Excellent Location and view

The owner of this property is the most caring and helpful person I have met. We needed help with a few things and she was always available to help and did everything to make our stay amazing! The view was amazing! The beach and main strip was only a 5 minute walk away. The is a great location and condo in Hawaii! I was very happy.

Spectacular views!

The views from the balcony were stunning, getting both Diamond Head and ocean views. The location was perfect, only a couple blocks from the beach, everything was so close to walk to or take the bus from right outside the building. The newly renovated lounge on the roof and grill area was an added bonus to hang out by the pool and go inside after BBQ'ing with friends. The unit was a perfect size for the 2 of us. Sher was very responsive to all my questions. The elevators were quick too which was great for being on the 28th floor!

Amazing view!

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The view from the balcony is amazing!! Had a few small issues with patio door but we didn’t bother property manager as we managed and let owner know the issue at the end of our stay. The owner was wonderful to deal with and responded right away! I’m sure it’s already addressed. The condo could use a few updates but certainly was enjoyed by us on our stay in Waikiki!!

Anniversary trip

My husband and I had a great experience during our anniversary trip! The front desk explained the parking to us. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, shopping and a variety of great restaurants! We drove to more quiet parts of the island and it was easy. Would definitely book here again!

Location and views!

We loved staying here! You can’t beat the location, it’s a 2 min walk to the center of Waikiki Beach and all the action. The views were amazing from our balcony, sunrise in the morning and The ocean and Diamond head all day long. The condo is nothing fancy but it has everything you need and was perfect for my husband and I. We would definitely stay here again.

Great owner

The property views are great. The pictures on the website are a little misleading. The room is very small. Only real complaint is the parking garage. You have to go in the lobby and request them to let up the garage gate. Very annoying.

Cozy room with an amazing view of the city and the ocean

The experience was amazing. The room was well furnished and had enough dishes and utensils in case we stayed in. The view from the balcony was amazing as well; as beautiful as night as during the day. Talking back and forth with owner was easy and she always replied in a timely manner. Overall amazing experience

Great view, great location

This unit suited our needs just right. It was in a nice location for walking around Waikiki and to the beach, had a great view, was a good price, and parking was included. Only two minor complaints: that the fan in the bathroom was really loud and there is only a mini fridge, so there's no Brita filter or anything to have cold water available when you want it. If you want to stay right in the middle of Waikiki, this is a good choice!

Great view and close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great! Near the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Had a parking pass even, but we had family transportation so it wasn’t needed! Check in was easy and all went smoothly!

We had a great time in Hawaii and I can say that we were very happy with our rental place, first with Sher who always answered when we had a question, she was kind and helpful. The location was also perfect and we had everything in the studio beach towels, chairs, boards etc. Secured building so we really loved.

Great Location, Value and Communication

First thing we appreciated was the owner's quick responses followed by the way she did whatever she could to make our stay enjoyable. The location for us was ideal, roof top pool was great and the apartment had some nice extras in it including beach chairs, umbrellas that we used after the short walk to the beach each day. Property manager was also very good to work with. Lots of linen as well which was very nice. View was great, AC very efficient. We have rented through Home Away 20 times i would estimate and this was one of the nicer experiences.

Excellent accommodation in Waikiki!

This condo is in a great location - quick walk to the beach, groceries, car rental and lots of restaurants and shopping. But you’re also on the eastern edge of Waikiki so it’s quick to get out (and by pass traffic!). You can see the beach, the mountains and Diamond Head from the condo. We watched the Friday night fireworks from the roof (that’s where the pool is) and of course you would get a better view if you were closer, but it was still a pretty good view considering they last 5 minutes. The unit was very clean, wifi was excellent and Sher had everything we needed in there - beach towels, containers for packing a lunch, umbrellas and chairs for the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Heart of Waikiki!

Great view! Comfortable bed! Everything we needed right in the unit! Great location in the heart of Waikiki, for walking or taking The Bus! Did I mention great view?! The building is aging but it still has lots of pluses. We would gladly stay there again!

Property is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and Waikiki beach.

Enjoyed our stay, studio condo was adequate for the three of us, comfortable beds. Unit was as advertised great view of the beach from the lanai. Salt water roof top pool was relaxing after a long day of sight seeing. Must be able to climb a long indoor staircase to reach the pool, not handicapped accessible.

Great location

May 16-21, 2018 This was our second time in this condo complex, but first in this particular condo. Great location, easy walk to Waikiki Beach and a lot of restaurants, famous ABC stores and easy access to main highways. Owner was quick to respond to our request to stay in her condo and was a pleasure to work with. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and the view was breathtaking. One of the beach chairs was broken, and when we text the owner (who lives in Canada), she had her local property manager drop one off for us within hrs!!! Would recommend this property/condo. Excellent Choice

We selected this condo for the location and it was perfect. Just a very short walk to the beach and the start of the half marathon that we were in town for. The condo is very clean, and has a really nice view of both the ocean and the city at night. The kitchen was particularly helpful and although its small it has everything you need from measuring cups to a cheese grater. The only thing I would recommend for this place is a power bar because you can't use more than 2 things at once in the kitchen because there is only a small outlet. This is a bit inconvenient when making breakfast and you need the toaster, coffee maker and hot plate all at once, but its a minor thing. The bed was very comfortable, the internet worked really well which was important since I often work on vacations, and there is even a little vacuum to freshen up the place part way through the stay, which we used and appreciated. Highly recommend this unit and this owner - she was great with any questions we had and very professional.
