Denna fantastiska lägenhet byggdes förra året (2018), så det ger boende i orörda skick med helt nya kvalitetsmöbler och armaturer. Fastigheten har 2 sovrum (ett badrum), ett huvudsakligt badrum, ett utmärkt utrustat kök med tvättmaskin / torktumlare och diskmaskin och ett ljust, rymligt vardagsrum med generös balkong. Det finns en reserverad parkeringsplats för en bil på baksidan av byggnaden.
Om du gillar att vara i hjärtat av det hela är Brunswick Road den perfekta adressen för en modern urban livsstil. Princes Street och Waverley tågstation ligger cirka 15 minuters promenad bort, medan flygplatsens spårvagnshållplats på York Place ligger ca 10 minuters promenad bort.

Excellent location and flat

Excellent location for those who prefer to stay among the locals. Leith walk has an excellent selection of pubs and shops within a short walk. Busses and trams are close by if you need to go further.

Great apartment in a fantastic location

Great apartment for the 4 of us. Some really fantastic restaurants, bakeries and cafes a few minutes walk on a couple of different streets. Apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. Short walk into central Edinburgh.

Perfect!

This was the perfect apt for our week long stay. It was plenty of space me my husband, mother-in-law, 1.5 year old daughter, and me. It’s in a great location and Francois was a great host!

Lovely property

The property was clean and tidy and is in a great location. It is perfect for our party as the property was accessible by lift and had a walk in shower. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. I would definitely book it again.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and away from all the crowds (which we enjoyed), yet close enough to get around to all the sights conveniently. The lift and free parking were a bonus. All in all, a great choice!
