VILLA KAMBEL WEST - uppvärmd pool, 50m till havet, jacuzzi, lugnt område.

Villa Kambel slutfördes i juli 2018 och är utformad som ett komplex av två villor, Villa Kambel East och Villa Kambel West.

Varje villa är oberoende med egen privat uppvärmd pool, utomhus parkeringsplats för några bilar och beror inte på den andra. Villa ligger i ett lugnt och lugnt område Kastel Kambelovac bara 50 meter från havet och 5min till centrum av staden. Dessutom ger fullständig integritet från grannens interaktion som är idealisk för semester med din familj och vänner.

- Villa är ordnad över tre våningar: bottenvåning, första våningen och terrass på toppen.

Bottenvåning i villan är ett bekvämt vardagsrum med kök och matsal med en liten toalett och tvättstuga. Stora glasväggar kan öppnas och ge utgång till utomhuspoolens terrass med 30m² uppvärmd pool med dusch. Nära poolen kan du njuta av solstolar och grill.

Första våningen är utformad som sovrum med 3 sovrum. I varje rum har vi: dubbelsäng, badrum, satellit-TV, garderob, arbetsbord, handduk och lakan, luftkonditionering och balkong med havsutsikt.

Översta våningen är utformad som avkopplande terrass med fantastisk havsutsikt på öar, jacuzzi, drinkbar, rottingmöbler, tv och litet badrum. Dessutom har gästerna en fantastisk panoramautsikt över havet på två UNESCO-skyddade städer Trogir och Split som ligger bara 20 minuter bort.

- Hela fastigheten är uteslutande till våra gäster och de har fullständig integritet.

- Framför Villa Kambel finns 7 km lång strandpromenad vid havet som förbinder sju slott. Vi uppmanar dig att ta en promenad på strandpromenaderna genom Kaštela och njut av olika restauranger och kulturella attraktioner längs havet. Gamla stans centrala områden är ofta berömda för sin särskilt intressanta arkitektur av slott och kyrkor. Kaštelas stadsmuseum ligger i det berömda stenslottet Vitturi, som byggdes på 1500-talet. Det ser ut som om det har stigit upp ur havet och är anslutet till landet med en liten bro. Också i mitten av strandpromenaden finns Vitturi park, ett exempel på trädgårdsodling och en av de vackraste botaniska parkerna i detta område.

Den stora fördelen med Kaštela-staden är platsen mellan de två dynamiska UNESCO-skyddade städerna Split och Trogir, som ligger bara 15 minuter bort. I Split finns det många nattklubbar, restauranger, köpcentrum, biografer samt museer, teatrar och historiska sevärdheter. Oavsett om du vill ha en lugn eller aktiv semester, kommer Kaštela City med sin plats och erbjudande att tillgodose behoven hos varje gäst.

- Min familj och jag bor i närheten (10 min bort) och vi kan vara tillgängliga för våra gäster om de behöver lite hjälp.

Just wow - book the trip!

The property itself is incredible, spotlessly clean - it looks brand new, beautifully presented and well equipped especially the kitchen which has more than you will ever need and the tea and coffee facilities were also a welcome treat. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable with good quality linens and we particularly enjoyed the electronic black out blinds on the lazy mornings! There are so many beautiful areas to sit and enjoy the villa itself or the fabulous views. Moving onto the hosts Boris and Jelena, absolutely faultless - both prior to and during our stay. Starting off with the offer to pick us up at the airport which they did with a warm greeting on arrival, the welcome charcuterie board and wine, fridge stocked with drinks, fresh bread and some snacks for the children at the property. What followed throughout the week: offers to take us to the supermarket, recommendations for places to go / eat via the WhatsApp group they set up, providing the most delicious home cooked meal brought straight to the villa and the beautiful farewell gift. They go over and above to make sure your stay is extra special. It’s not what you typically get and expect from a villa stay, and this villa certainly speaks for itself, but I would say their hosting is more comparable to a concierge service of some of the top hotels we’ve stayed in. My only complaint is that it came to an end, we would love to come back here and experience it all over again!

Wonderful villa and stay

I’ve been for a week with my family (wife and two children of 10 and 6), what can I say, the villa is amazing, with all you need. The hosts are exceptional, bot Boris and Jelena are very kind and available for everything. The house is very clean, the pool is fantastic and the terrace with the bar and the whirlpool is great, for aperitif at the sunset or for a drink after dinner. Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful stay here.

Wonderful stay in this fabulous villa

We so enjoyed our week in Kastel Kambelovac: the villa is stunning and in a perfect location close to the beach and a short and beautiful walk from many bars and restaurants. Boris and Jelena were fantastic hosts from the very first day when they took us to the supermarket for our first shop to the last day when Jelena dropped us to the airport. They were kind, informative and responsive all the way through. We had a fantastic stay and all loved the boat trip out to the blue lagoon and other beaches. We enjoyed eating out at the restraints and bars they had recommended too. All in all, a much needed rest in this fabulous villa - we would love to return and maybe bring more of our extended family to rent the next door villa too, the experience was that good!

