Fancy Gap Mountain Escape

Vackert hem på 30 tunnland gård, mycket privat med panoramautsikt i en mycket lantlig miljö med lätt tillgång från 77 och Hwy 52 utanför Blue Ridge Parkway. Stora backdäck för att sitta och titta på vilda djur och koppla av i bergsluften. Detta hem har utvecklats från ett hus till ett mer konventionellt hus. Vår plats är ren och mycket hemtrevlig men inget fint. En kort vandring på fastigheten till en bergsström och picknickområde. Inget "fint" men ett mycket bekvämt, lanthem med alla bekvämligheter som behövs. Vi har wifi som nästan alltid fungerar, kom ihåg att vi är lantliga. Vissa cellbärare fungerar bättre än andra. Verizon är bäst. Tre sovrum och utdragbar soffa rymmer 8 personer. Två badrum. Takfläktar i kök, vardagsrum och sovrum. Alla sängkläder, toalettartiklar tillhandahålls. Full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare (tvättmedel tillhandahålls, fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, Cuisinart köksredskap, kaffe och te tillhandahålls. Charcoal grill med kol och lättare tillhandahålls. Utanför eldstaden. Wi-Fi, Diskmaskin, DVD-spelare. Värme och AC, gas log spis. Utomhus eldstaden med trä tillhandahålls. Fastigheten är privat med gott om utrymme för att vandra runt och utforska. Säker från bullriga motorvägar men nära sevärdheter. Nära till flera vingårdar, lokala attraktioner som Blue Ridge Music Center, Galax Annual Fiddlers Convention, Floyd, Va Hem för Floyd Fest, New River spår, cykling, ridning och vattenaktiviteter, nära Mt Airy, NC hem Andy Griffith , Mayberry RFD, två golfbanor i närheten. Njut av Blue Ridge Parkway. $ 100 per natt 2 natt minimum, $ 600 per vecka, $ 60 städavgift, $ 25 husdjur avgift om du vill ta med dina fyra benbarn. Great getaway!!

Great place to getaway and enjoy peace and quiet. The people we rented from was super nice, I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to get away but still somewhat close to places to eat and go to.

The Caper’s home was as they stated in the listing. Their land is beautiful and they have two adorable dogs that came to visit. Linda was very kind and welcomed us to their property.

Beautiful setting

The view from the porch is beautiful! Linda and Michael were excellent hosts, and very easy toe e communicate with. The location was great, too! Very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Beautiful location

Everything was lovely. The tweens and teen had a great time exploring the farm while the adults relaxed. Enjoyed a campfire in the evening.

Beautiful vacation spot

This property was a perfect spot for a fall getaway. It was supplied with all we needed. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived and you can't beat the view from the porch. Our only issue was that the photos showed a front door that was a level entrance which is why we chose it. This door was not accessible due to the furniture placement in the living room. We were traveling with two people who don't handle stairs well so coming and going was a bit of an ordeal. Something to consider if you need to avoid stairs. If stairs aren't a problem, this is your next vacation spot.

Beautiful mountain view!

Linda was fantastic! I didn't even realize I left something behind, but she contacted me so she could send it to me. The property was very quaint and private and a wonderful view of the mountains. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Super Super Bowl Weekend Getaway

Wonderful getaway

BEAUTIFUL! The owners were very helpful and replied to any communication right away. It was wonderful to be able to travel with kids and dogs and be able to stay somewhere reasonable. The property is just beautiful.

Love the scenery

Room enough for 2 families, beautiful scenery, and enjoy catching up on family that we don’t get to see very often. Shops, scenery and just enjoying a ride in the mountains. Had problems with internet the whole time we were there. No service at all. House needs some upgrades and cleaning in some rooms. We enjoyed our time for thanksgiving with family.

Property is exactly as described!

It was clean, cozy, and stocked. Hosts were accommodating and friendly. The drive in was gorgeous, the view is nothing short of amazing. It was the perfect cozy weekend that we needed.

Michael and I love our dogs and the mountains and want to allow people to travel with their pets. We have plenty of space for dogs to run and explore, off the main highway safe and noise free. We live on the farm but our home still allows people plenty of privacy. We are always available for any questions or concerns. Just a perfect get away setting.
Growing up in West Virginia myself it reminds me of my childhood wonderful country relaxing places. This is our first vacation rental but we purchased a second just three miles away. “Attitude Adjustment”. Check it out also on VRBO.

We are located close to Highway, Interstate and the Blue Ridge Parkway but our guest home is on a 30 acre farm. Very private and peaceful. Come and relax the beauty speaks for itself.

As we have mentioned before the privacy and homey feeling can not be overstated. Perfect in every season. Hiking to mountain stream on the property. Plenty of outdoor space for families and pets to sit on covered deck or enjoy a bon fire in large outdoor fire pit, wood provided.
