Fantastisk ny villa (2018) i modern stil med en fantastisk utsikt över havet, Sa Riera-bukten och Mendes öar. I en modern atmosfär uppmanas du att känna dig fri från allt och återhämta dig. Huset ligger i utkanten av den lilla staden Begur i ett lugnt område 950 m från Sa Rieras strand.
Privat pool (3,5 x 8 m) tillgänglig från maj till oktober och trädgård 150 m2
På bottenvåningen, på trädgårdsnivå, har du vardagsrum / matsal och det öppna amerikanska köket samt ett sovrum med privat badrum.

The house was ideally located for beaches and cycling. It was very well equipped and perfect for extended family with children - we could all be in different parts of the house and have our privacy and come together in communal area. The only thing , I wish hosts left some basic starter cooking supplies (salt/paper etc( and soap

Nice villa

This is a nice well-equipped villa with access to nearby beaches and also to Begur itself which is a beautiful old village. Fabulous view down to the sea. Only three adults in our party: if as originally planned there had been five of us, there wouldn’t have been enough comfortable chairs in the sitting area. Also there is only one double bed, and the rest are all small-ish singles. Previous guests have commented on the difficulty of getting their car up the steep drive - it is quite awkward but we found it manageable with a medium sized car. Unfortunately you couldn’t really walk up into the village for dinner, as the roads aren’t well lit and there aren’t many pavements. Which was a shame.

Séjour formidable

La maison est très agréable avec une vue grandiose sur la mer ! La piscine est très sympa. Il y a plein de superbes balades à faire vers 18h quand il fait plus frais. Sa Tuna, Pals, le château de Bégur... Nous avons passé un séjour tres agréable avec notre famille nombreuse. La climatisation de la maison est très appréciable fin août. Adeu

Vacances enchantées

Nous adorons passer nos vacances à Begur Ces 15 jours à Lapaloma, nous ont enchantés.. L’ architecture de la maison avec une vue panoramique sur les Îles Mèdes est incroyable. Un pur bonheur, nous espérons revenir à Lapaloma l’année prochaine.

Sa Riera villa

We have had a very pleasant stay in this nice and fully equiped house. Next to this the view is breathtaking. The only (little)problem is the grass in the garden, due to local limitations in sprinkling it is very dry.

THE HOUSE IS VERY NICE AND WELL MAINTAINED. LOCATED IN GOOD AREA WITH A NICE VIEW. WHAT WE FEEL COULD BE IMPROVED ARE THE STAIRS FROM GARAGE TO HOUSE NOW IN WOODEN BEAMS WHICH ARE QUITE STEAP TO WALK AND THE SWIMMING COULD BE HEATED BY INSTALLING SUN BOILER PANELS ON THE ROOF .. The house was just perfect. Great accommodation for our whole family and very well equipped kitchen including Weber gas BBQ. The views and the pool were just awesome. Our host was so welcoming and helpful. We'd love to stay again.

High quality well equipped villa

Super nice villa with everything you need. Only minus is the position on a steep rather windy and dark hillside 15 min hike from Begur and 30 min from the sea - and neither on paths you would like to do in the dark. But we knew that upfront, so no complaint, but you end up needing the car for most activities, and in October spending most time inside. We followed the recommendation and dined at Calau and La Pizzeta, and both were super good experiences. Also for electric car owners there is pretty decent charger at the parking lot 10 min walk from the house giving 40-50kw. It worked 3 out of 4 times.

Wunderschönes Haus mit super Fernblick

Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, das wunderbare Panorama, der tolle Pool und die ausreichend vorhandenen Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich. Die sanitären Anlagen (Dusche/WC) sind hochwertig und sehr sauber. Geschirr/Küchenutensilien sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Sehr netter persönlicher Kontakt zu Marta (Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort), sie ist auch während des Aufenthalts immer erreichbar. Der Treppenaufgang von der Straße zum Haus ist nicht ideal gelöst, hier wurden einzelne Holzbalken als Stufen verlegt, die bei Regen teilweise recht glitschig sein können. Auch die Beleuchtung an diesem Treppenaufgang könnte besser (heller) sein. Die Auffahrt zur Garage ist mit einem großen Fahrzeug (SUV/SAV) fast nicht zu bewerkstelligen, da die Auffahrt wirklich sehr eng und extrem steil ist. Mit einem Fahrzeug in Größe eines Transporters ist die Einfahrt auf das Grundstück nicht möglich. Parken an der Straße ist nur bedingt möglich. Leider ist das auf den Fotos im Inserat nicht zu erkennen. Wer es die Auffahrt mit einem kleineren Fahrzeug hoch schafft, darf die breite Garage nutzen, das ist in jedem Fall ein Pluspunkt. Das Objekt ist etwas außerhalb, mal kurz zu Fuß in die Altstadt, zum Supermarkt, Bäcker oder Strand laufen, gestaltet sich schwierig. Alles in allem haben wir dort eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht! Haus, Garten und Pool sind in jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Wonderful Villa 5 stars

Our family of 6 adults & 1 child (age 6) had the most wonderful time at this villa. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The swimming pool & grounds are superb & we cannot recommend this property enough. The pool does have a big step but everyone in our party can swim confidently so didn’t affect us. The BBQ could be bigger, it’s charcoal which we love & we managed. The master bedroom is glorious & all the beds had very comfortable mattresses. We walked to the beach a few times in the week down the hill. It’s hard work coming back up hill but was our workout for the day! There’s a designated path so you’re not on the road. Equally up to the town was hard work but a glorious town & an absolute must see. The bakers is fabulous which we went to every day. We needed our car for the supermarket as we ate at the villa 6 of the 7 nights & its about a 20 minute drive to Escalat. We were blessed with glorious weather & absolutely everything we wanted from the holiday we got. Communication from booking with Benoit was first rate & Marta looked after us at the villa. We didn’t need to contact her during our stay but the check in & check out was smoothly arranged with her. We have no hesitation recommending this villa

Très satisfait du séjour et de la situation

Petits et grands avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette très belle maison avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et les îles Medes. Nous sommes certainement partants pour un nouveau séjour à programmer. Le rooftop est un plus qui nous a permis de bien observer les perséides. Vu la position à flanc de colline, l'accès au bâtiment via un plan incliné assez raide suivi d'une cinquantaine de marches ne peut être envisagé pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. En conclusion, nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour.

Fantastic stay!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. All our needs were catered for with plenty of room for two families of 4. The management side is very well run too. We accidentally locked ourselves out the villa and a locksmith was arranged straightway. There was also a fault with one of the shutters and this was sorted the very next day. The decor and house itself is very stylish with stunning views. We totally recommend staying here and will definitely come back!

Lovely cosy villa in amazing Begur

We loved our stay at your villa. Very modern compared to other housing. Lovely rooms and amazing kitchen. Great location in Begur. It was our first time in Begur, but definitely not our last. Even if we had a little accident with the sun screen on the terras. That didnt ruin our vacation. Thank you Benoit and maybe see you soon ;-)
