Fantastiskt lägenhet vid stranden med Premier Golf-medlemskap

Detta är en fantastisk lägenhet vid stranden vid Hacienda de Mita, belägen i portarna till Punta Mita Resort. Det är en av endast åtta lägenheter på takvåningen vid stranden i hela anläggningen. Denna enhet har en spektakulär 180 graders fri utsikt över Banderas kustlinje och Las Marietaöarna, och är mycket kort gångavstånd (en byggnad bort genom en privat säker port) till den charmiga och livliga byn Punta de Mita, som är känd för dess utmärkta restauranger, lokala shopping och nattliv. En omfattande ombyggnad från topp till botten och uppgradering av lägenheten avslutades i november 2016. Detta är överlägset en av de finaste lägenheterna vid stranden i Punta Mita Resort.

Takvåningen lägenhet har välvda tak tak, cirka 3 600 kvadratmeter bostadsyta, 4 sovrum och 4 1/2 bad. Det huvudsakliga sovrummet och det andra sovrummet har vardera en king size-säng, sovrum # 3 har två queen-size sängar, och sovrum # 4 har två dubbelsäng våningssängar. Andra funktioner och bekvämligheter som ingår i uthyrningen av denna lägenhet finns nedan:

Premier Golf Membership ger tillgång till två Jack Nicklaus-golfbanor, tenniscentret, fitnessanläggningen och fem strandklubbar (St. Regis Beach Club, Resident's Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, Sufi Beach Club och Hacienda de Mita Beach Club). Medan tillgång till strandklubbar är gratis, debiteras gästavgifterna av Punta Mita Resort för greenfee för golfbanor och användning av tenniscentret och fitnessanläggningen.

2. Full användning av en 6-passagerare EZ-GO Express L6 golfvagn.

3. Daglig städning.

4. Daglig frukostberedning av vår hushållerska och, på begäran, vår hushållerska förbereder lunch och snacks. Middagsberedning av vår hushållerska eller en gourmetkock är också tillgänglig och kan ordnas av vår concierge, men krävs för en extra kostnad. Kostnaden för alla livsmedel och drycker som köps av conciergen för måltider och snacks på lägenheten betalas av hyresgästen.

5. Alla nya möbler, mattor och tillbehör.

6. Sovrum och badrumsfaciliteter inkluderar L'Occitane tvålar och lotioner, badrockar, sminkspeglar, hårtorkar och 800 trådräknearken.

We had an amazing stay at Bill’s property in Punta Mita! The location was perfect- it’s truly right on the water and the views are unbeatable. There were so many great restaurants within walking distance, and it was really helpful to have the golf cart to get around as well. The house was so spacious and beautiful. Eli took great care of us! Her cooking was AMAZING and she was so sweet. It was so nice to come back at the end of each day to a sparkling clean house. She even washed and folded our laundry daily which was such a nice touch. Uriel was super friendly and helpful as well- he had great recommendations and helped us arrange airport transfers, reservations and in home massages. We are already planning our next trip to Punta Mita and we can’t wait to stay at Bill’s again!

Amazing stay at Hacienda de Mita

We loved our stay! Amazing condo that is beautifully decorated. Super comfy beds. Ellie is such a bonus. She spoiled us with homemade breakfast and lunch each day. Great location to town and beach clubs. We will be back! Also you can’t beat the view! I’ve stayed at various places within Punta Mita and this view is the best!

Outstanding Condo, Outstanding Location

We absolutely loved our time at this amazing beachfront property, as well as all the amenities that came with the included Premier membership. The condo was in immaculate condition, very nicely furnished, and extremely comfortable and relaxing. The staff at the property was so great - we loved Ellie and Marcella, and the meals that were prepared for us were amazing. We would highly recommend this property!

The condo is fantastic in both location and amenities. Words cannot describe how good Eli the housekeeper/cook is. We have stayed here before and there was some issues with the new concierge management team. However, this didn’t stop our vacation from being 5*.

