We were bitterly disappointed with the property. There are serious misrepresentations in the pictures and narrative.The property is not 50 metres from the beach (254 metres in fact) and the main picture is of other apartments around the pool. No sun loungers were available for use around the pool.The accommodation is out of view and accessed a few metres from the street. It has no rear access and no opening windows. The ground floor consists of a small kitchen/lounge area, a bedroom and bathroom.Two other bedrooms are in the basement down steep winding stairs with another bathroom ( this had a broken shower head and leaking shower tray).Broken locks on all bedroom and bathroom doors.Small outside BBQ area below street level, very untidy with waste containers strewn around. Not possible to close the front gate so we had a few visits from local(friendly) dogs.We also had to pay an additional 777 euros cash on arrival for waste removal, linen and final cleaning (554), early access(50) and tourist tax( 171).Fortunately the weather was great, as were all the beaches and restaurants.
