Villa Estelle är en underbar familjevilla med 3 sovrum, sov 6-8 personer.
Villan har blivit renoverad i modern modern stil med ljusa interiörer, det ligger också inom gångavstånd till ett lokalt bageri, en ekologisk butik och en välkänd slakteri.

Villan har ett idealiskt läge bara 20 minuters bilresa från Nice, 15 minuter till kusten och bara 5 minuter från den pittoreska byn Valbonne.

På bottenvåningen finns ett nyrenoverat öppet kök / matsal som öppnar upp mot en täckt terrass med utsikt över poolen och trädgården. En rymlig ingång samt ett duschrum och tvättstuga ligger också på denna våning.

Vardagsrummet ligger på första våningen samt tre dubbelrum. Vardagsrummet och det tredje sovrummet öppnar sig på en stor balkong med utsikt över poolen och trädgården. Det finns också ett litet kontor på denna våning.

Utanför finns täckta terrasser, perfekt för sommar middagar med utsikt över poolen. Det finns en underbar trädgård omgiven av vackra hundra år gamla olivträd och ett lekområde för barn, inklusive en trampolin, gungor och ett lekhus.

Detta är ett utmärkt val för en familjesemester i södra Frankrike!

We stayed for 2 weeks in the lovely house. Great location in a quiet area and in close driving distance to many of the beautiful cities at cote d’Azur.The house had all the promised facilities, and then some. Perfect for a family with kids of all ages.Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout the process.Definitely recommendable if you plan a visit to Côte d’Azur.

Perfect little haven

Just what we were looking for… a well appointed, very comfortable house with plenty of room inside and out. Would be great for families with small children given the amount of entertainment geared for them there (swings, playhouse etc). We had to telework for some of our stay and the wifi coped with that fine too. Good selection of grocery stores (great butchers and grocers store next door opposite the supermarket) nearby and there are a couple of restaurants in the village centre (we only tried the pizzeria).

Wonderful stay with very pleasant hosts

The property is spacious and offers all amenities one could wish for (except for an A/C in the lower floor bedroom). The hosts were super helpful, responsive and friendly. And even though we lost one towel and accidentally broke one remote control for the gate, they were very gentle und understanding. We can highly recommend to stay at the villa for a relaxing and not too posh vacation in the Cannes/Nizza area.

Perfect retreat in the South of France

We were looking for a relaxing getaway that was near the coast and suitable for small children. This place was perfect. Great accommodations for really anything you need. The kitchen has it all. Isolated bedrooms for children’s naps. And a pristine swimming pool to relax and play in. And when the children are up, a trampoline, swing set, and tons of toys to keep them busy! And the location is great. Just the right distance from tons of beaches, as well as many old villages to visit such as Valbonnes and Gourdon. And the local village has everything you need as far as commerce, including a great cake place for special occasions. Truly a great holiday and we are thankful for the great communication and recommendations from Lisa and Fabien, who are excellent hosts! We’d definitely recommend.

Perfect family house

We are a family of 9 adults and 3 children under 6. At no time did the house feel too small. It was perfect for the children as there were so many things there to occupy them both inside and outside. The over ground pool was a little difficult for young children as it was all one level, but it improved their swimming by the end of the holiday. The air-conditioning was a must in August and it would have been perfect if this had been an option downstairs as well. It was a little uncomfortable on a couple of occasions in the kitchen and downstairs bedroom. Fabian very kindly came out and attached extra mosquito nets so more windows could let in cooler air. There is a fabulous patisserie and butchers in the village and the supermarket had everything else. We ate in the village a couple of times because it was great for the children to be able to run around safely in the square. The Sunday market in Vallbonne was excellent and the nearest beach -although pebbly - did not get overcrowded, even in August.

Perfect place for a family stay!

We had a great time and Lisa and Fabien’s house. Because it’s their own house when family live, all the details are considered for a family like us to stay for an extended period. We don’t need to worry about our young children’s safety as they have all the measures in place. The garden is a paradise for children with all the toys and pool. The location is perfect which is only 15 mins away from a lively pebble beach. We can drive easily to other towns and sights nearby. The communications with the hosts were super easy. We really loved our stay and would like to come back in the future!

Merveilleux séjour

Une merveilleuse villa au sein d’un quartier calme, à proximité de commerces de bouche d’une grande qualité et de toutes les activités de la Côte. Le jardin est juste fantastique et totalement adapté aux enfants. Les hôtes sont particulièrement accueillants et disponibles. La villa est un véritable havre de paix pour petits et grands, tout y est nous recommandons à 200%.

Wonderful villa, exceptional service!

We are a family with two young children, and enjoyed this villa, not just a holiday house, but a place where real people live year-round, and one can really feel that. The kitchen is large, light, well-equipped. The living room is cosy and filled with books for adults and children alike. The rooms are convenient and there are lots of toys for children. The terraces are perfect for long evenings with friends (we had three friends coming over for a short stay, which we could easily accommodate in the third room and the couch-bed). The swimming pool was on point. The garden was filled with fresh tomatoes and other vegetables, toys for the kids, a trampoline, a playhouse, and the olive trees bring shade on the warmest hours. The villa is situated in a residential area close to Villeneuve-Loubet, and this means Nice (20’), Cannes (30’) and Grasse are only a “let’s go” away. The owners could always be contacted, the communication (even in this uncertain summer of COVID-19) was always elegant and pleasurable. Little problems were taken seriously and fixed by all means. The accommodation is not cheap, but it was value for money.