Beautiful villa, super helpful owners, all mod cons

We’ve had a very relaxing week at Villa Kambel; everything you could need and amenities close by. The house is pristine. The sea is a 5 minute walk in either direction, good restaurants and bar options within walking distance. Boris & Jelena were able to help with anything we needed and were super helpful. From here we Ubered to Split and Trogir and took a trip to Krka waterfalls. Highly recommend as a luxury base to explore this area.

Wonderful villa and hosts

This villa and the hosts are fabulous! This is a modern luxury villa and Boris and Jelena really have thought of everything that their guests may need. It was immaculately clean, beautifully presented and fully equipped. The bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds and loads of storage. The pool and outside area with its loungers and umbrellas were perfect for enjoying the Croatian sunshine. We also enjoyed using the bar area and hot tub on the third floor and watching the sunset from there. We loved the location of the villa too. Trogir and Split are an easy drive away. The seafront is a minute walk away where you can walk along a promenade with bars and restaurants in both directions. A supermarket is within walking distance with many others within a short drive. Boris and Jelena are wonderful hosts. Amongst other things they organised a boat trip for us with Karl on the villa boat (highly recommend and one of our favourite days out) and rescheduled it for us when the weather wasn't looking so good for the initial date; provided recommendations for restaurants; tips on how best to visit the Krka National Park; provided delicious homemade pastries and found us a charging cable for a camera. Thank you again for your hospitality. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in this part of Croatia!

Luxury, modern, high-tech house

The house is amazing. Ultra modern and well equipped. We loved staying there. The pool is just the right temperature. The bar and terrace, and hot tub, at the top is a great place for an evening drink. Boris and Jelena were incredibly attentive. Any minor issues were resolved almost immediately - they are always on hand if needed. One thing we particularly liked is that there is always shade on the terrace or garden when eating. We had a great, relaxing holiday at the house. The only thing to be aware of is that the immediate area around the house is a little mixed. There are lots of modern holiday homes but also some run down houses and unfinished new builds that have been left derelict. There are lots of beaches in the area but they don’t match the quality of the house.

Alles hat gestimmt, Jelena und Boris sind ganz liebe Vermieter. Jelena kümmert sich um jede Angelegenheit sofort. Super sauberes Haus. Der Ausflug mit dem Villa Kambel Boot ist ein super Ergebnis. The BEST holiday !!

Well what can we say, Croatia is beautiful. Me and 4 friends came to stay at Jelena and Boris’s villa to celebrate our 40th birthdays. We can safely say it was the best birthday yet ! Jelena was the best host.. going out of her way to collect us from the airport, taking us to the supermarket and organising the most wonderful boat trip. The villa was absolutely perfect, we found no fault at all. From lazy days round the pool to sunsets on the rooftop.. amazing villa. Anyone looking for 5star service, 5star accommodation and a 5star holiday.. look no further !! Thank you Jelena, Boris and team. We will be back very soon !! Xx

9 Fantastic Days in Croatia at Villa Kambel West!

Villa Kambel is fantastic! There are three levels: Ground level includes kitchen, living, half bath, laundry, outdoor patio, dining, lounge and pool area. Second level includes three bedrooms with on-suite full baths and a large linen/towel/ironing room stocked with plenty of towels and robes. Third level leads to the outdoor bar, hot tub, and lounge area with TV, ice maker, and all accoutrements. Our group of four adults visited Villa Kambel for 9 nights and we were extremely spoiled. The Villa is immaculately clean and attention has been paid to every detail. From the motion detecting lights on the marble stairs to the abundance of Villa Kambel towels, to the fully stocked coffee/tea service bar, nothing has been overlooked. Our hosts and owners, Boris and Jelena, are one of a kind! Extremely conscientious and generous, they had the kitchen stocked with refreshments upon our arrival and catered to our every need including, but not limited to, taxiing us to/from various places, cooking us authentic and traditional Croatian dinner feasts, arranging private boat tours on the Villa Kambel boat with skipper Karlo, and providing us valuable recommendations about the area sights and restaurants, along with great conversation and lots of laughs! The blackout shades were a welcomed amenity allowing us to catch up on our sleep after long travels.. The hot tub upstairs was very comfortable and we enjoyed the beautiful views from that area several times. If coming from a credit card society, be prepared to have cash in local currency for certain things due to the government tax rate. You will not be disappointed in any way booking Villa Kambel! Thanks for a wonderful time Boris and Jelena!! Unforgettable!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Traumurlaub

