Beläget mittemot gatan från stranden har detta vackert renoverade hem kakelgolv hela med nymålade väggar, nya rostfria vitvaror och raffinerade skåp. Enhet 13 är närmaste enhet vid ingången till poolen och bara 2 minuters promenad till stranden. Denna enhet ligger på första nivån. Men jag äger också på övervåningen enheten, så om du skulle vilja att övervåningenheten bara berätta för mig innan du bokar för att se om den är tillgänglig. Så om du letar efter mer rum kan jag få låset ut genom dörren som skiljer upp och ner för att du gör det till ett 4 sovrum 4 bad för större familjer eller om du vill att den också ska stängas om du inte vill se dem LOL. Dess nästan som när du går till ett hotell och be om angränsande rum.

Kalenderen är inte helt blockerad tills båda enheterna är hyrda. Om du specifikt vill ha uppför trappor eller ner, berätta för mig. Om inte, kommer jag att placera dig i enheten som är tillgänglig. De är båda ombyggda om än förutom att lädersoffa på övervåningen är röd.

Välkommen till vårt vackra hem med vacker utsikt över viken. Det är perfekt beläget med utsikt över det smaragdblå vattnet och sötvita sandar i Mexikanska golfen samt strandarna i Four Prong Lake direkt i din bakgård! Denna 2 sovrum och 2 badrum hem har ett stort sovrum med en king size-säng och eget badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en full över queen våningssäng och det är eget badrum. Denna enhet sover 4 - 6. Fullt möblerad och utrustad för den perfekta familjesemestern med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Nyrenoverade med vackra beachy möten samt stora tv, gratis wifi och strandstolar. Du kan fiska i sjön, koppla av i den stora, säsongsmässigt uppvärmda gemensamma poolen eller bada och sola på stranden. Centralt beläget nära fina och avslappnade restauranger, familjeunderhållning, vattensporter, fiske, golf och självklart shopping!

This place was fantastic! Such a close walk to the beach, took us 3 minutes with our littles. The porch was absolutely amazing with beautiful sunsets over the lake in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows and was perfect for our family of 5. The host was so accommodating, allowing us to check in early since we had a 12 hour drive to get there! I’d go back in a heartbeat and this has been our best vacation yet. It’s a close walk for drinks and dinner at the Crab Shack, Walmart has no issue delivering if you forget anything, and the pool is just steps outside the house. The upstairs neighbors didn’t bother us at all and noise levels were perfectly fine. If you’re debating a condo on the beach vs a place like this…. 10000/10 recommend this!

Amazing location. Spacious. Backporch is great. Needs more towels, showehead with hand held sprayer, and proper handles in showers. We were sliding left and right lol. Our like 5th time staying here. We loved everything about it, except the water bugs.

The back deck was nice but I suggest have your cleaning crew wipe the chairs and tables down and brush and sweep furniture before guests arrive.

This was our second stay and it was awesome just like before. We were literally steps away from the beach and the lake view was the best. A perfect stay for a family to enjoy the beach. We will definitely book again for our yearly family trip.

Great Location

Great location and great comfortable unit. Beautiful view off the back and right next to the pool in the front. Perfect little family get away spot. Easy to get to the beach, easy to get to the pool and easy to relax on the back porch and watch the turtles and fish! Loved our stay. Thank you!

This property was located perfectly for easy access to beach, restaurants, and shopping. The tunnel under Hwy. 98 was awesome so I did not have to worry when my teen daughters wanted to walk back and forth to the beach on their own. The rental was very clean and well-equipped. My only complaint was that there was already sand in the sheets of the guest room beds upon arrival and we had to wash them on the first night. Not speculating on how this occurred but the stay was great to the point that this was definitely not prevent another booking as I do know how difficult it is to remove all sand even when linens are properly washed. We also thoroughly enjoyed watching and feeding bread to the MANY turtles and fish in the pond off the back porch.

Location was excellent, nice views and beach access was great. one star is taken off as we have been back from our trip for over 2 weeks and the owner has not returned the security deposit yet!

Destin Beach

We have stayed at this condo every visit over the last 5 years. It is always clean, quiet and the owner is always available by phone should you require an unexpected service. The location is convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. I would recommend it to anyone.

Spring Break

Had a great stay here and would stay here again. The condo was super cute and that back porch is AMAZING! So close to the beach and pool. Had everything we needed and more! Only downside is hearing every footstep and noise from upstairs. Thankfully it was mostly during wakeful hours. I would definitely stay here again!

Family Tradition

We’ve booked this place the same week for 4 years now. We love it. It has everything our family of 5 needs for a week stay. Location is great to beach, shopping and dining. Just wish it had more towels, behind tv in family room need dusting and primary bedroom needs dusting (walls and lamp). Great additions since our last stay are the tub/shower bars and air purifier.This place is now apart of my family’s vacation tradition. Thanks so much. Will definitely continue to book.

Beautiful Area and Location

This location is beautiful and in a great area close to everything. The beach is directly across the street and can be accessed through a tunnel under the street. We did not get to visit the beach because it rained the entire time we were there. Depending on the season you visit some of the restaurants close at 9:00 p.m. There is a wide variety of food choices to choose from. There is also a lot of places to visit as well as shopping galore! We really enjoyed our visit, the location we stayed at, and we will definitely be back soon.

AMAZING!!

This property was beyond our expectations, everything we could possibly need and more. Pool right out from our door and just a short distance to the beach! Amazing eateries all within walking distance, we are already planning our next trip!! We highly recommend this property, our teenage girls even had fun! The manager was fast at responded to my questions. Check in was easy and painless! We were even allowed a day early check in!! Thank you for letting us stay!!

Great location

Pros: great location, easy access to the beach, the absolute best crab dip is within walking distance, it has a great porch overlooking the small lake (the turtles loved being fed!…SO many turtles!) King sized bed was comfy and the bedroom was roomy. Cons: the main living area is not child friendly-lots of glass and breakables, the floor needed to be mopped- my grandson’s clothes, knees and feet were black from crawling around. The living area and kitchen are pretty small- luckily we weren’t there much. We would probably stay again due to the great access to the beach.

A bit noisy on the bottom floor and couldn’t get the Apple TV to work but otherwise a good stay

The location was great, I loved sitting on the deck and watching the turtles in the little back pond. It’s a short walk to a beautiful beach. There was a running toilet that the property manager had fixed right away, however the sheets from the last stay were in the washer when we got there, we could hear everything our neighbors upstairs were doing and we could not get the Apple TV to work. Also, we asked for a late check out and we were granted it, but the cleaning person showed up at the original checkout time and stayed until we left.

Nice Place to stay

We were unable to watch ESPN, etc. and the TV was so complicated we finally just gave up. We even had one of our relatives try to help us and he is good with technology. We had to unclog the master bath sink and the light in the living room does not work and neither does the Keurig coffee machine. So the place needs some attention. Other than that the beds are very comfortable and the rest was great. Mark & Coni Cecil

Needs some work

The unit was not as clean as it should have been. Rugs, some kitchen ware, other things, required cleaning that we did. Cleaning fee was of no value. Some of the cookware was not suitable for use and should be replaced. There was no glass bakeware and we had to buy our own.

Hello thank you for looking at our property. I medically retired from the military in 2013 from injuries I sustain in combat. I decided to invest in vacation rentals in Destin. When my wife and I would stay at a vacation rentals we would be upset of how out of date everything was and how the pictures weren't accurate, either they were 10 years old or just straight up not the same. I personally take care of each one of my units and make sure everything is modern and up to date. I look forward to having you stay !
