen. Overall the condo was very nice and relaxing. Very short walk to the beach. I would stay here again.

Worth staying here from the view to the property everything was perfect.

The property was perfect. They had all your beach needs met from the chairs, Sand toys, and umbrella etc. They even had prepared for rainy days. I will definitely stay at this property again. People in the location were even extremely friendly.

Everything was great with our stay. We enjoyed the goodie bag. The only issue we had was with the outlets in the upstairs bathrooms. They had no power and I could not find any ground faults that were tripped. Thank you

Great place to stay-

This 2 bdrm, 2.5 bath home is a lovely duplex unit in the third row from the beach--very short walk to the beach on a boardwalk easily accessed about 30 yards from the house. The kitchen was extremely well stocked--both Keurig and regular coffee makers and every possible utensil, pots, pans, dishes, etc that you could need. We did not need to do laundry, but there's a full washer and dryer. The house was spotless and the beds were comfortable; plenty of clean linens provided. The living room furniture is really comfortable. We were happy with the unit and highly recommend it.

Perfect vacation

This was my second time at Jason's Cape San Blas rental. The place was clean, well stocked, and comfy as expected! If you have any questions or concerns before or during your stay, Jason responds almost immediately. I like that!! There are great gulf views from the porch/balcony and the beach is a very short walk away. I visited this time with my two adult sons and my two and a half year old grandson. I loved that my grandson could go out on the lower screened in porch with no worries about his safety. The bottom part of the "wall" is solid, with screens on the top so no worries about him pushing through. Which was good because he wanted to be out there all the time! The beach is amazing! Not crowded like so many of the other panhandle area beaches. The sand is super soft, like flour!! We had a fabulous time and will go back again!!

Such a lovely home...

Having rented vacation houses over the years, I usually pack and bring a list of necessities when I arrive. I did not have to take one of those necessities out of my bin. This home covered the little things. At each and every turn, we were pleasantly surprised by how well appointed this home is. The details make all the difference. The home was very clean when we arrived. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with drawers for your toiletries. Plenty of dresser drawers and the master bedroom has a wall length closet for hanging clothes. The walk to the beach was under 2 minutes. The 16-17 steps down to the beach access are fairly steep, so no wagons, but the distance from house to beach made for easy multiple trips. Not only would I rent this property again, I want to rent it again SOON. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise, we enjoyed it!

Cleanliness would be ok if we did not find dishwasher full of dirty dishes, dirty hand towel in the bathroom, and cockroaches crawling on the floor. The beach is two houses away, but the beach is ugly and dangerous. Remains of rotten wood pillars are sticking out of the water and sand. See the pictures uploaded. It is dangerous because if someone falls onto it, they will be injured. We had to walk to other community beaches to stay away from those. The pictures I took speak for themselves.

Family Friendly Convenience Oriented

This house had it all. The owner allows you to use their beach equipment and the little things that are missing at other rental places are not missing here- for example, they had complimentary coffee. Easiest check in and check out process I’ve ever experienced. It may not be directly on the beach, but it was literally steps away. The owner responds immediately and was so kind to my older father, who seemed to have texted him daily to tell him something.

Quiet and Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. The beach house is in a quaint neighborhood, and you are less than 100 yards from the beach. You can see the ocean from the deck. The condo had a lot of room. It would be a great spot for a small family with 1 - 4 kids, or for a couple's getaway. The place was extremely well stocked with plenty of kitchen cookware. Washer and Dryer worked great. There are plenty of beach chairs for you to use, along with a beach wagon, boogie boards, floats, etc. TV and Internet were solid. My only complaint is that the home is showing some age and wear on the appliances and furniture. The mattresses need to be replaced and the place could use a refresh. However, this doesn't take away from the experience. Also, checkout is at 9am Eastern, which was really early for us We've never checked out that early at a beach house. The owner/host is very responsive and easy to reach. Cape San Blas is awesome. We rented bikes, went for walks, went to the beach, and just relaxed. You don't have to worry about crowds and the riff-raff. Great stay overall.

At Cape San Blas you can walk to the bay side of the peninsula where the scalloping is famous nationwide and walk down to the Gulf side and see a wide expanse of ocean and watch unbelievable sunsets. What we love about our property is access - the Gulf primarily, but to the bayside and to the bike/walking trail. Everything is so accessible.

We love coming to the condo on the beach. First of all, we have so many wonderful and funny memories. Secondly, there is nothing more soothing than hearing the ocean waves and feeling the breeze. It lulls us right to sleep! We love to cook and the kitchen is set up for creative cooking and has every accessory you could need. We hope you love coming to the beach as much as we do.
