Nyrenoverad stuga 2 enkla kvarter till stranden och nÀra Moclips River

Koppla av i en stor bekvÀm stuga som kan rymma en liten grupp eller en stor publik med ett andra kök pÄ övervÄningen. Nyligen ombyggt i bottenvÄningen, fullt utrustat kök nedervÄningen med rostfria vitvaror, diskmaskin. Stort vardagsrum med vedspis (ta med ditt ved eller köp det i den lokala butiken).

För Razor Clam Digs, anvÀnd vÄra tre musslor i kabinen och njut av fÀrsk musslachowder med dina egna musslor!

Stugan ligger pÄ ett stort dubbelt parti som Àr tillgÀngligt för utomhuslekar eller lÀgereld i bakgÄrden och smaskiga s'mores! Moclips Cabin har tvÄ smÄ sovrum nedför trappan (ett med dubbelsÀng och det andra med en enkelsÀng.) Badrummet pÄ nedervÄningen har en handtag för sÀker tillgÄng till badkaret. Trevlig platt-TV i vardagsrummet med massor av filmer tillgÀngliga att titta pÄ. Surf House espressokafé i Pacific Beach har gratis wifi och fantastiska kanelrullar. Du kan fÄ bra celltjÀnst (för de flesta transportörer) nÀr du gÄr pÄ stranden.

PÄ övervÄningen finns ett rymligt stort rum med en dagssÀng som drar ut till en king size-sÀng. Ett roligt barnrum finns i ett separat rum med tvÄ enkelsÀngar. PÄ övervÄningen finns kök och badrum. Trevligt litet dÀck pÄ övervÄningen med en topp-a-boo utsikt över havet. Massor av bra böcker för lÀsning eller brÀdspel och pussel tillgÀngliga. Gör dig redo att bara sparka tillbaka och koppla av. Strandstolar och handdukar finns.

Stugan har ett minimum pÄ 2 nÀtter (3 nÀtter under semesterperioder). Undantag görs under perioder utan semester. Detta Àr en husdjursvÀnlig stuga med en hundbÀdd och separata hundskÄlar tillgÀngliga.

We enjoyed our stay. It was our 3rd time staying at the cabin and we always feel comfortable and cozy there. We love Moclips and love that the cabin has plenty of room for our family of 6.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Moclips cabin! Spacious and roomy overall with great beach access. By far the most fully stocked kitchen we've seen in rentals. Anything and everything possibly needed for cooking/meals was available and labeled for easy access. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a fun time and a long weekend of special memories!

Great place

Enjoyed this place. Was quiet, kitchen well stocked. Easy access to beach. My sister and I stayed here last year- will come back again. Only issue was TV in main living area would turn off intermittently. We brought books and puzzles so we adapted to not watching TV. Enjoyed the yard too. Nice along the river.

Other than the TV was not user friendly but who needs TV on vacation for a clam dig.The house fit our needs well with plenty of room for Family including young children.

Properly represented and beach accessible for clamming, which was my sole criteria. My wife had some issues with cleanliness, but she has a crazy-high bar on that , so that critique has to be taken with a grain of salt.would definitely rent again.

Great Getaway

This was year 5 of our Moclips beach vacation here. It's a perfect house for our family. Close to the beach if you want to get out and enough room to relax and binge Ted Lasso if you don't!😄We already made our reservations for 2025!

The Moclips cabin was perfect for our family weekend at the beach.

The house was cozy and spacious, we had 6 adults and 3 children . There was plenty of things to keep everyone busy. The kitchen was wonderful.

A comfortable stay in a pleasant home

The online photos do not do this home justice. It is a very nice location and property and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend updated photos so potential guests can better see the rooms and beds. I would certainly stay there again. Thank you for having us.

Roomy and quiet

All was great but wish internet worked. Very clean except dog smell, i am not a dog owner so have sensitive nose to them. Probably a perfect place for a family with a dog.

Great Hidden Gem of MoClips!

