Fantastic apartment and host.

It’s rare to get an apartment that has everything you want and this did just that. The location was perfect, the views incredible with the sea on one side and the restaurants on the other. To be able to sit on the balcony and watch the boats going by, listening to waves gently lapping and enjoying the sun or sunset was an absolute bonus. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. The host communicated well and met us at the apartment for check in and out. Very friendly and helpful with details for parking and general information. Would love to return. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Glorious residence!

Ein sehr schönes, stilvolles Zuhause für ein paar Tage haben wir in Rovinj direkt am Meer und doch mittendrin für unseren Aufenthalt gefunden. Es war alles da, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt. Check- In war tiptop und unkompliziert. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen: ein kleines Juwel mit einer wahnsinnigen Aussicht über die Bucht von Rovinj. Wir kommen wieder!

Special place!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Rovinj, très jolie bourgade. L’appartement était génial! Nous avions beaucoup de place et le balcon donnant sur la mer a été très apprécié. Nos hôtes ont tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Merci pour les cadeaux laissés au frigo!

Great stay!

The apt is magical right in the middle of Old Town with spectacular ocean views off the deck. There are restaurants, cafes and shops right out the front door; yet the apt was very quiet and peaceful inside. The inside was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities one would need. We spent 10 days at the apt and can not wait to return, this was our favorite retreat in Europe by far!

Great stay!

Vi havde et skønt ophold i denne private lejlighed midt i Rovinjs pulserende byliv. Selvom vi havde massevis af turister på gaden lige udenfor lejligheden, så hørte vi intet til dem. Meget privat og rolig bolig med den skønneste udsigt ud over vandet. Værten var nem at kommunikere med og vi blev nemt og bekvemt fulgt til boligen ved ankomst. Check-in og out gik helt problemfrit. Et kæmpe plus er at værten havde sørget for blandt andet toiletpapir og opvasketabs til hele ugen. Noget man sjældent oplever i Air BnB boliger. Desuden havde værten nogle rigtig fine anbefalinger til os på blandt andet restauranter og privat bådtur. TAK for denne gang. Kæmpe anbefaling herfra.

Special place!

What more can I add to what was already stated here? Super communicative and accommodating hosts and a clean, beautifully equipped apartment. Can't think of a better location: right in the old town, but with a balcony right over the sea and a stunning view. We were two dads and two 18-year old daughters, stayed for 8 nights, had an amazing time and found the place to be comfortable and well-suited for our size group. A/C on each floor made coming back to the house enjoyable during this week of high heat and humidity. Highly, highly recommended.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

The location so close to everything, the splendid balcony overlooking the sea and such stylish decor. Bathrobes were a nice touch as well as a great supply of towels, toilet rolls and excellent kitchen utensils. Our host was very friendly and exceptionally helpful, in particular when arranging our taxi back to the airport.

The highlight of our trip through Europe.

The apartment is in a superb location right on the water overlooking the beautiful harbour. Fantastic restaurants and cocktail bars are all nearby making this place the envy of Rovinj.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. The building is in an amazing location next to so many things all by walking distance. We were traveling with a baby and our host made sure to have a cot set up for us and even a high chair. Very comfortable and clean stay. The host provided many great restaurant recommendations as well. And the views from the balcony are hard to beat

Major-league holiday!

Beautiful location with lovely views from the balcony. Spotless and well decorated with modern finishings and decor. This apartment had everything you would need and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. A wonderful surprise of beers, wines, waters etc in the fridge on arrival and delicious olive oil on departure made our stay feel so homely. Apartment is right in the old town and perfect for walking everywhere. The restaurant recommendations were all superb. We had an amazing stay in this apartment and would recommend it without any hesitation. Thank you Orjeta and Maurizio!

An Amazing Experience

My partner and I stayed at Orjeta and Mauricioâ€™s home for four days, and to say our time in the apartment and Rovinj exceeded our expectations may be an understatement. Our focus in renting was the view of the sea and location close to everything in Old Town, and the apartment delivered on both. The space itself is wonderfulâ€”clean, comfortable, and welcomingâ€”and the kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast and tea each day. Orjeta was helpful with recommendations for where to get groceries, where to find the best bakery, and which restaurants to be sure to visit. She was not wrong with any of them! (DEFINITELY visit the restaurant across the street!) She also led us to free parking and helped us navigate getting our bags to the apartment. Do not pass up the chance to stay in this fantastic place with wonderful hosts. You wonâ€™t be disappointed.

Amazing place

We spent several days in this beautiful apartment and enjoyed every minute of it. It’s well equipped, beautiful, clean. The location is excellent, the view to the sea and the coast are breathtaking. The host was very helpful and accommodating. We’re looking forward to coming back

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Beautiful, well stocked and modern apartment in the heart of the old city with lovely terrace overlooking the Harbour with sunset views. Restaurants, supermarket, shops and wonderful bakery and the outdoor market are on your doorstep. Glazed windows make it very quiet when needed. And there is quiet and very efficient air conditioning that can be adjusted for each part of the apartment. Very good shower with plenty of clean towels. Furnishings are tasteful and in very good condition. WiFi worked very well. Not for people who struggle with stairs.

There can't be a better place to stay In Rovinj!

Rovinj is a spectacular place to visit and staying at this property was the icing on the cake. To return to the comfort of the apartment and enjoy the incredible views after a day exploring the whole area, including the fabulous walks in the adjacent forest park, was just amazing.

Die Wohnung war fantastisch. Modern liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kalte Getränke zur Begrüssung, ein leckeres Olivenöl zum Abschied. Am Schönsten der Balkon direkt über dem Wasser. Ohne Worte.....