Beautiful Puta Mita

This is paradise! The penthouse was better than the pictures….We enjoyed all of the beach clubs and took a small trip to Sayulita. We also had massages out on the balcony which was wonderful. The sunsets in Mexico are the best. We have many beautiful pictures and memories…Also, Elle was an added bonus. All around a perfect trip!

Fantastic Property

We loved our stay. Elvia although new as concierge to the property worked hard to make our stay perfect. Proximity to walking gate into town made all the restaurants easily accessible. And Eli, chef/housekeeper was incredible. My only minor, minor concern would be and upgrade of the golf cart. It works fine but is extremely slow. Overall, couldn’t ask for a better 16 days.

A wonderful week spent with family

We went to celebrate my 60th birthday. We (6 adult family members) had a great time. We spent every day at the pool out front. We did tool around on the golf cart a little each day and checked out all of the beach clubs and went to town a few times. The beach clubs were all impressive but having the beautiful spacious ocean front PH, we just hung out there. One of the best highlights was Eli! She made awesome breakfasts and lunches that turned into our dinners as it was so much good food. That worked out great. She kept the condo clean from top to bottom as well. The concierge was also great to work with. He arranged the transportation to and from the airport. He was at the condo to facilitate a smooth check in when we arrived. The chips, guacamole and snacks we preordered were there waiting for us. He set us up with an ATV tour and made restaurant reservations for us. I emailed the owner a couple of times before I booked. He was informative, polite and quick to respond to my questions. It was really a great relaxing time in the sun. I believe this penthouse is the best location at Hacienda de Mita!

Our favorite vacation!

It was an incredible vacation made with the help of a stunning home, fabulous service and a beautiful locale. This is a vacation we will never forget. We were spoiled! The home is exactly as advertised... Beautiful, spacious, great location & extremely clean. Full of every need and want you could possibly ask for. This condo has an unreal view in this small, quiet town that entertained us well. We participated in many local activities but I think our favorite was buying $35 snorkels and snorkeling out in front of our personal beach. We fished, snorkeled the Marieta Islands, learned to surf, frequented every beach club, shopped Sayulita, shopped local and ate to our hearts extent. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up extending our vacation two extra days. It would have been more if we didn’t have commitments back at home. Eli, our chef & housekeeper, is an absolute gem! Such a sweet and beautiful woman whom we all fell in love with instantly. Her meals were out of this world. The best shrimp tacos and chili rellenos I have ever had! We would love her recipes. Uriel, our concierge, was extremely helpful in planning our vacation and making suggestions and reservations once we were down there. We could not have enjoyed the fullness of Punta de Mita without him. We will definitely be back. Or children, ages 13 through 21, have rated this vacation as the very best yet.

Lovely for our family, including 2 young children.

Overall, we had a fantastic time, and would 100% return next year! Beautifully decorated and meticulously clean, spacious with a wonderful balcony and lounging furniture. Eli came each day to cook breakfast/lunch and to clean, and we all agreed that her enchiladas and huevos rancheros were the best we had ever had. She alone is worth the visit! She said the most important ingredient in her cooking was love :) While I am not usually one for gated communities, this apartment is right next to town, which you access through a gate/buzzer system. This means that you rarely need to get in the golf cart, and walkability is very high. Also, you are right on the beachfront with access to pools, kiddie pools, and a hot tub. The kiddie pool in particular was perfect for our 18 month old to walk around. In fact, what this apartment offered was better than any of the surrounding beach clubs, in my opinion! The entry into the ocean on this beach is rocky, so I recommend wearing chacos or a similar type water-shoe. Our first evening, the water was turned off, which the concierge forgot to tell us about, but which was easily solved with large containers of drinking water and just waiting until the next day to shower. The next day, there was no hot water, but it was again easily resolved through the concierge. Very minor issues that were quickly solved. In addition, the owner offered us a chef-cooked dinner to make up for the water issues, which was a very appreciated gesture. To summarize, an absolutely marvelous stay, and we would 100% return. Great location and amenities for families with young children.