Wir waren in der Villa Kambel eine Woche zu Besuch. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und das Konzept ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Jacuzzi auf der Dachterrasse mit Bar und unglaublichen Ausblick sind das Highlight der Villa. Die Villa liegt ruhig, fernab vom Massentourismus. Trotzdem erreicht man alle Ausflugsziele sehr schnell (Split und Trogir ca 20 Minuten Fahrt). Der Strand ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen ist eine private Bootstour mit dem Villa Kambel Speedboat. Der Ausflug war super Entspannt und die Inseln, Strände und Buchten in der Umgebung sind ein Traum. Vielen Dank an den Skipper für das tolle Erlebnis! Übertroffen wurde alles noch durch die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber! Die Organisation war sehr unkompliziert und Vorort hat Jelena jederzeit weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Paradise on earth

This fantastic place is the perfect holiday spot if you want to enjoy some privacy and not be smack in the middle of a tourist area with big hotels all around. It‘s very close to some beaches and very good restaurants are only minutes away. The house is divine. We were just one couple, but enjoyed the great space and wonderfully equipped house. You feel immediately at home. The pool and jacuzzi were our favorite spots, but not to forget the great outdoor dining area and the top floor bar - just marvelous spots to chill. The hosts - well, it is really difficult to find such lovely and helpful people. Not invasive, very discreet, yet always there if needed. We will definitely consider coming back just for the house and the hosts. Don‘t hesitate - book it! You won‘t regret it 😊

In jeder Hinsicht eine tolle Unterunterkunft mit faszinierenden Vermietern.

Durften das wunderschöne Haus für knapp zwei Wochen bewohnen. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Funktionalität lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist auch für die vielen Kleinigkeiten gesorgt, die oftmals erst besorgt werden müssen. Das Highlight ist natürlich die Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool und "Villa-Kambel-Bar". Jedoch nicht zu übertreffen ist die Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Unterstützung von Boris und Jelena (Eigentümer), die für alles Erdenkliche schnell und unkompliziert zur Verfügung stehen. Fazit: Beeindruckende Villa und Vermieter!

Great location + super attentive hosts = perfect holidays

We had a great time at Villa Kambel. The house is big, very clean and with all comfort you can imagine (and over that). Jelena gave as a warmly reception and we felt instantly like in our own home. Jelena and Boris stayed in touch with us during the whole time. We got a lot of helpful advices (about ferry timetables, Restaurants, kids programs etc) and they have been also very helpful with any issue about the house. Our kids (an we also) loved the villa. The heated pool gave us the great opportunity for a real summer holiday during October. The jacuzzi on top of the house was our place to be to watch the sun goes down and just relax. Thank you Jelena and Boris for your lovely hospitality. We see you next time at Villa Kambel (or in Marbella ;))

First time to Croatia and it was absolutely beautiful,the villa is amazing. Boris and Jelena could not be better hosts, they are so friendly and nothing was too much trouble, they even cooked us a meal. Out of this world!!

This was our third visit to Croatia, and we have to say this villa is in the best location. The villa has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. We were a party of 8 and we could of not wished for anything more perfect. Boris and Jelena were the most amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was absolutely spotless in all areas and we loved using the pool and jacuzzi. The extra touches such as snacks and drinks on arrival and presenting my son with a beautiful birthday cake on his birthday were just beyond what was expected. We have stayed in many villas around the world, and this villa is up there with the best. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect holiday in Croatia. We hope to return one day. Exceptional experience in a truly amazing venue. This brand new villa is the right location for a 5 stars holyday. Perfectly clean and cured, from to the pool area to the stunning roof top with a Jacuzzi, a lounge and a bar. The whole house is fully equipped, nothing was missing both in the kitchen and in the three comfortable bedrooms. The hosts provides us with every single item needed, and welcomed us with an aperitif with Dalmatian products. The hosts are simply perfect: at our disposal for any need, plenty of suggestions to enjoy the villa but also Kastela and the two towns to visit in the nearby, Trogir and Split. Boris and Jelena made everything to let our stay in Villa Kambel the best, it’s impossible to ask for more. We can just truly recommend this villa, and Boris and Jelena as great hosts.

Beautiful villa. Fantastic hosts.