This two-story Cabin is Great. There is plenty of room, a Modern kitchen, plenty of beds, and memorable views. There is an excellent view of the MoClips River with ducks and fish all swimming together. The upstairs balcony had great views of the river to the east and the Ocean to the west. Thank you

Perfect beach getaway

The cabin was amazing!! Perfect place for the entire family and our dogs. Myra has thought of everything you could possibly need. All you need to do is bring the food. Cabin had a huge yard on the river with a great fire pit for making s’mores or just hanging out by the fire, the beach was a short 10 min walk .since I’ve been back I haven’t stopped telling everyone about this cabin. We are looking forward to booking again for our next getaway.

Beach stay for the win!

We were a little late to the Labor Day booking, and were pleasantly surprised to find a last minute place to run to the beach. We had never been out to Moclips before, but wanted a place to stay at the beach and didn't love the idea of the swarm of people at Ocean Shores or Long beach. This place worked well for us. Plenty of room for us and allowing the dog to stay was a huge win. The house was clean and was stocked really well. We found a fun little place down on the river to skip rocks, play in the woods, and let the dog go nuts as well. Just a block from the beach was a huge win for us. We spent almost all the time at the beach; long flat, easy for the kids to splash around, fly kites, and play with the dog. Just about 2 miles down the road Seabrook is really growing as well. Cute shops and some food options. Only two negatives, and neither of these are on the house specifically or the host: 1- Make sure you bring your groceries with you; very limited options within 20+ minutes. Aberdeen offers some grocery options, but it can be a zoo to get in and out 2- The neighborhood is a bit tired, and a few questionable houses. The neighbors we met were helpful, sweet, and mostly retired folks that have been around for some time. However, there were 2 houses very nearby that were clearly drug houses before (looks to have been cleared out very recently). I mostly bring this up to not let this dissuade you from the stay. It was just surprising, and with little kids could be off-putting if you just check it out online. We felt good and safe, in what is a quiet tucked away neighborhood. Reasonably priced, close to the beach, well stocked, and dog friendly. We would stay here again!

We love this little beach house!

This is our 6th year staying at the beach house. We're already planning our schedules for next summer. We love the location, with the easy walk to the beach. The house has everything we need. The kitchen is one of the best stocked ones we've stayed at.

Quiet beach getaway

The location was great with a short walk to a beautiful beach with lots of sand dollars to collect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. We appreciated the instruction book with ideas of places to sightsee and how to check in and out of the property. Beds were comfy and the woodstove was a nice touch. The only negatives were the living room tv kept shutting off for no apparent reason and parts of the house smelt like wet dog. But when dogs are welcome, I guess that goes with the territory. All in all, it was a nice relaxing getaway.

It was a nice set up. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, including an air fryer. We were there by ourselves 3 nights and a couple friends joined us for 2 nights.They each had their own bedrooms on the main floor and we slept upstairs. If you have kids, It would work well too. We had easy access to the beach. There's a great little Moclips store close by. Pacific Beach and Seabrook (has a nice grocery store and a great little restaurant, Koko,are within in 2 to 3 miles away. i would stay here again.

Magical place

Only stayed two nights. Great value for the space and location. Upstairs bedroom gorgeous with comfortable bed. Enjoyed sitting in the sun on the deck. Loved having a fire in the wood stove. Loved all of the separate spaces for having both alone time and together time. Great kitchen (there are two!). So close to the beach. Very dog-friendly. This place is quite the find. Can’t wait to come back!One note—the lock box with the key is on the back of the garage (facing the river). Took us a few minutes to find it.

Quick Clam Stay

Cabin was cozy and as expected. Perfect for what we needed. Had fun exploring all the twists and turns of this cabin. Definitely unique. We would stay there again.

The Moclips Beach Cabin was actually set up as a duplex and can accommodate two families who can either prepare meals together or cook separately in the two kitchens. Currently, I rent the whole house out as a package.
