Den platt parti är mycket stor och är mycket privat från grannarna. Lätt promenad till vattnet! Det erbjuder 155 fot vatten front med en båt hus, som innehåller flytvästar, 2 bryggor Waverunner / Jet Ski och en båt brygga. Den har ett stort stort rum med fantastisk utsikt, trevlig stora utanför däck, och bänkskivor i granit i Nice, öppet kök. Levereras med tvättmaskin och torktumlare, och alla gas, el, vatten och sopor pickup ingår. Det råder ingen tvekan om att du kommer att ha en bra tid om du valt att stanna på vår sjö hem! The house was great for our two families with kids ranging from 2-9. The bunk room with the loft was great for the kids. The access to the lake was easy and convenient. Our 22’ boat was easily able to be tied off to the dock. The kids really enjoyed jumping off and swimming off the dock.

We had our family (12) for a few days. The place was very clean and roomy. The swimming off the deck was very good. Our young girls caught a few small fish off the dock. The manager Lisa was exceptional, gave us some good recommendations for food. Overall we had a great experience.

Best for large gatherings

the feature that really makes this stand-out from all the rest is the amazingly large living area with high ceilings and a wall of windows looking out to the water. The best for entertaining larger family gatherings

Another Thanksgiving in the book!

This home was perfect for our family. There was plenty of everything- space, beds, seating, and linens. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving. The manager was great and responded quickly about our only problem of television connection. Would definitely stay here again!

Great House for family

Our family had a wonderful time at this lake house. This was our 5th annual family trip and it was one of our favorite houses. Great location, wonderful views, nice and spacious both inside and outside. Property Manager was great to work with.

Family Time

Grea location!

Easy sloped yard that leads to the dock. The house is spacious with lots of seating for mealtime. Clean, well-stocked kitchen. Beach towels, life jackets, extra fridge in the boathouse. Covered and uncovered dock. Place to anchor your pontoon boat and two portable jet ski docks. Our favorite place at Lake Martin. Lisa, the property manager is awesome!

Exactly as described. Open and spacious. Nice dock and beautiful view. It was 99 degrees and the AC had a hard time keeping up. Other than that -family had a great time and highly recommend

Great home!

On a great cove with access to big water and close to Chucks on the water food/ entertainment and a boat rental place. Plenty of room to spread out inside and out. Property Mgr was a super star! Had everything we needed and super responsive. Only complaint was the flies were terrible but could have been the time of year and how hot it was - they had plenty of fly swatters and property mgr came to bring traps etc. immediately.

We stayed here for our annual family summer vacation. This is a great house with a fantastic backyard with easy access to the lake. We will definitely look forward to booking another stay here.

My family and I have been going out to lake Martin for the last 15 years for vacation, and decided that we really wanted to purchase a property on the lake. We tried for the last several years, and finally found the one we all loved! It is very peaceful, relaxing and fun all at the same time. It is such a great place that we decided to share it, until we are able to retire!
