Beutiful house with magic sea view in Frigiliana with private pool
Kitchen and livingroom
From the hallway when you enter the house you will access the kitchen and livingroom with a cozy lounge and inviting dining table. There is a fireplace to be used a cold or rainy day. This area has a beautiful sea view with large glas doors to the veranda and it has nice mountains views from all other windows.
3 bedrooms â sleeps 7
On the first floor there are two large bedrooms, both with bathrooms connected to it. The master bedroom has a double bed for two people and the other larger bedroom has two queen size beds for up to four people. In both these two bedroom there plenty of room for storing clothes and bags in the built in closets. There is also one separate small bedroom for a single person.
Pool and garden area
Private tiled saltwater pool with roman end. The size is approximately 8 times 4 metres and with a maximum depth of 180 cm. The pool area has a nice mountain view and the scent from the flowers in the wonderful garden creates a mindful place for contemplation. There is also a barbecue area in the garden where you can seek the shadow below the plam trees. There are orange and lemon trees including a organic spice garden just around the corner.
WC/Bathrooms
There is one WC just by the entrance. In lower level two tiled shower and bath rooms are connected with the two bedrooms. One of the bathrooms has washing machine.
Outdoor veranda on the upper floor with a magic sea view
The balcony or terrace has a nice panoramic view with access from both the kitchen and living room. This area has nice outdoor furniture perfect for cozy breakfasts, sunny lunches or social dining. The breakfast terrace outside the kitchen enjoys nice morning sun, perfect for relaxing after the morning run or walk.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee brewer, waterboiler and smoothies mixer. Spices, oil and basic ingridients is available to use if needed

About us - The owners: We are a family living in Vaxholm, Sweden, with a son turning 14 and a 10 year old daughter. We live an active life and enjoy spending time in Frigiliana, running, skiing and hiking. We also use this hide away place as second home for mindfulness, to relax, read books and get some nice sunshine.
We aquired the house in 2017 and moved in in 2018. The house was originally build in 2004 by the previous owners - a lovely english couple that loved gardening - which explains the wonderful lemon tree that gave the house its name "Casa Del Limon".

Why we choose Las Lomas de Frigiliana:
This neighborhood Mirador and San Rafael is one of the most exclusive and popular areas in the Nerja surroundings. It is a clean and well perserved residential area in the middle of the rural landscape with smaller coitjos and larger fincas. It is close to both Frigiliana and Nerja. The location is suited on a hill with a stunning sea view in a very quiet, safe and beutifully outlined urbanization.
