Ligger i hjärtat av Tioga State Forest, koppla av och uppdatera i vår nyligen uppdaterade stuga. Mil från ingenstans, men minuter från överallt. Njut av det fullt utrustade köket, det rymliga stora rummet med soffa, vilstol, futon och sittstol. Ett stort däck för att koppla av med familj och vänner, titta på djurliv eller stirra på natten. När du har kopplat av kan du ta i den vackra Pa Grand Canyon, Corning Museum of Glass, antika och äta middag i Wellsboro eller Mansfield.
Eller gå tillbaka i tiden och titta på en flick i den restaurerade viktorianska teatern i Bloosburg.
Många vilda djur har upptäckts från däck: inklusive hjort, björn, kalkon, räv, marten, ekorrar och chipmunks. Fåglar och malar kan också ses. Njut av dina utomhusaktiviteter på den stora gården, eller ta en vandring på den privata rd. Vandring, cykling och fyra rullningar direkt från ytterdörren. Nice trip

Excellent location to enjoy the outdoors and to get away from noise. We loved the big back porch and fire pit and appreciated the supply of firewood. Our only issue was the master bed mattress was hard as a rock. We slept on the futon after the first night.

We enjoyed our stay however our only complaint would be that there is no AC. We opened the windows in the bedrooms however that resulted in ants climbing through the window screens and into the cabin; a window unit would have made this stay much more comfortable in the summer months. We appreciated the available WIFI as there is no service at this cabin and it allowed us to communicate with our family while here.

Holiday Long Weekend

This is our second time staying at this cabin. We love everything about it. Owner communicates and is very helpful. Cabin is clean and has all the amenities that we need. We can pack light and just relax . My favorite part is the campfire area. I love getting away for a long weekend at Das Good Cabin . We will be back soon !

Great cabin to get away and relax for the weekend. All basic necessities were there. After the storms cleared we were able to stargaze.

Solo Escape

I needed a couple of days of quiet just to think and this was PERFECT! Don gave excellent recommendations for the hikes int he area, and there were plenty of good places within 30 minutes to eat. I would definitely return!!

Memorial Day Weekend Ride

What an absolutely awesome place! The 4 of us stayed here over the weekend and all of us were quite pleased with how everything was. The owner is extremely helpful and gave us some awesome places to visit and to eat while we were here. I would recommend this cabin to anyone that wants to get away from civilization - very peaceful and quiet - 10/10.

Quiet Getaway

We really enjoyed the beautiful mountains and isolated cabin, and the few deer we had visiting us from time to time. Was very nice to get some hiking in at the PA Grand Canyon and waterfalls. Don was very helpful with all the details and neighborly folks, whom welcomed us with waves along our travels.

Great getaway

A great place to stay when you wanna get away from it all. We spent the day exploring lots of back roads and came home to a nice warm place to hang out and get a good nights sleep.

Third stay

This was our third time staying at Das Good cabin and it’s always a wonderful visit. It is clean, cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and the tranquil surroundings. Would stay again!

quiet and lovely midweek getaway

The cabin is super quaint and clean. You can tell that the owners have had many good times over the years. It's a little treasure in the woods. Quiet and the perfect midweek getaway. The owners were kind and helpful. I can't say enough good things!

Relaxing getaway.

I was extremly impresed with all aspects of this vacation. Don was a great communicator. He gave me detailed info on what they had at the cabin and what I would need to pack. He gave great directions and suggestions on local places to eat and visit. When we arrived the cabin was spotless. The kids enjoyed the wifi and the smart tv. Even though I said we were going unplugged it was a welcomed bonus for them. It was cozy and so inviting. I loved reading the camp book of other peoples adventures. They had lots of games and dvd's so next time we can pack lighter. It was extremly hot the weekend we stayed but the trees kept the cabin cool. I did not miss the AC at all. My favorite part was the campfire area. Its shaded and allowed for me to have on some days three fires a day. Lots of firewood on site. Again no need to pack any. Neighbors are friendly and we loved the area in general. We typically stay closer to the PA Grand Canyon but I did not mind the drive in. We had a list of places to visit and the kids just wanted to relax and spend most of our time here. I also loved that towels were provided. Less packing for me. My kids cannot wait to come back and are already making plans for a fall getaway. Thank you Don and family for making this hidden jem available. We will be back soon.

Relax to the Max at Das Good Cabin

The cabin location is great, feels remote yet, it's a short drive to town. Really enjoyed the quite interrupted by an occasional deer strolling thru the yard. Great place to relax. Cabin and property are well equipped, even has firewood for the fire pit. The surrounding area is rugged and heavily wooded with miles of backroads to explore.

Relaxing mini vacation

Stayed at Das Good Cabin for 3 nights. The cabin is exactly as pictured....very comfortable and off the beaten track. If you want/need peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Communication with the owner was easy. House well stocked with everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolute Gem of a place

This is a wonderful property to stay at. Well off the beaten path, getting to the cabin is half the fun! It suited my needs perfectly and was very nice to stay in. Well stocked kitchen, better internet than I have at home! LOL! The well stocked wood shed was great and we had campfire every evening. Property owner communicates very well and was great to work with. The area is wonderful, my dad and I trailer-ed in our motorcycles and rode the state park and dirt trails. The cabin is finished and furnished very well. If we go back to do more riding I will have a hard time not going right back to this cabin!

Quick Getaway

The cabin and area is perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway! I took a few days away from my busy life and to decompress. Throughly enjoyed the cabin, it is very clean and great communication with the host!

Don Good är värd

The cabin was built as a shell in 2006, the next owner finished the inside in 2011. Then in 2014, the cabin became ours and we made some changes including some additional wood walls, paint, and change some kitchen features. After enjoying many "GOOD" times with all of the wildlife and nature, we decided to share our get away with others. We especially enjoy watching the wildlife from the deck, and the dark starlit skies at night.

We chose this property for a quiet getaway, yet close to everything. It's cozy, quiet, and can be just down right relaxing. It is compact, but gets the job done.