This was our first time in Croatia and Villa Kambel was one of the best that we have ever stayed in. The villa is situated in a perfect location, equidistant from the beautiful town of Trogir and Split. The seafront is just a minute walk from the villa, and from there you can stroll the seafront promenade that join the Kastela's. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in close vicinity. The villa is so well equipped with everything you could ask for in a holiday villa and plenty more extras that make it feel like a home. We enjoyed spending time by the pool, and having lunch on the terrace, which with the outdoor bar and hot tub is a great space to relax. We wish we had a longer stay to explore the area further and enjoy more lazy days at the villa. The hospitality of Boris and Jelena is exceptional and they could not do enough for us. Jelena kindly drove my daughter to a local clinic, when she cut her leg and needed to get it checked out. They were always in contact should we need anything and provided us with many recommendations for restaurants and excursions. We took a boat trip with Summer Blues, a company that they recommended, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We also visited a few of their recommended restaurants which were our favourite meals of our holiday. They even treated us to a meal at one of their favourite local restaurants, which was lovely and extended far beyond our expectations. We hope to come back again one day. Thanks again for making our stay in Croatia so wonderful and making us feel so welcome.

New definition of Hospitality

Upon check-in Boris and Jelena told us they were not just handing over the keys to a house but they were instead inviting us into their home as special guests. They told us our Villa Kambel experience would not be ordinary but special in every way and they would do whatever needed to make it so. My family has travelled around the world and stayed in many rental properties so it is with some experience that I say Boris and Jelena have created a new level of Hospitality and redefined the rental home experience. Our 7 day stay at Villa Kambel was, by far, the most memorable and enjoyable away from home experience we have ever had. It is impossible to list all of the ways Boris and Jelena made our stay special because there were so many but some of the standouts include: - Villa Kambel is the nicest property we have ever stayed at from both a cleanliness and a comfortability perspective - The design, layout, furniture, pool, hot tub, towels, electronics are so beautiful and functional - The location of Villa Kambel is the best in the Split area allowing day trips along the Dalmation coast always returning to your "home" - Boris and Jelena provided so many comforts including a mobile hot spot to allow for internet access while traveling, shopping and dining recommendations, a wonderful assortment of meats and fruits upon check in and a personal interest in what we were doing and how they could help to make it better every step of the way - As much as we wanted to spend our time exploring the Croatian coast we wanted to spend our time relaxing at Villa Kambel as well. A week is clearly not enough, we will return Boris and Jelena made a point to welcome us into their home and also to be there and say good bye when we left. We not only got to see the beautiful country but stayed in one of the prettiest homes on the Dalmation coast. We met and became friends with two people that have redefined Hospitality in every way and truly made Villa Kambel our Home Away from home. Hours spent with Boris on the sea and time spent with Jelena tells me that their approach to hospitality is so genuine and honest that a stay in their home is a true enhancement to a Croatian vacation. We spent time discussing more than Croatia and the beautiful Adriatic Sea and had the opportunity to get to know Boris and Jelena. Our stay was special in every way with hosts that were proud to welcome us into their home and for one week make it ours. Thank you Boris and Jelena

Stunning Villa with Waterfront Views

We were very fortunate to find this incredible villa. Villa Kambel West was the location for a 9 day holiday that we enjoyed as a family in June 2019. The property is relatively new and has been developed to exceptionally high standards. The living spaces are well laid out and with a really well equipped kitchen sitting and dining area. The bedrooms are all en suite and really comfortable, two with outside balconies. Outside the pool area and loungers made a really comfortable space to chill and swim, which in the heat of the day was perfect. Of an evening we all enjoyed sitting in the hottub in our own private roof top bar, simply amazing, stunning sunsets and the most perfect setting. Jelena and Boris who host the villa went far and above what we expected with their kindness and hospitality. Genuine individuals who were really thoughtful including bringing a birthday cake for our daughter who was celebrating her birthday whilst we were staying. They also offered great advice on where to eat, what to see and arranging with a local tour company for us to enjoy days out. We left Croatia completely relaxed, and are already planning our return to this fantastic country, made all the more enjoyable by our choice of Villa Kambel. Thank you for all your hospitality. Perfect Stay in Croatia

Our family (with two children 10 and 12) loved our stay at this Villa. The pictures don’t do it justice and the hosts are simply amazing!! So clean and well maintained!! The hot tub, bar and lounge area on he roof is perfect for the evening! The kids loved the heated pool and there was plenty of space for us to chill out and watch as they splashed around. Everything is so close: Grocery store is 2 min up the road. The waterfront is a min walk away. Split old town centre is beautiful and just a 30 min drive. Boris was quick to help advise us on some great restaurants, places to visit and good wine to choose at the store. Highly recommended!!! Hope to visit again in the future.

This is the very best accommodation I have ever stayed in all round the world. The villa itself was exceptional with EVERY facility including a warm swimming pool and an amazing hottub on the roof with kitchen/bar and tv. Great location too. The extras in the way of toiletries, fruit and other food and drinks was above and beyond and includes kayaks, bikes, lilos for the pool and loads of linen and towels including towels for the pool/beach. The kitchen was fully equipped, nothing whatsoever missing and there were tvs in every room with satellite. The hosts were charming and could not do enough for us. We cannot wait to go back.
