Disney Vacation

spent a week at Disney with 14 family members. King suite with jack and Jill bath to bedroom with two double is perfect of parents with younger kids. Nice pool and hot tub condo. The en-suite bedrooms offered great privacy and plenty of elbow room for 14 of us. The Publix grocery store is a couple of minutes away.

Nice place

This house was in a great neighborhood. It was awesome that everyone had their own bathroom with their bedroom. We also loved being able to eat outside all together or at the dining table all together. The only problems were the kitchen not being stocked. We wanted to cook and there were not good supplies for that. There weren’t even a complete set of measuring tools (tsp, tbsp, etc). It said there would be essential spices available, bu there were not. There were enough dishes/glassware/silverware. Some of the guests said their rooms, specifically bathrooms were not clean upon arrival. Hair was left in the shower and on towels. The other major problem was the pool heating. It took so long for the hot tub to heat up, that we were not able to use it a lot. I was only able to use it twice during our stay. The pool was never warm enough to swim in. I would not recommend this place in the cooler months, if you are wanting to swim. It dipped down in the 50s a few nights and the pool could not get warm. That was a bummer to pay for a heated pool and then not get a heated pool. Overall it was a nice place, but could use a deep clean and kitchen supply update. The host and management were quick to respond.

Amazing house

This was an amazing house to stay with lots of room and close to parks. The water park and lazy river at the clubhouse was a wonderful addition and was a change of pace from the pool at the house

Good for for a large family

Overall a nice property with plenty of space for a large family. It had a fun game room. It could use more towels to accommodate a large group.

I wish I could give this place a higher rating but we had so many issues and called 3 times and problems still weren’t fixed. It was frustrating. -bugs in the bathroom (like lots!) -TVs didn’t work at all during our stay, so the kids couldn’t watch anything, adults couldn’t watch football at all. Someone came out and said it was fixed, it wasn’t. -the dryer.

Disney Christmas

The property itself was located in a great area. The problem comes with the inside of the property; all furniture and appliances are outdated. We were a family of 13 celebrating Christmas at Disney. and the stove was not reaching the correct temperature on the inside; it displayed the temperature you set it for, but the internal temperature was off. We were supplied with 1 large skillet and 2 small sauce pots for cooking. There are no bowls for mixing, only cereal-size bowls. 3 of the bedrooms had problems with the ceiling fans and lights. The king bedroom downstairs has a large sink in the mattress on the side closest to the bathroom. We had to flip the mattress over, and everyone complained about the mattress being hard and lumpy. the first bedroom up the stairs toilet seat was barely holding on. We think that the property manager here would have taken action to start updating the property; I'm sure we are not the only complaint that they have received. There are a lot of modern homes in the area that are on the market for rental. We will not promote this properly are rent it again. The owners here should know how the property is being managed poorly. When vacationing and spending the type of money we spent to stay here, we expected a better experience. this is my opinion good luck moving forward.

Great House with Plenty of Room

We had a party of 12 recently to stay at this property. The house was better than expected. The location was a little further from Disney than we thought (a 20-minute drive due to two-lane roads and traffic), but we could not be more pleased with the house and overall experience. We would rent this property again. We opted for the pool/spa heat option, but it took a couple of days to get the water temp to a comfortable level. The property management team clearly communicated and everything was better than expected.

Family get away

Perfect size home to gather siblings & cousins for a family reunion. The home was very clean and great proximity to the Disney parks. The only negative was the patio slider was difficult to open & close. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with lots lots space

house was everything we wanted,,Our door code did!nt work when we arrived but April calls us within minutes and sent a maintenance man and reset code. April also called a couple of times to make sure we where happy and enjoying our vacation. Pool was a big hit and the house was well stocked and everyone had a great time. Thanks again

Perfect big family vacay house

DOUBLE CHECK the highlighted portions of the email you'll get from the listing agent :) They will send you the correct address, which is a different house number than the one listed on VRBO. We didn't do that, so we were a little startled to find a family already in the home we thought was ours! Turned out we needed to go down a few homes, so it was a small hiccup. The home was just as described in the listing, but the rooms were not quite as individually decorated as in the pictures (which really only saddened our 6 year old when the Frozen decals weren't in the room as pictured) but she got over it when we got in the hot tub ;) Everyone seemed comfortable in their beds upstairs but my husband and I had the large bedroom downstairs and the bed was like a board for us. We're used to a pretty soft bed though, so might be okay for others! It was worth it to pay for the heat for the spa, it was a dream after long days at the Disney parks. Insane amounts of chlorine are used in the pool though! Better that than green and dirty though, so I can't complain too much about that. The kitchen has plenty of gadgets, short of scissors and a can opener. Had a little trouble with the ice maker but that wasn't a huge deal. The place could use a few more towels I think, we did a load of towels pretty much every day to make sure we had enough for the following day. The lazy river was fun :) but gets a little dirty as the day goes on with so many coming and going. So go there early.

Very clean and very roomy…. We loved it… great location! Only 25-30 to Hollywood Studios , and like 45 min to Universal. Loved it!! Property manager was great also!

Amazing property! Responsive owner!

This property is beautiful, well kept, and HUGE! We were actually shocked how large it felt once we got inside. It is also in a great location to easily get to restaurants and Disney property. The best part was how responsive and attentive April, the owner, was. She called me the day before we arrived to make sure the check in process made sense, and she was in text communication throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a good sized crew.

Good Location and Clean Overall

We stayed with a group of adults and our only issue was the amount of towels for our group. Some of the shared bathrooms only had one towel in them so I’d recommend bringing more if possible. Overall it was pretty clean and worked well for the group we had. We really enjoyed the pool area and the lazy river across the street. We didn’t pay for the heating of the pool and it was crazy cold because of the direction the house faces so I definitely would recommend the heating option if you plan to swim.

Awesome!!!

This house was absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen itself was beautiful. We enjoyed the spa and the pool. The beds were very comfortable and roomy. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Very easy to get to the parks and shopping. Absolutely loved it here, our family had a wonderful time and will definitely look forward to staying here again the next time we visit Mickey! 😊❤️

The swimming pool area could have been cleaner the furniture is outdated. The rug is filthy. It’s a lot of things that is outdated. The pictures that you display about the house is not exactly the way it is.

Excellent property, close to neighbors

We filled the house with our family from 9 weeks old to 67. The house came with crib, pack and play, 2 strollers and 2 high chairs. The layout is very family friendly with 2 downstairs bedrooms and 6 up. Our young adults enjoyed the upstairs game room with foosball and pool table. Pool area is very nice and clean, we paid for the spa heat and it worked well. I'm very picky about hot tubs and this one was very hot with good jets. It circulates with the pool water so stayed clean the entire stay versus freestanding ones that get grimy with multiple people in and out all week. Plenty of towels, kitchen was well setup with some basics like crockpot, blender, coffee pot etc. My only complaint is the area is very crowded. Our stay started on the holiday weekend and there were several loud parties near us, the houses feel about 6 ft apart so you hear everything outside. The clubhouse area was packed on the weekend. When we finally went back Monday it was very nice with just a few people. We used the gym and the pool, lazy river and waterpark area a lot and it was all very nice. Highly recommend overall, maybe avoid the holiday weekend if you don't like loud parties. Note, inside the house was very quiet so it only matters when you are outside.
