Such a beautiful area and the home was a perfect base with access to grass fed beef eggs and milk! Jo is just amazing as a host and we are so grateful for her and the opportunity to spend time in buena vista

It was expensive but I knew that going in. I felt like the property was represented accurately. The cabin is massive and is super well kept. It has lots of character, plenty of amenities and the hosts have thought of every last detail of the things they provide. I was able to prepare all meals as if it was my own house. The eggs were a nice touch. the property is gorgeous and the kids had fun exploring. The hot tub on the deck was awesome. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Great location for hiking collegiate peaks, white water rafting, golf, hot springs and close to town for fine dinners. Just an excellent location.Vrbo- Very nice, clean all the ammenities. Nice people to work with on our reservations and anything we needed was provided.BOOK IT!

Lovely family trip!

We brought our young children and we all loved staying here! We walked around the property every evening and the back porch was perfect for morning coffees and family dinners. The hospitality details provided her were some of the best we have experienced. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful getaway

The owners of this property have thought of everything you could want or need for a comfortable stay. The house is beautifully laid-out, hot tub was in excellent clean condition, property was beautiful and the hot springs was 5 min away. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our girls weekend.

Perfect family spot!!

Our family absolutely loved our stay! We had so many laughs and meals together on the huge deck. Jo thought of everything you could possibly need. The house was amazing and peaceful. My kids (in their 30s) all acted like kids again out in the meadow and creeks. We can't wait to come back and relax again!!

Amazing Property!

Jo has thought of everything for the house! No need to bring any shampoo or body wash, it is provided. We have never stayed at a house with a kitchen as stocked as this one. Every utensil you need is provided as well as spices. The property is absolutely amazing! We spent so much time with our little one exploring the property.

Buena Vista is a beautiful place to relax on vacation

Home was nicely furnished and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with good quality small appliances and accessories. Thank heavens for the nice large covered deck with hot tub/outside shower, in which all the bedrooms open up on to. It rained everyday we were there. Didn't get to explore much of the property due to the rain and mosquitoes. Overall, a comfortable home for a family vacation that is close to town and easy to locate.

40th reunion class

Property is very well appointed for cooking and dining inside or out on the large deck that overlooks a tranquil forested meadow. It made a great central point for our extended group to coordinate from and the 8 of us who stayed there all had glowing reviews. A couple of them plan to book again for family get togethers, which is a strong endorsement in itself. Thanks for all your assistence Jo and Hettie and Johnny!

Incredible property with many entertainment options

This place is beautiful. The backyard is expansive and includes a tiered drop off with several streams running through. The back deck includes lounging areas, fire pit, hot tub, canopy, etc. The house is very nice, clean, and can sleep a lot of people. You have your own 15 acre slice of heaven at this place but are only 2 miles from downtown Buena Vista. The owner is very easy to deal with and extremely accommodating. Very highly recommended!

Amazing property! Absolutely beautiful. Well kept with extraordinary amenities.

What a wonderful and serene experience. This property is absolutely beautiful and within close proximity to many fun adventures. The house is very well maintained with so many amenities it made our stay extraordinaryly comfortable. The kitchen alone was amazing. (Better than my own.) Comfortable. Clean. Beautiful. Warm and inviting. I highly recommend this property and know our family of twelve will be returning.

Christmas vacation

Very satisfied. Lots of room. Private. Good location for access to groceries and other entertainment. House is excellently equipped. We thought it was closer to monarch mountain based on VRBO’s listing that it was only 15 miles/minutes o the mountain but it wasn’t a big deal.

Amazing property and owners

We were greeted with complimentary farm fresh eggs, coffee, soaps, shampoos and conditioner. At a great price we were even also offered fresh beef from the farm and it was absolutely impeccable. The property is literally minutes from downtown, shopping and dining and minutes from Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. The property was so cozy, the hot tub was a nice touch and the views from the front of the property were breathtaking. Communication was great and all questions were answered in a very timely manner. I have never stayed in a more well kept vrbo. We would definitely book again and would recommend this to any large group that is looking to get away to Buena Vista

Beautiful and very unique home

I have stayed in many homes over the years and this was my favorite. It was very unique, beautiful (inside and out) and large. Very large porch overlooking creeks and beautiful greenery. The kitchen, living room, and dining room were spacious and renovated. This is a fantastic home for a large group of people who enjoy sharing time together, relaxing, and having a homebase for all the beautiful mountains for all the activities that Buena Vista has to offer. I strongly encourage this house to others and will definitely come back in the future if I need a large house.