girls getaway 5 star stay

Everything was delightful. Bill the owner was great and communicative from the get-go. Elvia was a lovely concierge with excellent communication. Ellie and her daughter Marcella were wonderful cooks and kept the home clean and tidy the entire time. We had private chef dinners and dinners out - all were great. Private chef dinner was exquisite! We were seven ladies and the size was perfect. Bunk room was occupied by one - otherwise, better suited for kids. Everything you need is onsite within the gates - fitness, tennis, pickle ball, beach clubs, water sports, etc and everything else can be arranged with concierge. Airport transfer arranged with concierge is $140 ea way, regardless of number of travelers, so it might be cheaper to book something directly if you're arriving is small groups. Round trip transport to sayulita was $200 w/ tip for a 3 hr stay plus 1 hr round trip - driver waited there for us. The only negative I'll report is that the master bed is quite firm and not the comfiest. One of the queens in a guest room was also reported to be the same. Although I find this to be true with most beds in Mexico. They seem to prefer a firmer mattress. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, so plan to take your group indoors rather than on the balcony at that time. The water in the entire complex was shut off the last night from 8pm-9am for service which was a bit of an inconvenience, but we were warned appropriately and given lots of extra water to help us get through it. Only other disappointing item was a pair of new with tags pajamas mysteriously disappeared during the tail end of our stay or on the last day. I'm not accusing anyone, just still stumped as to where they may have gone. Elvia was great with communicating about it after our departure and said they looked for them. Unsolved mystery - but that's the only negative of the whole week. We would absolutely return - perfect in every way!

Wonderful time

Fifth or sixth stay at different Hacienda de Mita villas over the years and this property was wonderful. Clean with great bedding and the AC works great, which is not a given here in the summer. Patio has great views and catches a nice breeze in the afternoons given its location on the penthouse level and being unobstructed on the eastern side. One of the consistencies we have seen at Hacienda de Mita over the years is the quality of the cooks and this trip was no exception. The town next door also has great restaurant options (we did La Rustica and Tuna Blanca this trip) and helado at the small shop outside the gate next to the villas was a nightly ritual. We spent several late afternoons in the villa's pool soaking and watching the surfers; noticed that it was being refurbished last summer when we stayed at a neighboring unit and now it is in great shape. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend looking at this property if you are interested in Punta Mita.

Awesome family vacation in Punta Mita

Highly recommend Hacienda de Mita PH2-2 Fabulous beachfront location with incredible views. Beautiful large condo and very well equipped. It also is so convenient to the little town of Punta de Mita. The highlight of this rental is the housekeeper/cook Eli! The breakfast and lunches were amazing. Thanks for taking such good care of us. Looking forward to revisiting again soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Bill's lovely, spacious condo. The views were gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, the condo lovely and spacious. Best of all was our housekeeper and cook, Eli! Her meals were fabulous. She was delightful to be around and generally made every day better than it would have been without her. We also really liked that there is a strict no-noise after 10 rule. Since we brought two small children, we were up very early and the noise rule helped us get a good night's sleep We had some administrative hassles leading up to our visit, but Bill and the staff were quick to make some changes that will make the process smoother.

Simply marvelous

This is our second time staying here, and I already can’t wait to return! The concierge is affable and polite and helpful. Eli the cook is very talented and makes the best food for miles. The place is sparkling clean. Perhaps the only thing I would change is to make all of the lighting brighter. Most of the lights are very dim, and it makes it hard to read or button up clothes, for example. This should be an easy fix with specific bulbs.

A great family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cook ely was absolutely amazing. Her food was the highlight of our day. We had an issue with the a/c in one room that the maintenance team were on immediately due to the concierge contacting them immediately..
