Rustik radhus med två våningar med vackra lada trägolv. Nyrenoverade alla nya möbler, madrasser och dekor. Köket har fyra stora apparater med alla nya köketillbehör för matlagning av stora måltider. Det finns två ytterdörrar för att grilla ut. Den här verandan ser ut över en vackert anlagd gård med gott om parkeringsplatser. Två minuter från I 65 mellanstaten Rosa Parks utgång. Grannar är vänliga. Huset är också utrustat med strykbräda, hårtork, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Grill har alla aminiteter för en god måltid. Sängkläder, tvål, bestick, tvättmedel, förstahjälpssatser och barnstol finns också. Denna fastighet övervakas av ADT-säkerhetssystem. Vardagsrummet har en 55 tums smart TV med wi-fi och en sektionssoffa med en säng. Detta hus har en PERMIT för uthyrning till gäster, ges av Metro Nashville Government Agency.

Ideal VRBO for Nashville.

Very clean, very convenient to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner is easy to work with and many amenities make this a comfortable place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Nashville.

Weekend family trip

Me and 4 of my family members stayed here for a weekend trip in Nashville and absolutely loved the place. Great location, very cute, and spacious for medium/large families. Would definetly stay again.

Perfect for a weekend in NashVegas

5 + stars for the stay. The house was super cozy and quaint feeling like you’re own home. It was as cute as the pictures showed. Perfect size for our party of 8, and 10 one night. Many extras available as well if you forgot something. Only a 10 minute Uber to broadway on most trips. 15-20 during rush hour. The host Deborah was very sweet when I had to reach out to her for one very small issue with a toilet. Quick and responsive with a tech in a jiffy. The only one rating I gave a 3 star was location. Not because of distance, only that it’s off quite a busy side street that many pass through and there were some characters around, but that’s to be expected in any big city tourist area. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay again when back. Our whole party had a blast and loved the hominess feeling upon walking in.

21st Bday

Stayed for 21st bday weekend for daughter and her friends. Super cute and clean property. We were able to check in early and received a prompt reply when we had a question about the showers during our stay. Quiet area with readily available Ubers and Lyfts. Quick rides to Broadway, Grand Ole Opry area, and 12th S. Would definitely stay at the property again!

Great Location, Great Stay!

My friends and I had a great stay at Deborah’s place. It’s close enough to downtown and had all the amenities we needed. Deborah was very accommodating with our arrival/departure times and was always responsive to questions I had. I definitely recommend staying here!

Great Location

First time in Nashville. The house was very clean and very cute! Host was very responsive and friendly. Uber and Lyft rides were very quick to pick us up and a short ride to Broadway. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place would definitely stay again.

The property was great the area is ok and close to the interstate. Everything was as stated in the the listing. The only negatives were the 3rd bedroom does not accommodate 4 adults as the pull outs are small. So 2 adults slept on the reclining sofa. Also the smoke detector in the upstairs hall was didn't have a battery and the small bedroom the battery wasn't pushed in to activate the alarm. There were 7 of us and overall our stay was great!

21st Birthday

Went to Nashville for our daughter’s 21st Birthday. This location was perfect for all of our needs. 7 adults stayed in the house and had the conveniences (grocery store, Starbucks) close by. Uber was a must to the downtown. Average ride was less than 10 minutes and under $10. This was my first experience with VRBO and Deborah was always prompt to answer my concerns.

The house was extremely clean and nice. Loved how close it was to downtown. The neighborhood at first I wasn’t sure but we had no problems. The only thing is at night the traffic noise was loud. A lot of loud vehicles and music playing. They seemed to run up and down the road in front of the house. But other than that I would book this house again for another trip! Loved Nashville

Just what we needed!

Deborah's place was exactly as expected and pictured! The location was great and really close to everything we needed. There were eight of us and we have plenty of room. It was clean and Deborah responded really quickly to all of our requests. Would definitely book here again if I'm back in Nashville!

House was gorgeous and very clean!

The house had everything and was very comfortable. Everything was just a short Uber ride away. The surrounding neighborhood was a bit questionable but you can tell that it’s on the up and up. We had no problems.

Great stay

This unit is adorable. Very clean, nicely furnished, well equipped and plenty of room for the seven of us. A short distance from downtown, less than 10 minutes. The only negative thing I can say is there are no tv’s in the bedrooms, but I definitely would stay again.

Our group of 6 ladies stayed here for the weekend. This place is so nice and has everything you need for a great getaway. Close enough to downtown for an easy drive or Uber to restaurants or Broadway. We had a blast and would definitely stay in this house again!

I have a Bachelor's Degree from Tennessee State University (Home of the Tigers). I work as a Respiratory Therapist at Vanderbilt Children's Hospitals for over twenty-three years. I love watching HGTV and doing DIY projects. I attend Faith is the Victory Church (Pastor Charles Cowan). I love life and hope to uplift, encourage and inspire everyone I meet.

I purchased this property years ago so that my children didn't have to live with me while they attended college. Once my children graduated, I fully renovated the property and decided to rent via VRBO. This property is used for business purposes only and stays empty and cleaned until rented. This property also have Nashville Bus Transit across the street for easy riding to Downtown Nashville. This property can be rented long term for individuals or couples seeking work in the area. Metro Center is less than 3 minutes away with plenty of fast-food restaurants for quick eats: Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Jersey Mikes, Smoothie King, Wendy's, Arby's, McDonald's just to name a few. Krogers Grocery Store is in walking distance. The home is also kid friendly.

I love the location because it is close to schools and universities, giving it a "college town" feel. The townhome is close t0 Watkins Institute, Fisk University, Tennessee State University, Belmont University, and Vanderbilt University. The area is up and coming with young entrepreneurs opening restaurants and businesses. The townhome is centrally located to the interstate and Downtown Nashville. If you would like to attend church, Swift Tabernacle is located across the street. Another added touch to this townhouse is that it has card tables and chairs available for extra guests as well as several family/friend games to play (board games, etc).
